If I lived in a colder climate I would keep these. They were comfortable and would definitely keep your toes warm.

I wear a size 7 in Sorel products I ordered the 7.5 because I wanted to wear them with thick socks. The main issue with this boot is that they are bulky; however, they are amazing to walk in the snow. While others are slipping and sliding I am soldiering on. The boot itself has a wide toe box; as a result, a person's feet will look larger than they are. Remember ladies' we are not buying these to wear at Fashion Week in NYC. They are functional and warm. One last thing they work best when the user wears wool blended socks/moisture wicking socks.

Just got done snowblowing my driveway with these on. It's -10 with the windchill and I was stomping through over a foot of snow. My feet were dry, warm, and comfortable the whole time. No problems with slipping around either. I have never had a better pair of boots for going out in the freezing cold and snow.

These shoes allow me to walk through the NYC slush with confidence. I normally wear a size 6.5 but they were a little large so I exchanged for a size 6 and they fit perfectly. I can wear a thick sock with a little room in the boot and my feet stayed warm and toasty. They are a little bulky but that is to be expected and worth it when you're walking through the snow without getting your feet wet/cold (and look good doing it). These were exactly what I was looking for and I look forward to wearing these all winter long.

Bought these for my daughter for Christmas sadly they were too big, Zappos return policy was easy and fast she got the correct size and LOVES the boots for snowy slushy Pittsburg puppy walking. Thanks Zappos Christmas was a success!

Love these boots-- bought a size 9 last winter and wore them because we had a blizzard but they felt really big. This year bought a size 8.5 and they felt big too. Returned those and bought an 8! Finally have a good fit. (Now to resell the size 9's hopefully!).

I bought these because I moved into the city and now walk everywhere I go. If you have ever lived in a wintry city, you know when it snows not everyone shovels. So you are stuck trucking through blocks of snow. In these boots my feet feel as warm as they do at home!!! Yes, they make me feel like I have an elephant's foot, but when the temps are cold it is not about fashion. Even still, I love the tan swayed and the fluff at the top. Oh, and I would recommending going a size up. I am usually anywhere between 7.5-8 and I went with an 8. Fits like a charm.

Amazing!!! Bought several pair and spent time walking around the house in them all. These boots immediately fit well, wear comfortably, and give you confidence they'll stand up to cold and snow for years to come.

The shoes are great! A little heavier than I was expecting, but they are snow boots after all. So comfortable!

You can buy your boots 0.5 less than your size. For example, I am size 10.5 and the boots that I bought were 10.5 which were too big. So you can buy a boots size 10.

These boots are phenomenal and work well for both walking short distances and standing outside on cold MN winter days. If you want more support than the boot alone offers, it is easy enough to insert a pair of Superfeet insoles and you will be good for an extended walk/hike time. The boots are lighter weight than some heavier, more extreme versions, so they are ideally suited for a short drive in cold and snowy weather, too, without feeling like you have to change in and out of your boots for driving, or change when you get to your destination for fear your feet will overheat. Coupled with a pair of wool socks -- or on those really cold sub-zero days, there is enough room to tuck in a pair of Hotties -- these boots are ideal. I love these boots!

This is my second pair of Sorel winter boots First I love that they fit my feet. I have had a bunion for years. It's a nightmare buying any type of footwear. I can wear your boots for hours without any pain and discomfort! Second - they keep my toes and entire foot warm and dry the entire time I am outside. We've had over 15 in of snow this year. My socks stay dry whether I'm out walking or using the snow blower. I do wish they had a pair of clasp at the top to help tighten like my last pair. It does take a little bit to get use to their weight. But I keep the weight of the boots for the excellent traction, warmth and dry socks.

I love these boots. They have a thick wool lining. They are stable on both ice and snow, good to 40 degrees below. Your feet will never be cold in these boots.

These are true to size and very warm. We just had a big snow storm in MI and I was happy to have these. I used them while shoveling almost a foot of snow and they kept my feet dry and warm.

I live in Russia ... and I can say with confidence - these boots are best for the Russian winter! We've got a national winter shoes made of felt wool, called "valienki", but they are somewhat outdated and banter look at the present, but Sorel Caribou is very appropriate for all their heat and is waterproof!

I had been searching for a really good pair of warm snow boots for the past month. I hate having cold feet!. It came down to the sorel caribou and the LL Bean Womens lace up. After trying on both and wearing both in the house, the Sorels have won hands down! Size, weight, shape.... they are very comfortable, and have slight arch support. Snowboots need to be big to do their job, but these also have a nice shape in keeping your feet from looking like huge moon boots! Reviews said they size slightly larger than actual, I wear a size 8, and ordered a size 7 1/2. They fit perfectly with slight looseness to keep the warm air pocket around my feet and toes especially! First wearing outside in ice & snow, they kept my feet very comfy. I dont think these are necessarily for walking long distances, but stay tuned as I continue to use them. I am looking forward to years of great use!!

I wear a size 8.5 wide in women's shoes. I ordered a 9 in the Sorel Caribou, and the fit was good for a winter boot, albeit slightly long. I have ample room to move my toes around, which you really need if you want to stay warm. Going a half a size up worked for me, as my feet are very wide. Someone with narrow feet might find themselves swimming in these boots if you go up a size. I wore them outside today with sub zero windchill and my feet stayed very toasty.

My Sorel's fit true to size, they were warm but a lil heavy(in which I already knew before purchasing them). We only got a few inches of snow here in NY today but I just had to put them on. I just love them.

I ordered these after reading other reviews. Normally wear size 7.5 but ordered 6.5 and they fit well with socks. I wore these on a frigid, wet day and my feet stayed dry and very warm. They seem bulky when you put them on but they are easy to walk in and easily adjust to. I love them think they are great value.

They were an early Christmas gift for my son. He said, "they are the best boots I've ever had", and he lives in the snowbelt!
