For me these are work shoes for an IT guy who walks around a hospital a lot. I've broken my left leg badly and sprained the same legs ankle back a few years ago and I get aches and soreness there when on my feet a lot. I've yet to have any with these shoes. They're wonderful and seem like they're built to last. I know someone whose father swears by Rockport. He worked as a prison guard for a bunch of years. That tells you something.

My husband bought thses shoes. He absolutely loves them and knows exactly the size he needs. Unfortunately, the wrong size was in the box. However, Zappos could not have handled it better. Returns are free. I called them and the new shoes were there before I sent the wrong ones back. No fear here. Order with ease. The service was great.

The product was very good and I rated it 5 stars. I would rate Zappos service as very very excellent.

I've worn these shows for many years - these are the third pair I've owned. I wear them at work, and they've excellent shoes - and Zappos is the place to buy them. The price is great, the service fantastic. When I bought these shoes this year, the first pair were the wrong size (my feet got bigger, maybe?). But Zappos paid for their return and issued me a new pair with no problems, questions, or problems. You can't go wrong with Zappos!

This is my second pair of Rockport ProWalkers I bought from Zappos. I received exactly what I ordered and they came in a few days right to my door and shipping was free.

Great shoe, I have a lot of foot problems, pain from walking the worst. I tried NB but they did not help. The Rockport relieved almost all the pain, can walk 5 times as much as before!

Zappos took care of me on this one. I had to order about three times, but finally received the right size, and later a card from Zappos with a personal note from a helpful employee. I work at a theme park and bought these for work. These are great shoes that I would recommend.

I wore this shoe exclusively for a year and it stood up to the test. So comfortable you'll forget it's an old man shoe.

My husband needed comfortable, supportive shoes for our trip to Ireland. He really likes the shoes for comfort plus looks. He is wearing them already and says they feel great.

I like these shoes because I walk daily and they always make me feel comfortable. I had another pair of same shoes, but they wore out rather fast. That is the only bad thing about them the soles don't last.

I wanted something for summer besides the normal "Athletic Shoe." This fills the bill. Comfortable and good looking and as a bonus not as expensive as some others.

These shoes were a perfect fit. There was no spacers or break-in required. Just put them on and go. What could be better?

Super comfortable once you break them in. Great leather quality, doesn't leave large wrinkles after you break them in either. Need to get your exact size though, don't get it a bit bigger like some people might.

Great comfort, the kind of shoe you want when you have some errands to do late or when walking back home.

I got this shoe in a Narrow (B) width, and the width actually seems to be what it's supposed to be rather than what you get from other manufacturers. Bravo! These shoes are comfortable right out of the box, and you can wear them all day long without getting tired. I can recommend them without reservation. It would be great if they came in a nice dark brown as well as black. Not only that, but they accept my orthotic inserts without my foot slipping out of the heel. I have the inserts you get from Walgreen's or Walmart using the Dr. Scholls machine to determine which insert to buy. They work great. If you want comfort, these shoes are for you!

I have a shoe size that is hard to find. 12 4E. It was nice to find the size I needed at Zappos. The covered cost if I needed to return the shoe was a big plus for sure. The shoes were received in a few days and they fit perfectly. I highly recommend Zappos.

Zappos was a great help! It was all my fault for ordering the wrong size. Yet Zappos helped me return the shoes and get the replacements sent. These shoes fit perfectly and the old pain-causing shoes are in the trash. Thank you, Zappos!

I found I could save money by ordering from Zappos rather than purchasing from a local retail store. I ordered the wrong size, but was pleased when Zappos paid the return postage and postage to ship the correct size back to me. They were friendly, efficient and professional - more so than in the retail stores. It was a pleasure doing business!

Z actually had shoes in Narrow (B), which I haven't been able to find in years (especially online). They fit great and the price is great too.

I was looking for some walking shoes and used the Zappos website in my selection process. I easily found the Rockport shoes at a wonderful price and ordered them. Zappos shipped them to me within 3 days and the shipping was free. My wife and I plan to use Zappos in the future. Thanks! PS...the Rockports were just what the "doctor" ordered.

Ordered the shoes on Saturday 12-22 in the afternoon and they were delivered on Monday 12-24 as promised. Great Service! Shoes are great too, but Rockport always are!
