Wanted a shoe the same as a pair I have, but in black. Zappos had it at a good price and free shipping. Delivery was amazingly fast. These shoes are very comfortable.

Very comfortable pair of shoes. However, I wore them for only a couple of days and the stitching came apart. It could just be a bad egg. Nonetheless, Zappos' customer service was OUTSTANDING and they immediately sent me out a new pair of shoes, with rush delivery. Hopefully this pair of shoes won't fall apart. But I did want to point out that these shoes were extremely comfortable and well designed.

Slipped right on and felt great. These are the only shoes that feel comfortable immediately. I would recommend these shoes to anyone who wants a quick slip on shoe and particulalry those people who have sensitive feet.

Had to return first pair because they were Half size too big. Zappos made it super super easy to replace! Very good customer service. Half size smaller for these shoes is perfect for me. Style was exactly what I was looking for. Finish is excellent for the price.....leather is soft as well as the insole. No rough stitching to bother feet.

Great fitting shoes very stylish and comfortable

Ordered a 9.5 D. The length, toe box was longer by almost an inch and the width in the heal was wide. I even put in a full-length sole pad and heel gripper, and I was still slipping out of these shoes. I really wanted for them to fit but it was clear that they never would fit my feet. And all of my shoes are a 9.5 D.

Need some time to "break in" the firm leather. I feel confident that the shoes will be very comfortable... but will take some time to soften and conform to my feet.
