The BEST boot ever! Worth every penny. I had to buy a second pair in another color since I was wearing them daily at work and on the weekends. So comfortable and cute-with skirts or pants! And the icing is that they\'re waterproof-fantastic for New England weather.

I am a Dansko fan - As an RN I find Dansko's to be the best shoe for my job. I bought the Marcelle to wear with street clothes. I absolutely love them and they look great with my dress casual clothing. When I wear Dansko, whether it be my professional clog or other styles, my feet don’t hurt at the end of the day. I am even more impressed with Zappos customer service...AWESOME! I was using the Live Chat online to ask a question about the Marcelle and we accidentally were disconnected. The customer service rep sent the answer to my question via the US postal service. Now that is customer service.

Love this shoe. Super comfortable (I have high arches) and makes bigger feet look small. Only problem is that you have to be careful with these shoes so you don't twist your ankle on uneven surfaces. Also, I think they run a little small. I usually wear a 10, but these are almost a little short in a 41 (listed as 10.5-11).

Dansko Marcelle - I absolutely love this shoe. I had the regular enclosed Danskos before and because I have such a high instep, they really hurt. These are great because they do not cross over that bone on the instep. They are so comfortable, I work in them all day and I feel like I have slippers on. Would definitely recommend. I think I am going to get them in brown too. I also wear them with jeans and they look so cute.

Dansko Marcelle Review - I have two pairs of the Marcelle: black and the reddish color. They are extremely comfortable and my feet are never tired at the end of the day. My only complaint with the reddish color is that the leather has developed a few spots where some of the color has rubbed off. The color/material isn't the same as the original reddish color.

Love, love, love these shoes - I'm a long time wearer of the Professional Clogs and have made repeated efforts to find the same comfort with a little different style. These shoes perfectly fit the bill. As with the clogs, they are comfortable immediately and really help my problematic back and feet. They fit basically the same as the clogs and really are very cute on. I bought the dark brown, which go with all of my brown clothing and jeans. I think I can probably even wear with a skirt in warmer weather. I 100% recommend these shoes!

This is a wonderful shoe. It's dressy, but still casual enough to wear with jeans. I love wearing these since they're so incredibly comfortable and I don't think they will ever wear out.

Love this shoe - I love love love this shoe. It's a roomy fit, as it's supposed to be, gives you a nice extra two inches of height, is very comfortable, and looks great with tights. It took me a day to get used to walking in these shoes because of the deliberately loose fit; I've worn them almost every day since then. Great shoe.

I am really enjoying these shoes - These shoes are very comfortable. They did take some breaking in, but after a couple times wearing them, they are quite comfortable.

My fav Danskos yet! This is my 5th pair of Danskos and my favorite yet. This is my third pair in the clog style. They are looser and wider than my regular black clogs. They fit my wide feet perfectly. They are loose, but I think they are supposed to fit that way. The leather is stiffer than other clogs but it doesn't bug me. I have very sensitive hard-to-fit feet and I loved these right out of the box. I don't think I will have the "break-in" period that I had with other Danskos.

My favorite shoes! Very cute pair of mary janes. They look great with jeans and casual slacks, and I love the fact that they slip right on even with the straps. Picking out cool socks to wear with them has never been more fun! I normally wear a size 8, but these fit me best in the European 39 (8.5-9).

Great mary jane - I love this shoe. I have four other pairs of Dansko clogs. These are as comfortable as all of them but have that added flair of a mary jane. The brown is a nice, dark color and looks well with jeans and khakis. I have had several compliments already.

I wish... ...I had one in every color! This shoe is awesome! I would recommend them to everyone, they are comfortable, and look cute with everything.

Love them! This is my third pair of Dansko clogs, fifth pair of Danskos, period. They are always comfortable and reliably well-made. And Zappos does a fantastic job of getting them to me quickly and painlessly.

Favorite shoes - I work on my feet all day long. When I wear these shoes, my feet never hurt. These shoes are lovely.

Zappos is great - I am enjoying my Marcelles. The shoes however come in different tones and different cuts. I exchanged a pair of dark Marcelles because a seam was rubbing against my foot but otherwise fit perfectly. The next pair came in the exact color and size on the box but it was a lighter shade and prettier. The toe box however was much smaller than the first pair. I checked twice and it was the same size and color on the box. However the first pair was made in Brazil and the second in Italy. Hoping to get another pair from Italy that fit better I exchanged again, got another pair from Italy with the lighter color and a small toe box! I returned both Italian pairs and kept the one from Brazil as it fit the best and with socks I do not notice the seam. And through it all Zappos customer service was helpful and wonderful!

Great Shoe! Very comfortable, very solid shoe. I always like Dansko products, but I think this is one of my favorites.

My first pair of Danskos - Although the price is steep, this is a great shoe. Cute with skirts or pants, it's incredibly versatile! (Plus, it adds a little height which always makes me happy.)

Dansko Marcelle review - These shoes are my favorite that Dansko makes! I have several different Dansko styles and when I needed a new pair I bought these in black, even though I already had them in brown. They are very comfortable, look good with any outfit and add a few inches without having to wear an uncomfortable heel. Since the top is open it doesn't pinch on your foot. I wear a size 37 and these shoes are true to size. They especially look good with cute socks and tights. Highly recommended!

Amazing - I am a hair stylist and I am on my feet all day and my feet, knees and back always hurt. When I got these and wore them the first day that was the end. I will never wear any other pair of shoes to work. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and it says I should wear a 39 but I think the 40 fits better because in the 39 my toes rub on the front of the shoes.

Adorable look and comfort to match - Again, Zappos has made my feet happy. Love these shoes. They are stylish; I can wear to work with my scrubs, with jeans for casual and looks great with a skirt. I love Zappos service, next day delivery makes me giddy. Thanks Zappos for great customer care.

Love Them - I bought these shoes to wear to work with dress pants. Due to a problem with my one foot, I cannot wear flat shoes or high heels. This shoe gives me enough lift and they can dress up or down. I love the fit and comfort. Well worth the price tag.

A fashionable, functional fit - Dansko's Marcelle are versatile and comfortable. They fit true to size and the strap helps the clog from slipping (I have a very narrow heel and have trouble with other clog styles.) I am very satisfied overall and would highly recommend them.

My favorites! This style is my favorite of all Danskos. It still has the comfort of the "professional" but has some added cuteness with the strap. I got these in the "hickory" color, which is a little different from what I expected. It's more of a dark brown-grayish color and isn't as rich as I expected, the way the regular brown and the cordovan look. By nature of the design, this shoe is a little wider than most.
