Do not buy these shoes! These were the worst shoes I have ever purchased! I have been a loyal saltwater sandal buyer for 5 years, and decided to try something new, thinking that the thicker sole would be more comfortable for my daughter. They may have been more comfortable the first time she wore them, but subsequent normal wear literally left these shoes falling apart! After wearing them about 10 times, my daughter refused to put them on because they were wrecked. I don't know why I didn't return them directly after the second or third time she wore them. Absolutely horrible! Go for the old school saltwater sandals with the thin sole.

At first, like the other reviewers, I loved these sandals. They fit my 21 month old perfectly and she could toddle to her heart's content. She could wear them to weddings with dresses and also dressed down for trips to the playground. But after only 3 weeks of wear, the sole of the sandal has cracked all the way to the footbed on the ball of her foot on one sandal and there is a small crack forming on the second in the same spot. I am so disappointed!
