Really disappointed, couldn't get my foot in past the top tight elastic... sending them back. Why did you make the top area so darn tight with no expansion possible?

My first pair lasted seven months and then the rubber started cracking on the bottom. Returned them to dealer for another pair, they only lasted two months and they started cracking, took them back to dealer for a refund, and now I'm done with Sorel. In my opinion very cheap material and poor quality.

After only two outings, the tabs that hold the D-rings (laces) fell off.

These boots are so cute but are really stiff; so much so that they hurt. They are also narrow in the arch area but large in the toe, very disproportionate. Heavy and clunky. Sad that I have to send them back.

I bought these boots to wear on a trip to Germany in December. There was snow/slush and very cold air. My feet got wet and cold after about an hour outside. I thought my feet were wet from sweating but when I took my boots off it was obvious that water had gotten in from the outside. The wool inserts were soaked and my socks were damp. I was very disappointed since these boots claim to be waterproof.

I was so happy to get my new snow boots, put them on and they hurt and cut my feet. I hope that the warranty department will take them back. I would have been happy but they hurt so bad I can't wear them.

These shoes are not waterproof. After getting them last fall for ice fishing I started wearing them late into autumn after temperature dropped to the 30's. Right away I noticed that they leaked water. So I complained to Sorel. They agreed to accept and inspect them if I shell out for shipping to their warehouse in France. So I did. They inspected the boots and determined that they are faulty and sent me a new replacement pair. Right away I decided to check if they are waterproof so I immersed them in couple inches of water. One of the boots was taking water like a sieve. It was full of water in matter of minute. So it's a shame on Sorel part for peddling such poor quality product.

Not waterproof -
I got them as a gift for x-mas. I spent a lot of time outdoors ice fishing in 20-30F weather. I love the way they looks, but that about it. One thing that I noticed right away that they are not waterproof as claimed. Both feet. Not sure if it the seams or construction itself. It is not designed for wet weather. I tried waterproofing them with lanolin and salamander spray but it wasn't much help. The liners are damp after every use. They are heavy and clunky. Very slippery on ice so you need ice cleats. I wouldn't buy them again or recommend my friends buying them.
