These are the absolute best winter boots I've ever owned. I got my current pair 8 years ago when I was working as a ski-lift mechanic, and used them hard that winter - 80 hours a week on the mountain, plus snowshoeing and working outside in my limited time off. They haven't been babied in the winters since then, either. They're light, easy to put on, and unlike most pac-type boots they're comfortable on longer walks. If you snowshoe, you'll appreciate the heel shelf that keeps the rear binding strap from sliding down, and also keeps crampons steady. The insulation finally wore through in the heel of one of my boots so I won't be using my current pair this winter, but after looking at many other brands of boots - Cabela's, Schnee's, Kenetrek, Kamik, LaCrosse, TNF, you name it - there's no comparison to the Conquest. Zappos will be getting my order tonight. For what it's worth, I have 11.5EEE feet and the standard 11.5 fit perfectly with heavyweight wool socks. Do yourself a favor and buy a Peet Shoe Dryer with these boots, put them on it every night, your boots will never smell and they'll be nice & warm every morning.

Great Boots - I work for the New York City Department of Sanitation and these boots were great! I wore them in the snow, rain, downpours, salt, you name it. They kept my feet dry and warm for a long time. If you're out in the elements for whatever reason, these boots are the way to go.

When the snowstorm hit Dallas in early 2021, I wore these both indoor and outdoors during the blackout/pandemic. Luckily, I survived both. These boots remind me of the Midwest/ Great Lakes.

Northeast Massachusetts is very unpredictable and with the winter we just had my Sorel Conquest boots got me through without a cold toe...very comfortable and not heavy. My feet and legs not fatigued from wearing all day and sometimes for 50 -60 hours straight. Have 4 pairs and keep rotating to wear even. I work snow and ice for the state, and salt and chemicals don't seen to effect boots as I thought they would. Hope they replenish this model and my size so I can purchase 2 new pairs to replace 2 older. 5 stars in my book.

These boots are the warmest boots I have even own. They fit true to size. I am 15. I would buys if you want a great boot!

These boots represent my favorite purchase of 2013. I tried out the Sorel Caribou but they just weren't quite right for me. I felt that they were too "clunky". What I mean by that is that they weren't designed IMO to be a form fitting boot. I had almost given up hope when I ordered these as a last resort. Jackpot! They fit my foot much like a modern hiking boot. We had a very snowy winter in Pa last year and these boots never let me down. The only negative that I can think of is that they're too hot to wear indoors. I found myself unlacing them before I'd go into the grocery store or my feet would feel like they were on fire.

I'm an 11.5 D. These fit perfect. Like a pair of slippers. You forget they are there, even while driving. I got them for my Montana trips, I live in Florida. Thought I'd break them in first. Wrong- A: I didn't need to, and B: HOT feet. I got them to MT last week and used them a couple times. Awesome, but the temps never got below 20, so I can't say that they work at zero yet. I can say I had HOT feet at 20 degrees with a cotton tube sock on. I feel sure that these boots can handle anything with the proper socks. Get moisture wicking if above 20 degrees. They look great and got plenty of compliments. Probably sold a pair or two on my trip. And the price can't be beat. At the rate I use these boots, they will last me the rest of my life. VERY PLEASED.

Earlier I posted a negative review for this boot as the workmanship was far and away different from any Sorel boot I had owned. I contacted Sorel customer service...sent the boots to them and they replaced the boot without question. Any manufacturer can have a product slip through the cracks...only good companies make their mistakes right. Thank you Sorel.

Great boots, very comfortable. I have spent many hours outside in the snow walking the dogs with no water leakage yet. They are rated to keep your feet warm down to -60F, but I found my feet getting cold when it dropped to around 10 degrees one day. I'm keeping these.

Quality kicks - these boots are superior in quality and comfort. They are really warm and waterproof. I had been in love with the Columbia Bugabootoo which was a great boot for about 5 years when they finally wore out and I almost bought another pair, but they changed their design and I didn't like the new look. So I researched the Sorel Conquest and I must say I am very pleased that I bought it.

Great Shoe - Very comfortable, and kept my feet warm and dry even while outside (in snow) in sub-zero temps for over an hour. Easy to slip on and take off, even though there is no loop provided to help slide the shoe on.

These boots do a good job in keeping out the deeper snow and are warm enough, with heavier socks, to wear for long periods of time. The sole on the bottom gives you good stability and traction. The weight is not cumberson like some other boots and the quick lacing works well!

Great Boots! I can't say enough good things about these boots. I needed a good pair of warm, waterproof boots for the winter and these haven't let me down. And of course, they arrived the next day after I ordered them. Love Zappos!

Very Satisfied - I was very satisfied with this boot, They fit perfect,Feel great.Protect your feet from the cold, and wet weather. Would recommend this boot to anyone that spends time outside,at any time when the weather conditions are bad, or just out enjoying the day out in the woods.

Best boot for the money - My boyfriend loves these boots... I bought them as a gift for him. He uses them daily for work and/or hunting. Keeps his feet warm and dry, look great and are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this boot to anyone.

Great Winter Boot - This boot was recommended to me by a co-worker and I love it. They keep my feet dry and incredibly warm. The only thing I would like to see different in this boot would for it to be 2" taller. If they made a 10" version, it would be perfect. Overall, a great warm boot!

Darn good boot - I was looking for a comfortable boot to use in the woods while cutting wood and hauling same. These fill the bill. They are not light but that’s all right. I would recommend them.

Sorel Conquest Boot - These boots are great for the price. They provide excellent warmth and stability. In fact, my feet were still warm even though they got completely soaked after a full day's worth of shoveling snow.

Zappos delivery is 2nd to none - I only wore them twice -- once to break in and once to shovel. My feet were warm and dry. I agree with others that the clip around the ankle area is useless. It is also irritating as I can feel it on my foot/leg, but after a while I don't notice it. All-in-all I like these boots. Zappos delivery is incredible -- I ordered at 11:50PM new years eve and they were delivered 5pm on Jan 2nd.
