I love these shoes. I need to slip a pair of sports shoes on before 7 a.m. to take the dog out; these are so easy to put on and so comfortable. Perfect dog walking shoe.

My favorite style of New Balance. Comfortable, long lasting, and easy to slip on and off. I have wide feet and these fit wonderfully.

This is an excellent light-weight shoe for summer season outdoors or year-round indoors. Zappos offered an excellent price, and we love their shipping policy!

I have bought many pairs of NB Mules over the years and these are just okay. I bought the gray ones with the pink letters and they are very uncomfortable. For some reason the lighter colors are softer inside the shoe. These shoes are very white so if you are okay with white you will like these shoes. On a scale of 1-10 for NB Mules, I'd give these a 6/7.

I happened upon a pair of NB801s several years ago and they are positively the most comfortable, durable, versatile slip-on sports shoe I have ever worn. These new ones are nothing close! They have no support and the top cuts into my ankle. I shall keep trying! Meanwhile I shall keep wearing my 8(?) year old pair.

Love these shoes. I had a pair years ago and these feel more substantial. I wear a size 12 and have flat feet. They fit perfectly with just enough arch to support but not cause my arches to ache! I got the Komen for a Cure shoe and it is beautiful. It has been difficult to find a pink trimmed shoe in a woman's size 12! I also have Rheumatoid arthritis and am diabetic and this shoe works for the foot problems of both illnesses. I don't have to wait for someone to help put on and tie my shoes now.

I had cruised around the net looking for these particular shoes. What I loved when I found them on Zappos was, they had no tax and no shipping charges and no charges if they had to be sent back. These are great shoes! Very comfortable to wear, and easy to slip on and off. They have a good amount of support. I found them to be true to size and got the Wide width which was very comfortable. New Balance always puts out a good shoe.

Love these shoes! Easy to wear right out of the box. New balance has always been my choice for athletic shoes. They are so comfortable that I wear these to waitress in! Zappos has fast shipping and you can't beat the free shipping on returns if you need to!

Love this shoe. Just bought my fourth pair in a couple years. Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn. True to size for me, but I have narrow feet and they do stretch a bit after awhile. Love them! Also love Zappos -- great service and extra fast free shipping!

Very comfortable shoes that feel like bedroom slippers. This is my second pair. They wear like iron and stay looking good a long time. Good buy for the money. They do run small so I get one size bigger.

These are the best shoes I have ever had. All of the comfort and support of an expensive athletic shoe. All of the comfort and convenience of a slide. Two years ago my puppy chewed up these shoes. It was so blissful to finally get another pair. They are my working in the house shoes, hard core walking on vacation shoes, and my working in the yard shoes. All feet deserve a pair of these.

I have 2 pairs from several years ago. These new ones don't work, because the back is not high enough to keep my heel from slipping out when I walk. The older ones have a back that is a bit higher and it makes all the difference.

This is my third pair of this style of New Balance mule type shoes and I love them. They seem a bit wider than in the past, but that is a plus for me!

My recent purchase of New Balance Classics W801 shoes provided great shoes for my wife to walk in since she had a fractured foot and has never been the same since. Zappos had the selection we wanted with the best price around. They even sent it next day with free shipping. I recommend checking out Zappos before purchasing any place else.

This NB 801 was a replacement for a pair I had worn out. Very comfortable and nice looking. The part that goes across the top (not as sturdy as the original pair) of the foot is a little snug. I may try a half size larger in the next pair. Zappos is great, shoes arrived in just a few days. MJ

I wish mine still looked as "pretty", but they are perfect shoes for my purpose. I got them to use as slip on farm work shoes for summer. I could not have made a better choice. They are easy on and off, comfortable and sturdy and I use them for all of my outside farm work every day now...and they get a good work out every day. I love them...and I love Zappos.

Most comfortable shoe ever! I bought 3 pairs of to get me through an outdoor summer festival. I spent 2 weeks running around the grounds all day and did never suffer calf or ankle soreness or pain. For my needs, I combined them with a sole orthotic insert. I had to machine wash them to get off all of the dirt. They still feel great!

I had to have back surgery. By 6 weeks I was suppose to be walking 2 miles briskly. But when you are wearing a brace and can not bend or twist you need a shoe that you can just slip on. This shoe was the perfect solution. Easy to put on and very comfortable to walk in. Also looks good!

I am preparing for a trip and plan to be physically active, so I wanted to buy a new pair of outdoor shoe. I normally am Adidas loyal, but decided to go back to my New Balance roots. Just as the description warns, the shoe trends towards a narrow fit (to ensure you foot stays in most likely) and I picked my foot width (D). It slips on like a glove and molds to my foot. I have yet to fully break them in but so far I am completely satisfied. I may look to this brand in the future as a result of this shoe's performance. Good job New Balance!

No one believed me when I said there is such a thing as a capable sport-clog great for running or cross training. I needed a less-complicated shoe for workouts--and these are great. The foot fits within a heel-cup, so it feels fitted like a closed-back shoe. The gathers across the top can feel a little tight at first, but that's the insurance that the shoe isn't going anywhere when you're running or at the gym. I would buy another pair in a heartbeat!

The shoes are so comfortable. To add to the plus my granddaughter thought they were cool. This is a ringing endorsement.

These shoes are as expected. It is difficult to find shoes with a good arch support in "slide-in" shoes.
