haven’t worn clogs in years. yet, as soon as i slipped into these black danskos, they seemed to mold to my feet. have purchased dansko sandals many times. like them, their clogs are comfortable enough to wear for hours on end. maybe my eyes are playing games, but dansko’s oiled black clogs seems to make my size 11 feet look smaller & more compact. just the shoe for those warmer, non-sandal days.

I ordered this pair along with the Brenda from Dansko. The Brenda was super comfortable straight from the box, but this pair is much more stiff and "clunky". Fit is great even with a thin sock.

I bought these as house shoes. They fit right away (even though I have a small bunion on one foot) and have become more comfortable with wearing for a few days. The leather uppers appear to be of good quality and have some "give" to them. For clogs, these are very trim-looking. I would have liked a more cushioned insole.

These Sonjas felt insubstantial compared to an old pair I have--I'm disappointed! The padded area around the opening is thinner and is barely there on the sides. Sizing was exactly right, however--I wear a 37 in open-back Dansko clogs and a 38 in the professionals. I need a wide toe box, too, and these had that.

I have many Sanita clogs, these felt 1/2 size shorter than my others. I love this style but just not a fan of the texture of this leather.

Loved the clog when I saw it online......and when I took them out of the box. Disappointed when I tried to put them on. Not for HIGH arches like mine. I couldn't even get them on......my heel hung over the back as my foot couldn't slide into them. They seemed to be smaller than other 38's that I always order from Dansko, also. Great looking shoe and high quality......just not for high arches, unfortunately.

They fit well. I bought them to cook in. I’m hoping they will work for that. But they’re very stiff and I have very sensitive feet. Not sure I’m going to love them.

This is a great shoe if you stand for a long time. Comfortable. I wear them in the kitchen when I know I’ll be standing for hours. Dansko is an excellent brand for working people.

They fit just right, but I find the materials (upper and bottom parts) a bit stiff. Also, due to these materials, they’re relatively heavy. If they can make them lighter, I would buy them again and again.

At first I thought these clogs may be too narrow and perhaps a little short lengthwise. They were actually perfect. I walked several miles and many stairs my first outing (who knew the parking garage was full and I would have to park at a meter blocks away!!). Not one blister or rub or crease or anything. Comfortable and sturdy shoes. Replaced similar clogs (another brand that does not carry clogs anymore) I had had for years and was worried I wouldn't be able to find replacements for - am so pleased these worked out swimmingly (lol, first time i've used that word!!).

Fit smidgeon small. Dansko should mske half sizes. Quality excellent. Looks? Well, they’re clogs with plastic soles-for that not bad. Great work shoe.

I have worn Dansko clogs for years and love them. These are replacements for a pair over 10 years old and I have every expectation that these will wear as well. However, I have a very high instep and these are tight enough over my foot that they are uncomfortable. I am going to keep them and wear them in the hope that they will stretch out. If you have a high instep, like me, be advised.

I have a wide foot so these fit well. I am on the small side of an 8 so ordered a 38...had to return for a 39 since my heel was right on edge. New pair is perfect. Hoping that once I break these in that they will loosen a smidge over my arch but not uncomfortable by any means. Love the support and that there are no seams visible. Love the oiled black dull look. Happy with this purchase.

This shoe is a classically appearing clog from the Old World -- its cute. It has a wonderful foot-bed although there was a bit too much arch support for me even though I have a higher than normal arch. There are certain comfort shoe brands I cannot wear because they have too much arch support. I have several pair of Dansko high heel platform wonders that are beyond comfortable for me and all of those are a size 37. The 37 in this clog fit me a full size too small, without a sock. This is a well-made shoe out of very nice and sturdy leather. I thought it would have a bit a distressed look in the black sort of nubuck selection, but it does not. It pretty much looks like regular nubuck but a bit smoother.

I bought these in black, and have worn them for many, many long work days - when I've been on my feet for 10-12 hours and/or walked many miles. They're so comfortable; especially considering that they're really solid and could easily be so heavy. The only real complaint I have is that since I activate my toes when I'm walking in these, somehow the inside of the shoe can scuff my nail polish if I'm not wearing socks. It may be because I have rather narrow feet with high arches and insteps, but it's a bit odd. Clogs are clogs, though, and I really like them despite their inner clog nature. Super high quality, too: I've put a year+ into them and they still look brand new.

I have worn a lot of Danskos, and these compare, though the upper material is quite stiff (more so than I recall other pairs being when new; perhaps it is the patent). A light liner (though that is not Dansko’s practice) would have made a big difference.

I love this shoe..has the arch support..has a great look...but I too feel these are not for people who stand or walk all day. There is zero padding and I mean zero! I definitely think these are great shoes..just not for individuals who are on your feet all day..

I ordered the stone distressed color on the web page it looks brown and I was excited to get them. Not as happy with the color of gray

Cabrio finish leather has a nice sheen. I am usually 7.5-8 in shoes and preferred these to 8.5-9 I also ordered. My heel is in line with the back of the clog, but the size up was loose when walking and I liked the closer fit of this size better. Plenty of room for toes and bunions, and the arch support is a plus.

I bought the oiled black ones, expecting to find a soft leather upper, good arch support &--given the thick sole--quite a lot of cushioning. Well, no--at least on 2 counts. This is not a soft, cushiony shoe! It does have good arch support, but if you want a shoe to cradle your foot in plush comfort, this is not the one! I was also hoping for a wide, roomy toe box, which this shoe also lacks. Compared to my LLBean clogs that are the same size (37), this shoe is much smaller & daintier. Not sure yet whether I'll keep or return it. It looks good on my foot, but I wanted more comfort than this shoe offers me.

These shoes are crazy comfortable, however the Stone Distressed color is more of a speckled gray than a brown as it looks in the photo. Was really wanting brown shoe, so I'll be exchanging these (for a different pair of Danskos, of course!).

I got these for travel and commuting to give my feet extra support in the arch and a comfortable fit. Check! I have high arches and I've had to stretch out the leather to make the shoe fit more comfortably, however once they are broken in they will be very good walking and travel shoes.. great when it comes to getting through airport security!

I've never worn Dansko but after trying many other brands for support, hope these work. For now just wearing around the house with a thicker sock. Though my foot measures between 10.5-11, the 10.5-11 (41) in the Sonya (patent) wasn't roomy enough. I got the 11.5-12 (42) and they feel better. My foot has really changed...flatter arch from wearing non-supportive shoes and flip flops! Also have arthritis in big toe so need LOTS of room in the toe box so also why the 42 feels better. I'm assuming the patent will stretch a little; the band is a little stiff so hope will be less so after wearing. Will hope these are keepers after I test wear for a few days. As usual, Zappos was great about getting me the exchange super-fast!

Plenty of people rave about Dansko clogs so I decided to give Sonja a try. I have a high arch and the top hit right at the bone making it quite uncomfortable so back it goes.

When buying a clog, I am looking for arch support and a sturdy shoe. This model doesn't feel as supportive as older Dansko clog models. I find my foot slipping around (yet feeling cramped in the toe area). I like this brand, so keep trying...
