I usually wear an 11 1/2 M US Women's shoe. I ordered the 12 and had to return because, while the length was good, the shoe was so narrow I knew it would cause discomfort if worn for very long. I exchanged them for a 13, and the width across the pad of my foot is now perfect. Since the strap is adjustable I don't have a problem with the sandals falling off my feet. The foot bed is very comfortable!

These are super comfortable and well made. I have plantar fasciitis and have a really hard time finding shoes that have the right support for me. These were comfortable from the first time I wore them and I've had no difficulty with having to break them in. Love them!

This is my 6th pair of Kayla sandals and 9th pair of Naots—and only two are showing signs of wear after many years, rain, and hard use. The Kayla straps do stretch a bit and the cork soles are not as squishy-soft as some Naot sandals with removable foot beds (e.g. Etera), but Kaylas come in so many great colors and are so versatile that I keep buying. They’re comfortable from Minute #1 and good for a solid day of walking. Highly recommend.

This is my second pair of Naot Kayla. I have a narrow foot and the fit is very good. Extremely comfortable. I work retail and can comfortably stand and walk for 8 hrs with Naot's on my feet.

Read lots of reviews about how these ran small. The suggested size is very reliable. I wear a 36 in Danskos. They suggested ordering a 37 and it fit perfectly! Also very good arch support and the 2 inch combined heel and platform mean us short folks don’t sink into the ground when we put them on. Very sturdy but flexible shoe. Looks super fitted and not square like burkenstocks. Great buy for people who walk a lot.

These shoes are so comfortable. When your feet swell in the summer, as mine do, you can adjust them. If my feet hurt, there is no joy in walking and exploring. These shoes rock in support and comfort!

Comfortable enough for theme parks even with my Plantars Fasciitis. Naot brand shoes never let me down.

These sandals are a new favorite! I have three pair and love them. They are a classic style that go with jeans, shorts, or dresses. I wear them to work and am on my feet all day and they are just as comfortable as my tennis shoes! I’ll be buying more colors. The Naot brand is worth every penny.

I love the pink plum color and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and it was a bright magenta instead of a true pink as pictured. The Naot brand is my go to shoe for summer and this style is so comfortable and light. I have a very high arch and instep and I have developed bunions from being on my feet for hours a day. These feel like heaven when I slip into them. Now all it has to do is quit snowing so that I can wear them!

These shoes are part of the Elegant collection for narrow to medium feet. My feet are definitely medium width and they were perfect. The leather is supple. No problem with my bunions. Excellent shoes.

Love these - birkenstocks had begun to bother the pinched nerve in my foot. Switched to Naot and I am hooked! These are cute with shorts, white jeans or jeans. I love the neutral colors. I wear a 6.5 and the 37 fit perfectly.

Love the pink and so comfortable

These shoes are gorgeous and so far very comfy. I listened to the reviews and ordered up one size. I always wear an 11(42) but ordered a 43 and they fit perfectly. So I would say they run short 1/2 to 1 size. The width seemed true to size to me, not narrow as some people have said. I'm going to wear these in the next few days and see if I still love them and then I may order another pair in another color!!

Although I loved the shoes had to return trying the next size up I hope they fit because these are like wearing slippers ! Comfort and light weight and the style cute so I hope a size bigger is the ticket .

Very comfortable from the start and only become more comfortable as I continue to wear them. I worry about getting them wet, so they're not a perfect summer sandal but close to it.

I love this shoe and have purchased it in navy, olive, black and grey. They are comfortable from the moment you put them on. They are soft and mold to your feet.

I bought a pair of Naot Norah's at the beginning of last summer since I knew I was going to do a lot of traveling and a lot of walking. Little did I know I was also about to experience a summer with a broken foot. These shoes saved my life - my right foot was so comfortable even though it was the only foot being used. These shoes went to Europe and back, to multiple beaches, and then through long days of teaching. I just HAD to then buy another pair. I had bought the black pair, and now I just bought the brown and these pair of Kaylas. Naots are light weight, great support, and so cute! I'm excited to have these Kaylas for the spring/summer teaching.

I purchased the pink plum Nubuck sandal and have worn them around the house before taking them on vacation. They"re the most comfortable sandal I have ever put on my feet. I have had other Naot sandals but these are the best so far. Lightweight, supportive, true to fit and the color is perfect for spring!

Been wearing Kayla sandals for over 5 years. They are very comfortable and supportive. I have bunions and these straps dodge the bunion, so no pressure where it could hurt. Love them!

This is my 4th pair of Naot shoes, what can I say? I LOVE THEM!

I am a 100% Naot fan even though their shoes are pricey, they are worth it. I love the metal leather color. So versatile and goes with everything. I wear an size 8 shoe and the 39 was perfect. Naots tend to be narrow; however, this shoe fit perfectly, no rubbing, no problem. I highly recommend it!

Sized up to a 42 from 41, since my big toe stuck out a bit. Perfect! Still narrow enough to fit my foot and the arch hits at the right place. I have several pairs of Naots, and they never disappoint. I do find that as the leather softens the straps stretch, but the shoes wear for years.

I just bought the Kayla sandal in vintage slate color. I really like the color; it goes with lots of things. They are light weight yet sturdy. They fit well and feel great from first wearing. The sizing is different: I wear a size 8 which is usually a size 38; in the case of these sandals size 8 was 39. I purchased the size 39/8, and I am delighted. They fit perfectly.
