Overall good shoe - I really like the look of these shoes. Unfortunately, dirt tends to show up really well if you get a lighter color (but that's true for anything). The shoes are comfortable and I've received many compliments on them. My only observation/complaint is that they don't feel as "sturdy" as what I'm used to. It's a very good shoe though and I would recommend it.

A comfortable shoe at reasonable price - Once I put this shoe on I haven't been able to take it off! I have big feet so it goes well with the boot cut jeans that I wear and it doesn't make my foot look so big.

Perfect - This shoes is wonderful. Fits perfectly, very comfortable, great support. It is also very stylish and looks great with jeans.

Awesome Retro Look - Very pleased with the M574's, I purchased the blue silver one's, and I can't be happier with the look and feel. Its difficult to find the wide widths for this shoe, but Zappos saved the day.

Difficult shopper - My son is a very picky shoe shopper, but in a sort of anti-trend way. He wants a subtle shoe that is not identified with any particular genre or hobby. He actually had a hard time deciding between the gray and the sage in this shoe and he is thrilled with the comfort and the look.

New Balances Rule! NBs are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I don't think I will ever by another brand of sneaker.

M574 - A fine shoe. Do not underestimate the quality of this shoe on the low price. In my experience, these shoes tend to be more durable and long-lasting than the more expensive 991's and 587's. Additionally, they are great for running. I find that I have to wear a size 13 New Balance when I typically wear a size 12 in any other brand. If you like these kicks, I recommend checking out the KangaROOS Mundo 51 or 58.

I'll never go to the mall for shoes again!! I heard about Zappos.com from a friend at work and was skeptical about ordering. The New Balance Classics were for my youngest son who is extremely difficult to fit. He, like his father (!), wear wide and extra wide widths. Zappos.com had every shoe and size I do believe in the universe! I placed the order one evening and received the shoes the next day! Even though is says "fast delivery", I was expecting at least 7 working days!! I will never go to the mall again... or even to shoe stores! I am a shoe lover, but hate trying on shoe after shoe. I hope that in the future that if I have a pair that don't quite work, the return procedure is as simple! Thanks for the shoes!

A little tight on my left big toe. just a little to small.

Good - Excellent shoe and very comfortable

Ok for sidewalks and hard paths and of course in office - Good for the city and town but not for more rugged conditions or uneven surface walking, including grass, fields, and any hill walking, etc where the walking tends to last longer than 45 minutes and anywhere support and a firm sole are necessary. Also note, all this is more evident the heavier one is!

Ultra Comfortable - These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. Right out of the box, super comfort. AND they are actually cool looking. So I found an NB shoe that doesn't look like I should go jogging, but I get the comfort. It looks more like the skate Adio/DC shoe style - very cool.

thank you!!! My 14 year old son was having a very difficult time finding this style Retro New Balance for his size 16 foot! The search was over when we ordered from Zappos. He recieved them right away, which was just in time for school to start. Thank you for offering hard to find large sizes and for being quick in mailing them out. We will come to Zappos FIRST next time.

Greatest Shoes+transaction ever! These are the greatest shoes I have ever had. It is really hard to find shoes in my size(16). Also the shoes were delivered in less then half the time they were promised.

NEW BALANCE 574 - The shoes styling, comfort and fit were just what I was looking for. I will likely buy another pair soon to have a change. The fit was true to order and the break in minimal.

Terrific product - I am extremely happy with this product. It was not made available in my sons size in any store in Nashville. I found it online at Zappos at a reasonable price. I received my order within 3 days.

Great Shoes - These shoes are simply amazing. They are comfortable and they don't get too hot because of the mesh allows you to get circulation through your shoe and not to mention they're sexy. So I recommed them, whether you're a man or a women because my sister love hers a lot too.

M574-Review - These shoes are for my 16 year old son, he has a hard time finding shoes that fit and look good. The M574- New Balance fits well and also looks good.

Great shoes - I just got these shoes and they are awesome they are very comfortable and look great. I highly recomend them and zappos had a quick delivery. It only took 2 days! I was very pleased

Great shoe, looks good with jeans - I'm a female with big, wide feet and often have a tough time finding shoes. I always buy sport shoes in men's sizes because they fit me feet better. This NB M574 I bought in blue/yellow and it looks wonderful with jeans. Normally sport shoes don't always look right with jeans but these do. They are also super comfy. I can wear them all day. I would recommend these shoes if you live in sport shoes - or are like me and want a sport shoe that looks good with jeans.

I am enjoying this shoe. It is comfortable and look good with anything I am wearing, from shorts to jeans to casual sport clothes.

Very supportive - I'm on my feet all day and these shoes have greatly decreased my low back pain. They are light weight but very supportive.
