Sorel Caribou - What an awesome boot! I can't wait for snow - they are just what I was looking for. I usually wear a size 8.5 and I ordered an 8 - a perfect fit. They are well made and look like they will get me through any bad weather that comes at me. Zappos is the greatest as always!

Adorable - I bought these two weeks ago for walking the dog, but apart from when I am asleep, the boots have scarcely left my feet. I've been wearing them to work, to run errands, or out to the bar. There was no break-in period. I got a size smaller than I usually wear, as per the other reviewers, and they fit perfectly. They are so warm and comfortable and the color (purple frost) is adorable--it's hard to believe that you can say the phrase "adorable Sorrels," but there you go.

based on the reviews i ordered a 10 and 11, in case the 11 was too big. but the 10 was too small so i think it depends on your foot. I got the purple ones, and i love them. I cannot wait to wear them in all that snow.

Got snow, get Caribous! We just moved to Colorado from central Texas last month and I was ill-prepared for the weather here. Sorel's Caribou boots are just the thing for snowy climes! I highly recommend this boot to anyone who lives with snow. I read all the reviews and found it helpful to order a half size smaller than I usually do. I wear a 5 1/2 shoe so I ordered a 5 in this boot and it fits perfectly. It is a bit heavy, but believe me, when the snow is deep, you don't mind in the least! And Zappos delivery is the fastest I've ever seen. I ordered this boot online Tuesday night at 10PM, and they arrived on Thursday by noon! Zappos is awesome! I'll never shop anywhere else online for shoes/boots!

My daughter loves them - They were a x-mas gift for her and she thinks they are great. Just the right utilitarian look and soo warm. She finds them very comfortable and a good fit.

Sorel Caribou Perfect Boot for Whistler! Warm, comfortable, and very cute! I ordered these out of necessity but was so surprised at how versatile they were. They actually looked great with leggings and a long tee as well as skinny jeans, sweater & vest.

Great Winter Boot - Perfect for winter weather. Runs big. I am normally a 9 and ordered both an 8 & 7. The 7's worked better for me. They make stomping around in the snow more fun and are cute for running errands as well!

Perfect for the Snow - The thick lining is perfect for keeping your toes and feet warm. I love them. This is my second pair of Sorel's. I bought this pair because they lace up. My older pair slip on. I would not any other brand.

I love my Sorels - I just replaced my Sorel snow boots that I have had for 25 years! I loved my old boots so much but they were really showing their age. I have never gotten this much wear from any shoe or boot that I have ever owned. I live in Alaska and my boots have seen a lot of wear. I am replacing them with the Sorel's Caribou. This is the same boot I had with a few upgrades like a better sole and better stitching. My advice for purchasing this boot is to buy a half size smaller. This boot runs large. My old boots were wonderful but a little too big and they always felt sloppy. My new boots are a whole size smaller and they fit perfectly. If you buy these boots you may never need to buy another!

Toasty warm - I love these boots so much. I have the coldest feet, but they are warm and toasty in these, not to mention they are very comfortable. I think they are pretty cute as well, especially for a boot that comes through on performance. Everyone comments on how cute and warm I look in them. I have a size 5/6 shoe so I ordered the 5 and I am happy with the sizing. Just enough room for a thick sock, although I don't think I'll be needing them.

Great, comfortable and warm! I am very happy with my new winter boots. However, the sizes run big. I usually wear a size 8, so I ordered a size 8 for these boots. I had to return them, because they were too big. I ordered a size 7, and they are steel a size too big. Recommendation: Order at least a size smaller than normal! (The boots are heavy as they are - no need to drag the weight of an extra size around.)

Great boot; great price! I bought these for my daughter because she needed something warm, waterproof and stylish that would be comfortable enough for walking around campus. She can't wait to wear these! I spotted them on Steve's Sale page and couldn't believe the price! I'm never disappointed with Zappos!

Awesome - I go to UConn, so I got these boots so I would have something to wear when I walk around campus in the snow. I agree that they look big, but they are ADORABLE, especially with jeans tucked into the top, and even with a skirt. And they're VERY warm and comfortable. But I would recommend going a half-size lower than usual, especially if you don't plan to wear heavy socks with them (you don't need to for warmth). Really cute though.

Warm winter boot - Lovely winter boot for cold days in the snow. Waterproof and perfect for when the snow melts as well, (called Fisherman's boot in Norway). This is a solid winter boot, so don't expect it to be narrow and slim - it will let your feet in their natural position and is really comfortable. A plus for changeable inner socks. The size is perfect (I'm a 38 European = US 7), although I saw from other comments that some found it larger than marked; NOT in my opinion!!

Great Boot! These boots are great! I can't wait till winter to wear them. Tried them on and walked around the house in them. Very big looking but feel "just the right size" when wearing them. They are sized larger than normal. I wear a 9.5 ordered a 9 and can still wear a thick wool sock with them. Feel nice and warm. Would recommend for tough winter wear. Not really for casual wear in winter, more like hiking and crunching through heavy winter snow.

Great deal - I bought these on sale in June so I can't attest to their snow capabilities, but they look sturdy and very comfortable with the fleecy lining. They do indeed run big, I ordered a size smaller than my normal size and they fit fine with a wool sock. I'm looking forward to winter!

VERY CUTE! This boot is great for the snow and rain. Extremely comfortable and stylish too, they do look a bit manly but it looks tough. LOVE THEM!! Thanks again Zappos.

Sorel's Caribou - If you’re looking for warmth and comfort, look no further, this is the one! I was really surprised with the comfort and support. I wear a 6 1/2 but the 6 was better and I still have room for a thick sock. But I don’t think I'll ever need it. This boot is warm. Your toes have room to move they don’t feel cramped up. The only thing I wish they would improve on is a women’s look. I look like I'm going to go fight a forest fire. They do look like a man’s boot but who cares who's going to be looking at my feet. Best pair of Snow Shoes - I love these snow shoes. Not only do they come in this cute color, they also keep your feet really warm. I bought these shoes to study abroad in Denmark where it is snowing and is below 0 degrees C. This is the only website that I saw which offers so many color opportunties that fit your personality!

Good warm boots- These boots are wonderfully warm. I was plowing through snow and did not have a single cold toe. They do feel a little clunky and heavy, but in a foot of snow who is going to see your feet?

The Warmest Boots Ever- These are the best heavy duty boots for the winter. Unbelievably warm and sturdy. Very comfortable. I ordered a size 6 where I regularly wear a size 6.5. They fit great with room for thick socks.
