Best snow boots out there, comfortable, keep feet warm even with standard socks. Thanks to the hybrid grip even walking on ice is no problem whatsoever!

I bought this boot along with a pair for my wife over one month ago. She got her pair along with a photo confirmation of delivery. I do NOT have my boots. Said they were delivered but there was no photo confirmation. Sorel opened an investigation with lazership and still no answer. Customer service seems like they have their hands tied. These boots will not make for great springtime footwear! Refund my money or send the boots!

I bought my last pair of women's Sorel Caribous 30+ years ago and they just now finally gave up the ghost. I bought a half size up to be safe and the new ones match the length of the old ones exactly. Now if I could only get them on and off without a struggle, with or without socks. My average, medium-width foot could barely get past the leather ankle area, even with the shoelaces removed. I really had to force it. Once I got them on, they fit fine, but it was ridiculously difficult to get them back off. I compared the old ones to the new and even accounting for the old leather stretching over the years, the width difference at the ankles was very noticeable. I so want a replacement pair of Caribous! Maybe I'll see if the men's version is the equivalent width to the 30-year-old women's version.

I had a pair of these PAC boots for a long time, they finally wore out. I ordered the Sorel Caribou PAC boots and they arrived today. After trying them on I found them to be very comfortable. With any casual shoe I wear an 8.5 AA (narrow) width shoe. These are medium width but with a slightly heavier sock they have plenty of wiggle room. You would not want to walk any great distance in these for they are not hiking boots. They are very warm with a moderate arch support. Sometimes I place a 3/4 length insole inside the boot for extra arch support. They are very easy to get your foot into and out of. The stiff upper portion of the boot helps in that regard. I highly recommend these boots.

Used less then 5 times, rubber upper became unglued from base and split down to the toe. Very disappointing at this price point, I have another pair of everyday boots that have zero issues. Bought these to shovel the driveway or go sledding on the handful of times we get snow each year. Being they are over a year old no warranty.

My son loves them. They keep his feet warm and dry, which is hard when your shoveling snow in weather below 0. I had to let him open the Christmas gift early. I bought my first Sorel packs 40 years ago.

I love these boots! They fit true to size. They broke in easily and kept my feet warm and dry hiking in the snow all day.

Bought my size, 10, and a 10.5. The 10 was too short and the 10.5 was too big (more like 11+). Wondered if it where a man's sizing because of the width. Kept the 10.5, will try it w/ thick socks. The shoes look very cute on and are very warm.

I bought the Caribou in gray about 9 years ago and only have worn them maybe 10 times. I live in Minnesota, so I thought these would be great to wear during the winter. The reason I dont use them as often as I would love to, is because they are too dang difficult to get on and off my feet. The felt liner is snug, yes I understand that, but the problem is the actual boot itself. The opening is too small and the material is too stiff. It almost feels as if I might break my ankles trying to get the boots onto my feet. Once I do, they are heavy and clunky, which is great for slushy ice walks. But if you plan to be driving or doing a lot of walking, maybe try something else. I really wished these would have worked out in my favor, but Ill be searching for something more easy to wear.
Disappointed I,

The shoe is cozy and exactly as advertised. They looked huge, but fit nicely-true to size. They are surprisingly heavy and could use a little more cushion in the sole, but they will be a great shoe to have this winter.

The boots are great - The company isn't because they constantly send unsolicited emails asking to be patted on the back

Husband bought this boot round a year ago, works outside shoveling and plowing, and after just a few months of wear, the sole of one boot separated from the boot and he had to have it repaired. Now with less than a month of shoveling again, he has to have the OTHER boots sole reattached to the boot!
Back in the day, we NEVER had issues with our Sorels, never needing repair, and wearing them for YEARS; I am SO disappointed in Sorel current quality, and will not purchase ever again...

My daughters and I bought these boots for my husband for Christmas in 2020. We live in Colorado so he only wears them in winter. The rubber on the uppers has split completely through on both boots along the big toe side. One of the leather straps that held D-ring for laces has also torn off. His pair of Polar Sorels that he owned prior to these lasted over 20 years. Too bad quality is not at all the same.

I love my new boots! They are extremely comfortable lightweight and warm. They do run on the larger side and you should get a smaller size than you normally wear.

Ultimately I ended up returning these. The boot is bulky, heavy and stiff. It is difficult to get the tongue to sit flush . I never got the tongue on the right shoe to not bunch up and put pressure on the shin. This looks like quality leather and build; however the boot is really stiff and heavy. I like the looks of the boot and I am sure they are warm, but I could not wear these for an extended time. I wore them around the house a couple of times to give them a fair shot and really wanted to keep them, but they are just a really uncomfortable shoe and I ended up returning them. I was surprised given all the rave reviews and recommendations of this boot that can be found on the internet. I also ordered a size 7 as I could not find my normal size of 6.5 and the fit was weird. Should have felt large, but even with thin socks felt narrow. Lengthwise despite being a larger size felt like it was the right size, so my guess is these run really small. I love Sorel, but this is my second failure trying to find a good winter boot from Sorel. The last boot I sized up 1.5 sizes to get it to fit my foot, but by doing so, there was a huge gap in the ankle.
