Most Comfortable Shoes in the World - These are the only shoes I'll wear to work. And the only shoes I'll wear on the weekends. They do take a few weeks to break in, so I alternate wearing the new pair with an older pair for a while until the new pair molds to my feet. Once that happens these shoes NEVER hurt my feet. Even better, my legs and back don't ache after spending all day on my feet. There's a reason nurses, waitresses and teachers wear these. I wish they were cuter, but what can ya do?

These are fabulous shoes - I LOVE these shoes. They feel heavenly and look fabulous for any situation, are extremely versatile - for work, dressy evening, with pants or dresses, even hikes and city walks. They are the shoes to pick if you can take only one pair and need to be prepared for the ballet or a walk through woods or fields.

Feet growing or Danskos are shrinking. Dansko wearer for 15 years and always a 43. I think they may have changed the mold, because these feel a half size tighter than any of my previous. Odd enough that I sent them back once to try a different pair of 43s thinking it was just a fluke. Nope. Still, no better company to buy shoes from and no better shoe to wear when you are on your feet all day.

C an't wear anything else! I've been wearing Dansko's for many years. I've tried several times to go with something "cheaper" but my feet and legs have always paid the price. They are more expensive than other shoes I've tried but they last a long time so when you average it out they are a great deal. I've learned my lesson - as long as I'm going to be working 8 hour shifts on my feet I'll be wearing Dansko's.

Classic Comfort - This is my third pair in 12 yrs. They last a very long time, and are still comfortable after ten hours on your feet. This pair did seem to be cut a bit narrower than my last pair, but are still comfortable. I put a very thin sole cushion in them, to make them even more comfortable.

Order more than one pair - I'm a teacher and I'm on my feet most of the day. I also have bunions and find most shoes to be uncomfortable. I had to order several pair to get the right fit but it was worth it. They are handmade and I found that some were tighter than others. I typically wear a woman's size 10 but decided on the size 42. My toes barely touched the end of the 41s but they might have been comfortable as well. The top of the shoe has a snug fit but it isn't uncomfortable at all. I've not had any "break-in" discomfort and have worn mine almost daily for the past month. The first two pairs I ordered took nearly a week to get to me, but all the others arrived in just one day! The return process was very easy and quick. I'll be ordering another pair in black soon.

These boots are not beautiful, but I didn't get them for looks. New York City, like most of the country, is having a horrible frozen winter. The zipper is hard to sip, and they are very stiff around the top, so they will rub a hole in your skin, as others have observed, but that is not a problem, really. I wear my pants tucked in and don't bother to zip them all the way up. They are incredibly warm and comfortable. They are also 100% waterproof, zipped or not. I have one big problem with them, which no one else seems to mention. We have a lot of ice and they DO NOT HAVE GOOD TRACTION, though they have very big ugly treads. One reason for getting something that looks like a tractor is the TRACTION. They slip! On wet floors, slick cement, and, worst of all any kind of ice. That is a big problem and not immediately apparent, so for cold wet weather, I definitely recommend them but for ice, you are better off in any other shoe.

I wear an 8.5 or 9 shoe, I ordered the 41. I think I could have worn a 40, but with thick socks, it's perfect. No more backaches! Great for shopping and standing at the stove cooking for hours. Love them!

Dansko's are the best! This is my 3rd pair of Dansko professional clogs. They are the best. I am a nurse and when I am on my Dansko feet for 12 hours nothing on my body hurts. They are a worthwhile investment and last forever. My advice is to give them a while to get used to. They don't "fit" like a conventional shoe and the stiff leather takes time to loosen.

Comfort, at last! I was wearing a pair of brown loafers all fall and quickly realized that every night my legs ached due to the lack of arch support. A friend recommended Dansko clogs. Thanks to Zappos amazingly quick shipping I found relief the very next day. These clogs are great looking and very comfortable. I normally wear a size 9 and worried what size to order based on other write ups. I went with the 39 and they fit just great. My toes on one foot just touch the front, but it isn't uncomfortable at all. I think if I chose the size 40 the shoes would be too wide and sloppy. I highly recommend these shoes!

Love these shoes! Absolutely comfortable, sturdy shoes! These shoes do run on the small side- I usually get a 42 in Birkenstocks but required a 44 in this shoe for the arch to be correctly placed. Wear them almost every day- work and leisure. Well worth the price- Zappos' customer service could not be better- got them in one day!

Comfy shoe - I absolutely love my Dansko clogs although I had to get them a full size larger than I would normally wear. I have a very high arch and find these shoes comfortable to wear all day. A great shoe if you're on your feel all day.

Excellent shoe!! These pairs of shoes are the most comfortable shoe that I have ever had, after they've been broke in for a week or so. I got them just for work, and now I find that I need to buy another pair because they are the only shoes that I can wear anywhere without needing orthotics or hurting my feet.

Very reasonable and comfortable - These shoes are the best for work especially when you are in surgery and sterile processing dept. When you are standing for 8 hours, it will help your legs and feet.

Dansko Rocks - This is the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. The vamp just needed to wear in a little bit so I could wear comfortably with heavier cotton socks. I've worn them shopping, to work, and just around the house and my feet have thanked me. They look awesome with jeans. I just love them.

I got these boots less than a month ago and had to return them yesterday because they had already completely ripped and the sole was almost gone already. They are adorable, however are not made well at all and hurt when walking for more than a few minutes because they have no support. I would only suggest buying these boots if you are going to wear them only inside and are not planning on walking far.

Love Dansko - I have (5) pairs of Dansko and love them all. One pair of Professional's I have had for six years and aside from a few scuffs look and feel great.

Function over form - I love Dansko clogs; have owned many pairs over my lifetime. I personally don’t think they are the sexiest shoes I have ever seen, but I find feet that are supported and pampered by the comfort of Danskos to be the sexiest of all.

Great anytime and anywhere shoes - Love these clogs! Easy on and off, incredibly comfortable with great arch support, and I can do a good bit of walking in them without my feet hurting, and that's key! I got the black oiled and plan mostly to wear them when riding and taking care of horses. I'm really happy that I bought these.

Professional Clogs getting Tighter? Having owned five pairs of these clogs over the past several years, I continue to be impressed by their comfort and durability. However, they must have changed the last that they are using...the shoe is much tighter over the top of the foot than ever before. Going up a size was an improvement but really wasn't the solution.

Great Clogs! I work as a librarian and am on my feet all day long. I made an investment in these shoes because although they are expensive, they are so comfortable! I really have liked these shoes and have not worn my Birkenstocks for weeks! I would highly recommend them, especially if you are on your feet a lot!

Best shoes ever - I am a nurse and have worn nothing but Danskos at work for years. They provide peerless support and prevent leg fatigue and back pain. I now wear them outside work, although they are not super stylish. They're versatile and too comfy too pass up, although they do require a short break in period. Just be careful not to twist your ankles!

Maximum comfort - I am a master barber and am on my feet all day long. First thing I would do as soon as I got in my car to head home was take off my shoes. Tried inserts for my shoes and physical therapy because of the pain. My doctor recommended I try Dansko shoes. Was very hesitant because of price and looks of shoe. Glad I tried them. After about 2 weeks I had no more knee or feet pain. Not the best looking shoe on the market but, definitely the most comfortable. I now find myself wearing them outside of work and my wife is buying a pair for herself.

Great shoe for those who stand in kitchens - I picked these shoes because I work in a kitchen with wet floors sometimes and many hours on my feet. These are great for the long haul, a little tight the first day, but after that, they were fine and very good for posture.
