These shoes are exceptional! I loved these shoes from the moment I saw them! On top of that, the price just couldn't be beat! These Docs slightly remind me of bowling shoes but a lot more attractive. The shoes look fantastic with jeans too. I chose the pebble boxer/thunderbird color. I love the color but don't like how easily the shoe scuffs, especially around the toe area. That area is hard to avoid scuffing on any shoe for that matter. The shoes took a few 12-hours-on-my-feet work days to fully break in. I wouldn't consider it painful. Absolutely no uncomfortable rubbing or blisters! I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for a cute, casual, and comfortable shoe. Just give a few days to break in before making any negative judgements about the shoe. Just a quick note: These shoes don't have the best grip on the sole (just like bowling shoes, I guess) so take note of that.

Different color but comfy as hell - These came FAST, they are so comfortable. I got the pebble boxers and they are a bit more grey color than I thought they'd be...I thought they'd be more brown...fit well though

Awesome shoes! These shoes look even better than on the site. If you need arch support these aren't the shoes for you but I thought they were very comfy.

Zappos Won Me Over - I orderd this shoe. They came the next day. I liked them so much that I orderd another pair in black. They came the next day but due to my clicking the wrong size they were to big. I orderd a new pair On thur. evening right before a holiday weekend. To my surprise the were on my doorstep when I got home from work on Fri. Way to go !!!! Great price great service!!!!

At Zappos prices, how can you go wrong?! They're nice looking, in a bowling shoe sort of way, and are extremely comfortable and roomy. I bought the denim color first. I don't like the way the blue rubs off, but they're very cute shoes & the denim shade looks great with jeans. Next I picked up the pebble boxer & pebble crackle. These are perfect shoes to wear with khakis. The pebble crackle is a light beige that looks great with light beige khakis. The pebble boxer is a darker, bronze shade that is a good match with darker beige khakis. My most recent purchase was the black flamingo, which is a very basic & practical solid black. I expect these shoes will get heavy use for several years.

I got the lightest color, and they are so comfortable. They do run a bit larger than normal, but that's perfect because I wear an orthodic. They go with tons of stuff and they are so comfortable I can wear them all day with no trouble. And I love this site, I got my shoes the very next day at no extra charge! That's what I call terrific service!

I too got the smaller size and they fit great!!! Very comfy and very cute. I got them in black and they kinda remind me of bowling shoes:) A big plus is that they make my feet look small, and I normally wear a size 9/10 US size and I look like I have a size 7 foot in these!!!

I was suprised at how the slate crackle really looks, almost like an animal print. But after wearing them around a bit, I love my new Docs! They're awesome.

Rock - These shoes are awesome. I got them in denim and they are really stylish (although unique) looking and comfortable. I've had them for 2 days and they are already completely broken in (and I wasn't on my feet all that much).

So comfortable and I loved them as soon as I opened my box. I had actually ordered 2 pairs of shoes and these are the only ones I have worn as of yet and it has been almost a month now.I work in a hospital so they get plenty of milage and I was diagnosed with a foot problem that I have all but forgotten since wearing these shoes...! Great shoes - They are so comfortable, but they are bigger than marked though.

Great looking shoe... great price. Make sure to order them small. They fit a bit wide, so don't order them too big! I tried these on at the mall, but good thing they didn't have my size becasue I came home and found them on Zappos for half the price! Order came to me in 2 days!

So far I have been impressed with Zappos. Beware; the picture doesn't do the Black/Slate crackle justice - these shoes rock! I have a very narrow foot, so I expected that the two sides of the shoes would touch if I lace them up - I just wear a thicker sock and/or an insert. I have a little extra room in the toe, but again nothing that I can't deal with. The first time I wore these I went to the mall and didn't experience the usual aching feet by the time I got home. I love these shoes and I am going to buy another pair to replace my old, beat up concert shoes!

I love this shoe, the style, and the feel. They are wide, but they fit me well and there is a little extra toe room if you get the size you normally wear. I wear 9 1/2 to 10 and I was afraid that the 10s would be too big, but they fit well. The sole is a little harder than expected, but it's not too bad.

Cool looking shoe! I ordered the Pebble Boxer/Thunderbird color. Beware, this color is not dark brown as it appears in the picture. It is actually an olive-copper color! I like the color anyway and it is such a cool style at a cheap price I decided to keep it! I recommend this shoe; it looks great with pants for work and casual.

I love these shoes. They look cool, comfortable and best of all is the price. Zappos rocks with free shipping and then they overnight it for free.

Great shoe, awesome price - I got mine just a short time ago - they are a little flatter and wider than I expected, but I got used to it and I love them. Super cute and comfortable.

Mel - Love these shoes! Great arches and very comfy. They are my 8th pair of Docs and just as wonderful as the rest. My feet are wider in width, and Docs are the only shoes that are quality, comfy, and fit great every time! Also they were shipped in less than 24 hours!

Quality and comfort for an outstanding price. They do run a bit large though - I wear a 9 or a 1/2 and the UK 7 / US 9 were just a tiny bit big on me. I got the denim color and it was lighter than I thought it would be so I ended up returning them for the navy and those were hot. An awesome buy seeing as my first order came to me the next day; my return was fast and free and I got my new shoes that I’m in love with in a day as well.

These shoes rock - I love these shoes. They are wicked comfy and look really good. In fact I've never had a bad experience with Doc Martens. I got the pebble boxer/thunderbird color and it is a little lighter in real life than the photo suggests.

Great jean shoes! These are by far the most comfortable Docs I've had. They are slightly larger and wider than my usual feel of size 10, but I must say wearing my thicker socks compensates nicely. Definitely a cute, casual look, outstanding in comfort, and I've received several compliments from friends.

The price of this shoe demanded that I at least try them. I just got them today and they are really well made and sturdy. I got these in the boxer color and it is a lighter brown than appears on the Internet, almost a little olive in tone. I ordered them in my usual size, US 7, and they fit well with toe wiggling room.
