Very functional shoes that can dress up or down, not hugely stylish. Very good foot support. They are listed as being 8.5 to 9 US sizes and I would say they are much closer to 8.5 than 9. They do stretch a bit after wearing them for about an hour.

Comfort, if this is what you are after this shoe fits the bill. I work in the film industry and work very long days a lot of the time. I love wearing Danskos. They give pretty good arch support. They are loose on my foot so they aren't rubbing anywhere. I like wearing them with bare feet the best, although socks are fine as well. They look kind of cute with knee socks and a skirt. I've worn these for 15 years or so and always come back to them when I really want a comfortable shoe. They aren't the sexiest shoe, but they do make me taller. You have to go up a full size in these or they won't fit. I forgot and had to exchange the first pair I bought. You want them to move on your foot. They stay on because of the design and the back so they don't slip off like clogs sometimes do, but you want them to move a bit while you walk, too. Little things: they do scuff easily especially the matte finish ones and you can see the staples on them. I still obviously think they are worth it, though.

I am a medical student and am on my feet for very long periods of time. So, I needed a comfortable shoe, as well as one that looked professional and could be worn with dress clothes or scrubs. I saw that an overwhelming amount of hospital employees wear this brand of shoe. It took some getting used to, but I definitely love these shoes. I can be on my feet for 16 hours and they won't hurt. Due to the design of the shoe, there is a lot of room for the foot to move around. This causes the wearer to trip, stumble, and nearly roll their ankle when they are not used to the shoes (everybody who wears these shoes knows exactly what I am talking about). They are also a bit heavy, so combine that with the loose fit, and running up and down stairs is a bit of a chore. If they get dirty, they are easy to clean. One thing that I don't particularly care for is that I have 6 pairs, in different colors and styles, and they all stain my socks. They are not the most fashionable, but they can certainly be worn with anything and look decent. These shoes seem to lack good ventilation, so may not be the best option for people with even moderately sweaty feet. Overall, I am very pleased with this brand. After all, I own 6 pairs. This style is a nice simple choice.

I wore Danskos in medical school and throughout residency and found them to be the most comfortable shoes I have owned that also provide excellent arch support. While other shoes (e.g. Clarks) are extremely comfortable, I found the lack of arch support a real problem as I am on my feet all day. My main disappointment with this pair is that the left shoe was extremely tight on the top of my foot for about a week until it stretched a bit. I've never had that problem before. They're not the most stylish shoe, but if you favor comfort and support, this shoe is hard to beat.

These shoes are hard to buy without trying on because it seems like each pair fits differently. They were a little small for me and according to the size chart should have been a little too big. But thanks to Zappos fast and free shipping and return, I found my perfect pair and can easily send the others back!

The Dansko Professional Series offers the best for those who have worn Dansko clogs for decades. I still miss the better fit of the Swedish made Dansko that I still have a few pairs of because they had a better toe box and fit, but this is the best clog available, really good on most surfaces. I have to order a size up. The all black looks best, looking all of a piece sole and shoe. Great for posture and being on busy feet for long days. Easy to keep looking as good as they feel. (Rate at 4.5 stars out of 5.)

I have a wide foot, so they were narrow to get into, and pinched for the first two times I wore them. Since then, as comfortable as advertised. Much less foot fatigue and low back pain. I would recommend them.

These are great shoes - I work in events and sometimes have to be on my feet all day long. I never had to break them in; they were perfect from day one. Even though they feel big - my heel slips in and out of the heel cup when I walk - I've been told that's how they're supposed to fit so that you don't get blisters. They're a little clunky, but I highly recommend them to anyone who has to do a lot of standing or walking in one day.

I'm so disapppointed. I originally ordered these in lime green, and they were comfy but the arch was too small and squeezed my feet. So I decided to go with these gray ones but one size larger. They are SO big that I can only wear them with thick socks and they're still too big. Be careful - they are comfortable but they will squeeze your feet.
