These are great boots. I've had many pairs of the shorter Georgia Giants but this is my first pair of the taller ones. The only thing I would recommend is that Georgia replace the top eyelet with another J hook. Having the eyelet defeats the purpose of the J hooks. J hooks are for quickly lacing boots and if you have to lace through an eyelet that slows the process down.

I have wore different boots in the past, but by far Georgia Giant boots are the most comfortable boots I have ever worn, 8 to 10 hours days on a " Warehousing " setting walking on hard / rough concrete and asphalt all day long and my feet are not tired at all.

I always enjoy putting on my romeo's. These are equally as comfortable with a more secure ankle. I was tired of my feet feeling tired in my danners. These georgia giants are comfy!

This is my fifth pair of Georgia Boots, and I have been happy every time. Even on the single occasion I contacted customer service, I was very satisfied with the speed and efficiency with which the situation was resolved. I will own more Georgia Boots in the future.

i've been buying these boots for several years and i've spoken to some of my fellow crew members about these boots in our yard were electricians and now several of them are buying them also there the most comfortable boots i've had for work i highly recommend these boots i'm 61 yrs old so i've worn a lot of boots in my life time there of the highest quality

Great boot, always comfortable from day one. This is my fourth pair, I wouldn't have any other. They wear like iron, but are light on your feet.

Its hard for me to find boots im my size (17s) and Georgia Giant has always been an option for me thankfully. They last almost as long as boots costing almost double and are just as comfortable.

The 6" Giant (11 1/2 W) is a perfect fit. Good quality leather construction. I have worn them for three week around the house and workshop and they are comfortable and relatively light weight, Very sturdy platform, soles and foot bed.The only complaint/suggestion I would make is for a little wider tongue at the top as it doesn't tuck neatly under sides at the top lace hooks. Otherwise a well made boot. Would expect to reorder in the future.

This will be my 4th pair in last 5 yrs. I walk miles at work and have put these boots through rough terrain. Only boots I will buy as long as they are sold.

I love this boot fits well lot of support only drawback is not insulated I hope that you'll get some waterproof insulated boots in my size which is 17 medium otherwise I love these boots

Great value work boot, quality leather, beautiful and super tough Goodyear welt and durable sole. This is a super underrated boot and I am always getting compliments on them! They do run a bit large. For me, I had to do a full size down from my sneaker size (13W) which I usually have to do for most boots. The 12W are still quite roomy, I definitely could fit into an 11.5W. I would recommend sizing down a half size. I accidentally ordered a size up initially, but customer service was super helpful when I had to exchange my first order. I love these boots and I will continue to always have a pair on hand, for both work and casual wear!

My last girlfriend was a very thoughtful and giving person. She bought me a pair of these, I had CartHart's and other "lesser" quality boots. After I wore these fo4 about two weeks they still are (4 years later) thee second to most comfortable shoe/boot/footware I have ever worn. I used to work for a auto manufacturer as a plant floor manager. They had "a boot semi truck that came around every months and anyone could go get some seriously good fitting shoes and boots. Those were required steel toe. They had an inner, upper layer of thin dense memory foam inside them that made them thee most comfortable shoes I ever wore. Steel toe and all. But these boots are fabulous. They are the best performing, most reliable and most comfortable boot I have ever worn. I will be buying a second pair in a day or two. I was just checking stock today and decided to leave a review. I have restrung my Georgia Boots about 6 times in 4 years. The knotted treads are worn to almost flat. But there is a shoe smith in town who resoles shoes and boots. I will have these resoled. But I still plan to buy another pair of these G6274. You can not believe the number of contractors that look at even my worn boots and say "those are really well made looking boots! Do you like them?" Do I? I love them.

I have been wearing these as a welder in power plants for over 15 years. I wont wear anything else. Just resoled with Vibram Montagna Block, best thing I ever did. When Pipe welding and walking inside the boiler these are the only thing that grip the boiler walls with the dust that forms on them and they do it comfortably Buy them

I have had these boots for 3 years now, the boots have held up for the whole time. There is just one thing the leather cracked in the front of the boot which wad probably my bad for not oiling or doing any conditioners more often then I did. I framed and did all kinds of construction in the boots. You should get your self a pair.

VERY SHORT-WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS, RIGHT OF THE BOX.

The first pair of Georgia Giants was a Christmas present from my daughter ..that was over 10 years ago I still have the boots today! I did go ahead and purchase another pair in the same style. These boots have amazing comfort and last longer then any other boot I have owned (and that's alot) I wear them 5 days a week in some not so favorable conditions .these boots stand up to the test of time and I've owned justin, red wing and a few other brands but nothing gets me through 12 hours days on my feet like these do..the light pair in the photo are 10 years old and I wore them daily thanks Georgia work boots for making boots that with stand a hard Day's work. I'll forever be a loyal customer, I even bought my wife a pair .

I have bought lots of boots off all beans through the years, both for work and casual use. But I always gravitate back to the Georgia's.... So comfy, and a Great value. I have a few different styles that I kinda stick too. But honestly have been thinking of trying some of the other styles as I don't think you can go wrong with this Quality brand. People can say what they want about the cost however in my experience you get what you pay for with footwear and when it comes to your back and your feet not having pain in getting and getting good wear and tear from your footwear money is not so much an issue. I get on average two years from a pair of boots from this company with daily use so that attests to the quality of craftsmanship and materials in my opinion.

This is my second pair and I just need to say, they are what I expected, A great pair of boots. Comfortable from the beginning, I slid my fet in and comfort began. They are I expected.

Georgia giant work shoes are the best hands down. Rule number one, take good care of you're feet. These boots check all the boxes. They only continue to get more comfortable the longer you wear them. Since i discovered this boot it is the only thing i want to put my feet in. This will be my third pair. Some people claim heel discomfort, i have never experienced this problem. The ggws footbed is the most comfortable i have experienced, however, i always use a certain name brand custom orthotic. Hopefully this helps. My only issue is i wish georgia would give this boot a more aggressive and longer lasting tread. I usually wear mine for 2 years. Boot is still fine at that point, tread is gone, ps i am a garbage man and am very hard on my footwear.
