My feet need 4EE width shoe and the only company that I know of is Dr. Comfort shoes. Would Zappos know of another shoe company that you all may carry for my feet problem?

I was looking for a replacement for the Munro Tess style, a MaryJane type shoe that truly felt as close to a sneaker as I've ever experienced in a reasonably dressy shoe. The Jupiter almost hits the mark (a very high bar). It has a very roomy toe box and a sort of egg crate foam insole that makes for a cushiony feel. The only (small) issues I have are that it has a bit less support than the Munro and I find it presses a bit at the top of my foot. But I've successfully walked several miles in these shoes, so I'm happy. Bought them in two colors but have only worn the black so far.

I multiple foot problems (bunions, hammertoes, calluses on bottom of foot) and these shoes make it comfortable to walk. The insole takes awhile for the foot to mold but once broken in they are fine.

I bought these from Zappos after reading they were good for airport security. Pros: I like not having to take my shoes off at airport security (airline employee). I like the wide toe box. Cons: Shoes run at least 1/2 size small. I found the waffle insole to be not nearly enough padding and seems to flatten out almost immediately. The waffle insole has a terrible smell (read another review to confirm this) that is so much worse than any foot odor! The other person called it a chemical smell. I can't begin to describe it, it's terrible! I put in odor eaters, etc to try to compensate and add cushioning but not worth it. After all of that and adding arch support, the interior space was compromised, so I would not order again. I have found the arch support VERY minimal, not enough for me and my long days. Disappointed!

This would be the perfect Mary Jane, if only the toe weren't an "extra depth" style. I love the buckle (I hate Velcro straps). The wide toe box is great. Very comfortable, but the very deep toe and heavy sole just won't look good with anything except casual clothes.

It took me several tries to find the right Mary Jane's, yeah Zappos easy returns! These were a snug fit on my narrow feet because of the crate padding, but they are very comfortable and the first day I wore them for 10 hours with no soreness.

This is definitely a narrow shoe, but there was something weird about the left one. It's okay looking, not really what I would want, but comfortable.

Just a little plain but that makes versatile. Can wear with jeans, leggings or any casual style. I need the narrow width and like most Soft Walk the heel runs a bit wide. Other than that very comfortable need no break in time.

Very comfy shoe - Extremely comfortable walking shoe. I walked about 3 miles in downtown Chicago the 2nd time I had them on and I did not have any problems the entire day. They did not have my size, so I ordered a half size larger & they were fine - not really sure if they run small since I've been wearing them with sox. Love this shoe.

Just like on a picture - These shoes look like they are made pretty solid and strong. The tips are hard – you cannot squeeze them with your finger (good for kicking… lol). The rest of leather is medium feel - not too soft, not too hard. I ordered 8.5 W. I have short and fat feet. Size is accurate. The only dilemma is that the heel is slipping out of the shoe. The inside cushion is very thick. Maybe in time, when it flattens out and the foot sits deeper in the shoe, maybe then the slipping out will stop. Since I’m not walking that much, I will keep the shoes.

Great shoe - I have several pairs of Softwalk shoes that I ordered in an 11w they are a little big but work. When I got these maryjanes I ordered my real size 10.5ww and they fit wonderfully. I wore them all day for three days at our conference where I was required to be on my feet for 10 hours a day. They worked great. The arches could be a little higher. Now all they have to do is figure out how to make really cute shoes comfortable!

Good comfort shoe - This shoe is great, but feels a little snug in the width department. After being in the shoes all day in a job where I stand or walk all day my feet are a little sorer than in other shoes by the same company. The look of the shoes is great better then I expected.

I am eighty and it was too difficult to try to do the strange buckle on this shoe. Also, I have a high arch and the front of the shoe rubbed against the top of my foot. The shoes also looked too clunky to be used with a dress.

I thought these shoes were super cute, like something Wednesday Addams would wear, but alas, they are too uncomfortable and I'm returning. I like the feel of the soft, bumpy insole EXCEPT there's no arch support. Also, they dug into the tops of my feet - that could have been remedied with some stretching of the leather, but not the lack of arch support -- and they feel a bit small but I'm more of a 10.5 (which wasn't an option) so 10's can be a hit or miss with me.

It has a little insert that could be taken out and possibly replaced with an orthotic. The foot bed itself would have to be replaced quite frequently to have a "soft" benefit. I found the Dansko Fawna had more support for me even though I had to put a small insert under the footbed.

I tried a 7, and 7.5 twice (only because my first 7.5 were delivered to the wrong address & our neighbor brought it to us a couple days later. No fault of Zappos) The 7 were a little snug. One of the 7.5 pairs actually felt tighter than the 7, and the other 7.5 fit but they weren’t too comfortable. I really wanted to like them. Zappos customer service has been awesome!! They have been super helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you.
