Bought them for my son who works on his feet 30 hours a week plus is a full time college student. He says they are great. Really comfortable and do not look like industrial shoes.

My husband put them on- an immediate smile broke out on his face! He is on his feet 8-10 hours per day in a fast passed medical environment at work, so the right shoes are important. We've never ben disappointed with Rockports!

I have a very narrow foot and shoes are hard to find. I ran across these on Zappos and ans they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable as well.

My husband has big feet! Most of his life, he's worn size 13 C, so we of course ordered that size in an attractive shoe we didn't realize had a very narrow toe box. When the order arrived, he couldn't get into it, so we decided to exchange it for a 15 D. That too was too narrow. Zappos personnel were wonderful to work with. The willingly exchanged the shoes yet again, but this time we selected an entirely different style, and thankfully, these fit wonderfully. I can't say enough about this company, their willingness to please, and agreeableness in accepting our returns.

These replaced the first pair I bought three years ago. Comfy, attractive and affordable. Durable. I pulled out the removable foot boards and put in my GoodFeet orthotics. Just a great, old-school value shoe!

Charles has a very difficult time finding a shoe that is comfortable being a 9 EEE. My son wore Rockport a lot and recommended a pair. We have been very pleased with this pair of shoes. Would suggest them to anyone.

My special needs 71 year old brother has worn this shoe and style for years. It is perfect for his needs and he walks twice daily. I was unable to find this locally and Zappos had the shoe and color we wanted at a good price. The service was great. Thank you, Zappos.

Product is fine but the process appears to have been a bait and switch. That is, the first pair-- not Rockports--that I ordered were too narrow. I had to send them back. The Rockports cost twice as much as the first shoes sent. Is that a standard procedure for Zappos? Possibly. Will I buy from Zappos again? No.

Very comfortable shoes from the beginning of wearing them. I use them when traveling, walking through airports, etc.

I love these tennis shoes. They are made like tennis shoes, but look good with chinos and jeans and don't look like tennis shoes. Since they come in black and brown, they are easy to coordinate with clothes, without looking too casual. They have very good support for being on my feet all day.

I love the Rockport ProWalker. I am a big guy and these shoes wear like iron with a nice wide base. The sides will not easily deform and fold-over like some brands. This is literally my third pair of these shoes over as many years. Great product!

I have never purchased shoes anyplace but in shoe stores. This shoe is the most comfortable for me but was not available in my area. I decided to try Zappos, but first took care to go online and determine how to correctly measure shoe size. Taking that into consideration with my old shoe size, I ordered. The shoes fit perfectly and I am very pleased.

The shoes looked as they did online when they arrived. The time from ordering to home delivery was fast. I used the sizing chart that they had online to determine my size. The shoes fit perfectly and feel great! Although I did not need it, Zappos.com has a excellent return policy. I'm very happy with my purchase, I will buy my next pair from Zappos.com and, I recommend them to my friends and family.

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn - period. I happen to really enjoy the minimal styling/Wheat color. I did take the liberty of adding Dr. Scholl's inserts, although they are rather minimal... this should can stand on its own, no problem. I have owned them for almost a year and have put close around 800 miles on them, well past the recommended life time for shoes; they still hold up, and I will be purchasing another pair.

I've been wearing this same shoe for at least a decade and possibly more. I keep buying it because it comes in an extra-wide width that fits my hard-to-fit feet just fine. Too often shoes claim to be EEE or extra-wide and they're not, but the Rockport M71000 truly delivers. True confession: I also have a pair in black that I wear even with dressy outfits because they're so comfortable and frankly, no one ever looks at your shoes.

Fifth pair I've owned and the won't be the last. I wear them at sometime every day, sometimes all day. I've tried New Balance and others and none come close.

I ordered these for my husband who has worn Rockport's for years. He swears by these shoes for comfort and durability. We used to go from store to store to find his size and style but after he realized how easy it is to 'shop at Zappos' I am now ordering more shoes for him than I am for myself. I have had several pairs of these shoes. I use them to walk in daily. A pair will normally last at least 6 months.

Great shoe. My husband loves these Rockports. Unfortunately I cannot find them in Macy's. Thank goodness for Zappos. The shoe provides excellent support, wears well and is my husband's favorite.

As a woman with foot problems (bunions, hammertoes), I have long purchased men's shoes because the toe box is larger. These shoes were comfortable with my first wearing. There is no "break-in" period. My orthotics fit easily in each shoe, and I forget about my foot problems when I'm wearing them!

My husband shopped for these shoes at a Rockport store and they were not comfortable, but when he got them from Zappos they were perfect!

Had a very hard time finding these shoes. Must be out of production. Zappos had them and shipped them FAST. Both pair fit like a glove and am very happy with the product and the service. I will be buying from them again. Thanks Zappos. Harold

My husband got these because he was having foot pain and couldn't wear other shoes. He has also purchased the Wheat color.
