I love these shoes. They are so soft and nice. I tried the Birkenstocks first and they were so stiff I knew they wouldn't work with my Taylors Bunions so I ordered these. They look and feel great, even with my bunion.

I have worn these sandals for many years. I have arthritis in my feet and this is the most comfortable shoe I have found. I even wear them in the winter with socks. I have a pair for inside, outside and the garden!! I love these sandals ???? I usually would wear an 8-81/2 shoe, I wear a 38 European size in this sandal, which they say is like a size 7. ????

I will be needing two knee replacements at some point and can only wear certain shoes - so I have discovered. Dr Marten, Ariat, Naot and Fit Flop do not cause pain in my knees whatsoever. It is all I have been able to wear. I have been looking for a 'house' shoe ... a local running around errand shoe and something I can stand in for hours in front of my painting easel. I was so impressed with the reviews of Naot's Mikaela - I just had to try them. They arrived today and I AM IN HEAVEN! They are SO comfortable, lightweight, sturdy and fit my size 41 foot perfectly - the size I ordered. There is no way I could have gone down a size as these softly cradle my feet like they were custom made. The two buckles will insure a good fit even if the leather stretches out a bit over time. I will agree with others this sandal is not adorable or cute but rather handsome and functional - but at the same time flattering. Worth every penny! Would purchase in other colors if ever available.

As it’s true of these sandals they run a little wide especially for those like me who have narrow feet and you can only tighten buckle so much. Nevertheless they fit so comfortable much more than the Birkenstock. My choice is definitely Naot over Birkenstock. The leather and craftsmanship is superior and I cannot take them off even in cold weather. I just wear socks on cold days with my sandals. They are definitely worth the money as I no longer need more than one pair of it. I’ve had them now for 5 months and I can’t get myself to wear any other shoe or sandal. I suffer with heel pain and from time to time I go hiking and need to wear my good pair of hiking shoes, on those days is when the pain comes back. But a few hours later on the Naot sandals pain is all gone. The picture below is what they look like after 5 months

This shoe is extremely comfortable. The shoe info indicates it runs wide. This is correct. I always take a 10 W and this Naot is listed as M. My custom orthotic (10 W) fits beautifully in it; downsizing, as recommended, would have been a big mistake! It is very hard to find a sandal that my custom orthotic fits into correctly and that is comfortable and looks nice. The style is similar to a Birkenstock Arizona (which I own). I think this Naot Mikaela actually looks nicer and is more comfortable.

This is one of the classic Naot sandals that has been there for at least 15-20 years, and it is perfect for its category. It is comfortable right from the box, good quality and has a feature that many of Naot sandals have -- a removable inserts. I have some sandals from Naot that are 15 years old and the leather part is so durable that just changing the inserts makes it for almost a new sandal each time. The plastic sole is probably going to wear down faster than the leather part. The leather on this sandal is going to get a bit of a distressed look with wear but it only adds to its style, in my opinion. Highly recommend.

The most comfortable sandals I have ever worn!

Like many other reviews, I have many foot issues - These were perfect from the start ! Very comfortable, nice support and with adjustable straps, both feet feel great ! The removable insoles a plus. Great style. Love them. SAS has been my go to, but these have more support. Highly recommend !!

I read all of the reviews and they did not steer me wrong. Without a doubt these are the most comfortable sandals I have ever had! What a difference in support. You get what you pay for. Great workmanship, great comfort, great fit. Love them!

Perfect sandals! Very very comfortable! I have a narrow flat feet, and they fit perfectly thanks to the adjustable straps. And they don't run large any more, so I recommend to order your usual size. These are my first sandals I can actually wear for a longer distances. I love the look, the quality, softness & comfort! Please NOAT don't change them!

This is the most comfortable sandal I have ever worn and it looks great, too. They are well made and last more than one season. I recommend them to anyone who puts comfort first.

This is my second pair of Naot sandals.My last pair were good for 5 seasons of hard wear. I work in a marina and wear the same pair of shoes all day, everyday, 7 months of the year. They are comfortable have great support and they last, (even though they get wet). Naots are worth the money, you get great value for your $$$

Mikaela means comfort - I was looking for a sandal that I could wear all day and not have aching feet and legs. This sandal has no break-in time, but was comfortable from the moment I slipped it on. I ordered a full size smaller than I would have since Naot advised it ran one size larger~~I was apprehensive, but they fit perfectly!

Great sandal - I highly recommend the Naot Mikaela, which is one of the most comfortable sandals I have worn. I have trekked about all day in these w/ no foot fatigue. They run wide, but the adjustable straps handle that quite well.

Excellent - Recommend this shoe to others due to the comfort in walking, no high heel. The adjustable straps are excellent.

Comfortable and adjustable - I bought these to use as a house sandal. Therefore, I didn't care that they're a bit chunky-looking. I have narrow feet and the adjustable buckles allowed me to "cinch up" the shoe. I wear orthotics which was no problem since the footbed in this sandal is removable. They are so comfortable and let my feet breathe. I slip into these sandals as soon as I come home. Love the sandals!

Naot Mikaela - Today my Naot Mikaela sandals went outdoors for the first time. I wore them all day. Comfortable. A clunky style that I like. I loosened the strap for a better fit. An easy to slip on and go sandal that I will love to wear for years to come. My first Naot shoes.
