First I must praise Zappos for their outstanding customer service and speedy delivery. I have ordered shoes at your site for many years and have never been disappointed. Hooray! Next I want to say how much I love Naot shoes! I have a very narrow fit and have great difficulty finding shoes and especially sandals that I can adjust to stay on my foot. While I prefer velcro or buckle adjustment, it is not needed for this model as it fits perfectly. I've had multiple foot surgeries so I greatly appreciate the comfort and support offered by these sandals. They are extremely well made and they last for many years. In addition, they are very attractive! Naot shoes and sandals are the BEST! Thank you Naot and Zappos!

I was looking for a casual/dressy black sandal with low heel. I love to wear flip flop style in summer but when going out for dinner, I needed something a bit more stylish. These Naot sandals are perfect. If your feet swell at all in the evening, you can loosen them. And they go well with capris, shorts, or long pants. In European size I normally wear a 39 and these were spot-on. In US sizing I normally wear an 8.5. Medium width. Love them!

I have not ever had a bad experience with Naot sandals. The Kayla was no exception -- comfortable for long walks right out of the box.

The Naot Kayla is the most comfortable sandal I have ever worn. I have it in several colors. It is well cushioned and gives good arch support and I have walked all over Europe in it. I’ve introduced friends and family to this sandal and they are all converts. A rare combination of style, comfort, and durability. Excellent value.

Love the shoes but had to order a size larger than what I normally wear.. Ordered a 38 but was too small but 39 worked.

These are nice looking and very comfortable. Because of the structured footbed and the spacing of the straps, they are wonderful for both my neuroma and bunion. I consider these my “walking sandals,” as I can walk everywhere and for long distances with them. The sea green leather is a great color. I usually like a wIde footbed, and while Kaylas are considered narrow, they work okay for me.

They are the most comfortable sandal I have worn in a long time, bought 4 pair in total from zappos. My feet swell badly, & this style really feels conforms with my issues. Great style!

I love these shoes! They're a great looking basic you'll have for years. They're comfortable right away. I followed the recommendations to order 1 size up and they fit great! I'm usually a 38 and ordered the 39. I now own 2 colors!

I bought the Kayla in black patent leather ....that was 8 years ago or longer and they're still going strong. Very comfortable long lasting shoe

These sandals are a beautiful raspberry pink and like all my other Naot sandals are supremely comfortable.

The fit is perfect. I wore these straight out of the box. I suffer from chronic Plantar Fasciitis and find the high arch support helpful for this condition. I bought a second pair in a different color.

These were too wide for my foot.

The second I put these shoes on, I felt true comfort. They are light in weight with nice padding for comfort.

I loved wearing these shoes all summer long last year. I looked forward to wearing them again this summer. They are super comfortable, easy to get into and easily coordinate with lots of outfits in the taupe-y Stone color. Never had any blisters, or break-in time. Lots of people ask what kind of shoes they are with lots of complements. I'd love to see a brighter color option in the Kayla. I usually take a solid 6.5 and I took a 6 (37) in these.

very cute candle, but definitely order a bigger size then your normal shoe.

I am normally a 38 but.a 39 was perfect in this model. I chose the Kayla over the Etera because the arch support was much better. These are like walking on pillows. I immediately took them and walked around New York City for three days and I was the only person in the family who did not have sore feet!

Have several colors of the Naot Kayla. I have learned that I need to size up from 38 to 39 in this brand. The Kayla is comfortable and stylish enough to dress up or down and is comfortable enough to wear all day. Would prefer that the entire shoe be the same color instead of the cork sole. Would make it dressier.

This are the best sandals forever. This is my second pair of Kayla and these are trully the only sandals in which I can walk for the whole day and my feet will not hurt at all. I hope Naot will never stop producung Kayla style sandals because I will be buying them for the rest of my life. They are very durable too and my old Kayla that are now 3 years old are still looking like brand new and the comfort is still the best. The only reason I bought new pair is because I got them in different colour. I love my Naot Kayla and if you have any doubt just buy them and after wearing them for one day you will be so happy you have them. Make sure to order the right size because they are kind of in between sizes from american sizes. For example I wear size 7 and I ordered Kayla in size 37. However, 37 is more like 6,5 so I have replaced them for size 38. Size 38 is more like 7,5 but fits good and gives you a little extra at the front so you will not hurt your toes. They are so comfortable and also so good looking that you can waer them on a light hiking trails and also for going out for dinner. When I travel this the only pair of sandals I need to take. The only minor issue with my old ones is that after 3 years of use every day for 6 months per year now the velcro closing is not as strong as before. However, velcro can be replaced at the shoe repair store or maybe even just cleaned to hold better. Other than that Kayla last forever and they don’t loose the shape or comfort. Naot please continue making this style forever and never change a thing.

I have foot problems and have an extremely hard time finding shoes that don’t cause pain. I have three pairs of Naot shoes now and I love them. These sandals are great to wear everyday. Comfortable and cute. Not dressy.

Great fit right out of the box!

I want shoesi/sandals with a great arch support as I have occassional Planter issues and need a good arch. Naots fit the bill

I wear a 39 in Naots, and a 38 in other shoes. I love the style, they are made for comfort. The sea green shade is more green (as opposed to teal) than it looks in the online images. If you are looking for something in the teal family, this isn’t it.

This is my sixth pair of Naot's Kayla style. They are good looking and as long as you tighten the strap a bit, you can walk ten miles in them.

These are so comfortable and cute. Not quite dressy enough for work, but great weekend sandals and up a notch from something like a Teva or flip flips. My only negative is that the bands feel a little stretchy and I like my sandals to be pretty firm around my firm. So I can see that they might stretch out and feel big to me later on, but right now they are great1 Awesome support! I'll likely buy in another color1
