The toe box and width was fine, but too loose at the heel.

Needs more cushioning than advertised. Too big va=s other same sized shoes. Slips off feet.

I'M SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS SHOE. BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT STATE THE THE HEEL IS TOO BIG AND SLIPS. I WEAR A 13WIDE AND THE ACTUAL FIT WAS GOOD. THE PROBLEM WAS WHEN I TRIED THEM ON THEY ACTUALLY SLIPPED OFF MY HEEL AND MY FOOT CAME OUT OF THE SHOE. I TRIED TO PUT TONGUE PADS IN THE SHOE. THEN I PUT A TONGUE PAD IN THE HEEL. THEN I TRIED FROM NO SOCKS TO LIGHT SOCKS AND RIGHT UP TO HEAVY BOOT SOCKS. NOTHING WORKED. THE WIDTH OF THE INSIDE HEEL AREA IS JUST TOO BIG. SEVERAL OTHER FOLKS INDICATED THE SAME THING. I'M NOT SURE IF IT'S A MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR SOME FOLKS JUST HAVE REALLY FAT HEELS. :))

Too long and too wide - heel of foot walked right out of it. I have very flat feet, and comfort on bottom of foot was negligible.

They sent a 12 not an 8.5 Back they go for a 8 w

Did not fit like my other Dockers.

This was my second attempt. I usually wear size 11 and my feet are still swimming in the 10.5. I will try another brand/style.

Brought a pair a couple of years ago and they were perfect so thought to buy same again. This time the leather was of much inferior look (cheap) and too tight over bridge of foot.

The left shoe is bigger than the right. The left shoe is slightly darker brown than the right. Also, the top stitching on one shoe is noticably looser than the other.

The shoe looks great and feels great, but every pair I received had the thread unraveling on the side of the shoe. Two pairs...I've given up and will order something different.

I ordered these to use as house shoes/slippers, thinking that they didn't need to be too sturdy or supportive. Sadly, some stitching came undone on one shoe after only several hours and they seemed to have no arch support whatsoever. I now have re-stitched them and put in double arch supports. I can use them as slippers now, but not for too long. In other words, I don't recommend them.

The shoes are comfortable but the overall quality is fairly low. I have had a pair for about 5 months and the stitching has started to come apart at the toe and heel.

Too small to put on. Your sizes shrank since my last order.

Shoes arrived with a manufacturing defect and were not wearable.

Loose threads on both shoes making them much to large. Poor workmanship and no visual inspection. Shoes can not be worn as is as they are much to loose.

Highly disappointed as the shoe that I ordered was not the show that I received. I kept the shoe because I have had previous bad experiences returning items I have purchased on line but yes I was highly disappointed as I was looking so forward to receiving my shoes then when I open the box I see a totally different shoe

Ordered a 13 W the box was labeled 13 W, however one shoe was 12 M and the other one is 11 M

Zappos is awesome but DO pay attention to many of the other reviews for this shoe. Had to return mine as you absolutely are swimming in them if get your normal size! Seems they would be comfortable though.

Way too big, can't wear them.

I specifically bought these shoes because of the color shown on the website. I liked the reddish color, but the shoes I received were brown. What a bummer. I returned them.

HUGE shoe- at least a full size larger than marked. I am returning them, but Zappos does not have the size I need in stock so I can't exchange. Disappointed because they are so nice looking in real life.
