Great Add-On!!! I added this to my order that was a gift for my sister and niece to go with their Ugg boots. They were very thankful that I included it with the gift. Since they don't live near a mall they much appreciated it so they don't have to go out of their way to find it somewhere.

Egg’s Sheepskin Cleaner & Conditioner - This product was great to use it took a couple of hard stains from my daughters ugg boots, and now they look brand new again. You should use the Ugg Sheepskin Water and Stain Repellent afterwards to keep that look of new.

Uggs Sheepskin Cleaner & Conditioner REVIEW - This is an amazing product, my Uggs came out looking NEWER than NEW! You have to follow the directions properly because if you don't you run the risk of ruining your Uggs. I recommend this product to anyone. It took everything out, including blue marks from constantly wearing jeans over my Uggs, and even a black scuff.

Perfect order! This product arrived exactly one day after I ordered it. It was exactly what I ordered and the best price around.

UGG Cleaner & Conditioner - Works GREAT!

The cleaner was fine, the actual boots delivery - …was not. The boots I returned were great. The box they came in looked like it had been run over. I've never received a package that looked that bad. You might want to check what's going on in your facility from which it was shipped.

A MUST HAVE! Works great! The only thing that got me worried was that after they were cleaned and dried.. They were really stiff and the fur felt almost as if it was stripped. So I used a suede brush to get them back into shape and soften the sheepskin. (although it took a few days to get them back to looking normal).. Spilled coffee on them today and I'm extremely thankful for having invested in this cleaner!!

Another must for Uggs - To make the sort of investment in Uggs, you MUST buy the cleaner and the repellent. I've used numerous products in the past. These are the ONLY ones that I use on my Uggs. I also use them on other suede products (my coat - which was dirty and is very, very clean now). It's worth the few extra dollars that you spend!

This product works well overall. I live in Chicago so my black Ugg boots were destroyed with stains from salt, slush, and snow. After using basic soap and water with no luck, I tried this cleanser and it removed about 80% of the stains, which was a huge improvement. My boots look much better! For my boots, this product worked well!

I just recently purchased Uggs, and in wanting to take care of them...decided to buy the protective treatment. At first I have to admit, it sounds like quite the process. After using sprays, it isn't as hard as it sounds and it does seem to work well in keeping my boots clean and soft.

It helped! The cleaner was a big help to my boots that had been a little warn out this winter. The cleaner did lighten the boots a shade, but not bad at all. Do be careful when measuring liquid, will need to use an additional container.

Uggs Sheepskin cleaner - It was easy to work with and the directions were easy to follow. Nice results, though heavy stains may need a second try.

Ugg cleaner - Overall it made the Uggs look cleaner. I would have given it 5 stars but the stain that I bought the cleaner to remove did not remove the stain. In all fairness I think it was a black grease stain. The Ugg water repellent is very, very good.

A Little Disappointed - I have the chocolate mini Uggs and they were starting to look pretty dirty from snow and salt so I decided to buy the cleaner. I followed the directions exactly (or so I thought) and they ended up drying kind of cloudy looking. They definitely were not restored to the beautiful chocolate color they once were. I'll keep using it because I figure this is the safest way to keep my boots clean, but I'm not very happy with the way my boots looked.

Great - Well... let’s just say that I got a Snapple stain on my Uggs and I have tried numerous ways to clean them. Will this work?

Works great! I’ve had these Turkey Grease stains on my light blue Uggs since last Thanksgiving. They’re my first pair and hadn’t heard of the Cleaner and Conditioner yet so I was devastated. They sat in my closet until I found this. I followed directions carefully off the back of the bottle. All the stains are almost out, and I probably have to go over it again because the stains were so yellow. I’m surprised it took out as much as it did!! I only gave it 4 stars because it wasn’t perfect, but what is??

I bought my 3 year old a preowned pair of Uggs that had a few spots on them. I knew she would play hard in them which is why I kept my eye out for a good preowned pair. I bought this cleaner thinking it would clean them up like new but they looked exactly the same. It did nothing for the boot. I have to say though I do not know what the spots were from or how long they had been there since I bought them preowned. My older daughter has a new pair I will try it on her pair down the road but I'm skeptical.

Not sure it works - My Uggs don't really look any cleaner than they did before. The regular color hasn't returned yet either. The product wasn't bad, but it wasn't that good either.

I used this product on three pair of UGGS: my short sand Classics, my daughter's short sand Classics and my other daughter's short baby blue Classics. Since all three are light suede, they all had normal overall dirt/discoloration. They were not trashed but they needed a cleaning. I would say that the cleaner resulted in all three being slightly cleaner than before. Only thing to note is that at the top back of my boots I had some navy rubbing from my indigo jeans. The cleaner did completely remove the navy. If it did that, I don't know why it didn't do a better job removing overall dirt (unless the dirt was more ground in over time)? Worth getting and using but don't expect miracles. I also followed up the cleaning with the water repellant spray and hope that will prolong the life and look of the boots.

Keeping my Uggs Clean - I read pages and pages of reviews before using this so I felt confident and ready. Both of my pairs of Ugg Classic are brand new so I hated cleaning them so soon, but I had dropped something at dinner on them, which left a spot. I used less cleanser to wash them the first (the Chesnut pair) and it didn't lift the spot. When I dropped something on the Rum Raisin pair, I cleaned those using the proper ratio of cleanser. Again, it didn't remove the spot. It's easy to use, but I haven't had much success in lifting the spot on each pair of my brand new boots. A lot of color ran from the Rum Raisin pair. I don't have a suede brush, but didn't need it. After 1 or 2 wears, the nap lifted back up and was soft as ever. I recommend getting this just in case even though I didn't have much luck with it.

Warning! Use Sparingly!! The cleaner definitely got rid of the stains. However, it faded the outer sheepskin of my black Joplins and made the dye inside bleed all over my feet. I also washed my patchwork Minis, which is a multi-tan color. The cleaner again cleaned but the outer sheepskin looked old and rough. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed about my 2 pairs of Uggs. Zappos definitely made up for my loss with their superior customer service. Zappos service is like the infamous Nordstrom but better because Zappos arrives at your door!

My Uggs look better than they did before but... I had my chestnut Uggs for 2 months before I decided to clean them. I followed the directions exactly. After I was done washing them, stuffing, them and letting them dry naturally I brushed them with the recommended brush. My boots faded!!! They are not the nice rich color they were. The product did take out the stains BUT I did not anticipate that my boots would be a different color. I am disappointed.

I use this cleaning product as directed by Ugg to clean my chestnut boots. It completely ruined them fading the color like you would not believe. I carefully read the instructions did everything that I was instructed to do and this product ruined my boots. My boots are only a month old and I am out a lot of money. Do not use this product do not use the Ugg boot cleaning products. Waterproofing spray is good and works as advertised.

I had no idea how much dye comes off the boots. I spent a full hour rinsing so the white fur would not be discolored. The boots ended up splotchy and dried out. I followed the directions, read reviews and watched videos before starting. My daughter is so mad at me because I ruined here boots. The cherry on the cake is that I paid for the Ugg cleaning kit to ruin her boots.

Just washed my beautiful chestnut boots that I got for Christmas with this...and they are all splotchy and faded now. I pulled out the paper towel to find the chestnut dye on them too. However, it worked awesome on my gray boots. I am VERY upset as the chestnut ones were my favorite! I do not recommend this product for dark colors.
