The Perfect Fit! I am in Culinary school as well as work in catering. I used to wear non-slip work boots because the thought of wearing clogs seemed unmanly, but the long hours on my feet and the hunching over the stove and counters were taking a toll on my knees and back. I reluctantly took the advice of my professors and coworkers and tried on a pair of Dansko clogs at a local shop. What comfort! I have a wide, large foot which can be difficult to find shoes for, but these fit perfectly without my foot slipping or feeling cramped. The shop didn't have the color I needed, so I ordered through Zappos and they arrived within days, even during the week before Christmas. What service and the shoe fit exactly like it did in the shop. These shoes have been awesome and have saved my back and knees!

Very comfortable! Had read about these shoes as the choice of chefs (and others on their feet all day), and have not been disappointed. I have flat feet, and the arch support in these is the best of any shoe/sneaker I have tried. And they look just like the ones my mom wore in the 1970s.

Hot Chef - I want to first say that Zappo's the GREATEST! These Dansko's are amazing. As a professional Chef I am always on my feet. The feel, style and most importantly the support of the shoe is first class. For walking or in the work place this Dansko is the one you want to be wearing!

My husband ordered these clogs in three different sizes, but we had to keep returning because he just couldn't find a fit. (Sorry for all the returns, Zappos!) He has a high arch and the shoe that was the correct length did not fit over the top of his foot. I'm bummed because I know he would look really sexy in these shoes. May try another brand. My review for "Overall" and "Comfort" are guesses. I couldn't submit a review without marking those.

Love them, have not taken them off since I bought them... and actually ordered a extra pair. Be aware they are not true to size, must size up!

Love Dansko - I have worn Dansko clogs for years and they are very comfortable, after a brief break-in period for me. The first couple of weeks I wear with socks while the leather gets more pliable. After that I don't need socks and the Karl is great for slipping on an off around the house or running an errand. Generally in EU sizes I wear a 44 or a 45. With Dansko I take a 45.

Nice clogs for casual business. Nice, comfortable clogs, suitable for Saturday errands or casual business meetings. Feel best if worn with a thicker sock. Great for passing through airport security. Follow the advice for sizing down, these are made to European sizes that feel slightly larger to me than the US equivilents given.

I have a pair of my own and they are fantastic! Super comforable. I purchased a pair for my husband and he loves them too.

I bought this shoe because it reminded me of the clogs we wore back in the bell-bottom days, and I think they're still stylin' today! Also, there is also nothing more convenient than simply sliding your foot into a clog when you have places to go, people to see. The sizing however is a full size smaller than I expected, with my heel hanging over the back, so this greatly detracts from their utility. I would have returned them and replaced them with a larger size if I could - but unfortunately for me they don't come in a larger size! Ah well... When one has hoofies like a Clydesdale, one is used to making some compromises here and there.

Bought these for my husband who is a size 13 in most footwear. Well the 46 (men’s “12.5-13”) is way way small. He must be like a size 15 or 16 in these shoes because his foot won’t even enter the shoe. Could this be a woman’s size 13??

I am very disappointed with this product. Although I have owned two pair of Dansko shoes previously, these shoes hurt my feet. Both heels become so sensitve that I can barely walk after wearing them for several hours. I have put them in the closet and wear other shoes I own.

I have always purchased Dansko shoes. Usually the professional brand. The Karl brand I received were poorly made. The leathers falling apart already, the shoe stretched out too big, and it's not a good shoe overall. I loved my old professional shoes and wish I could exchange for them.

Alwasy a great shoe!

I’ve been buying the same clogs for about 20 years. Sometimes I’ve bought them in a local shoe store, but this is about the 10th pair I’ve ordered. Dansko clogs are so much higher quality than Sandita. They feel solid and comfortable whereas the Sandita clogs feel like squishy crocks. I mistakenly thought they were comparable, they are not. These clogs are versatile and convenient. What else could I want?

The show looks great and fits perfectly. The description was spot on and was helpful in making my selection.

I’ve ordered six pairs of the same clogs from 2016 until now. They offer the best support of any shoe I’ve ever owned and the style is versatile. I feel that the quality is always in a gradual decline and the evidence is that I am ordering them more often. Maybe it’s that I’m heavier these days (by 30 lbs or so) but I doubt it because I used to run around and walk more. So they got more wear back then. I used to buy them from another shoe store and they switched to Sanita I believe, which are dansko clones I guess. I’m not sure which lasts longer. So I’m sure I’ve bought at least a dozen pairs in my life just 6 from Zappos. Anyway the staples come out sooner from the sides than they used to and they seem to wear faster. I think the material is less durable.

Fantastic shoe all around. Incredible arch support. Super comfortable. I think I like them more than my Birkenstocks. Ordering a second pair! No I do not work for Zappos but appreciate a stellar product!

Fit, feel and look great!

When standing the whole day on the job it’s the only way to go.

Second pair. First pair lasted 12 years. I use these in surgery. every day. Standing in them all day. Leather toe cap keeps feet clean. Only downside is price . I would also like a model with a little lower sole / heel.

The clogs are a little wide. But, they're a great replacement for the last 5-year old Danskos that died in 2017.

Fit and size where as expected. What was unexpected was the UNBELIEVABLE customer service. There was a manufactured flaw in the product but customer service was Quick to respond and they bent over backwards to assure I was 100% happy. It’s great service that sets them apart from Other retailers. The text chat answered all my questions and helped provide a speedy, timely resolution to my concerns. I understand things happen with mass produced products. Rest assured, if you have an issue with the product, they WILL help resolve it. If all goes well, a company is not tested. If an issue arises, it is then when you see what the company is like. Due to The expert customer service, ease of communication and resolution of issues (not to mention great products at competitive prices) I am happy to have been ZAPPED and I will be a loyal customer. I wear a men's size 11-1/2, wide [Euro size 45]. The '45' was over 1/2" too short (my heal hung out over the back of the foot bed). I re-ordered size '46' and '47'. The '47' was long enough, but too narrow. The '46' was long enough, and wider. These are very comfortable clogs, and they flex a very small amount, which makes walking easier than the old rigid wooden based clogs.
