My daughter loves them - I bought these for my daughter and she has so far raved about them. She says they are warm, comfy, and fit perfectly.

Greatest boot ever!! I love, love, love these boots. This is my 2nd pair, and I plan to buy more. They keep your feet so warm and are so comfortable! I look forward to winter just to wear my Uggs!

Ugg Tall Boot - I cannot say enough regarding Zappos customer service. I purchased my Ugg boots on a Thursday and received them the following week on a Wed. I order them in mid-November, which is during the holiday season, but I still received them promptly. I will continue to make future purchases at Zappos!

Love these UGGS! Love Uggs! They are incredibly warm, comfy and so cute! I bought the Classic Tall in Sand and sprayed them with protective spray which is definitely a MUST for Upstate NY winters. These boots look so cute with short skirts, jeans, and are even cozy to wear around the house! Everyone should have a pair! I normally wear a 7.5 and bought a size 6 and they fit perfectly! So definitely order a whole size down. Zappos as always was awesome! I received the boots the day after I ordered them! These boots seem a bit pricey - but they are soooo worth it!

My new favorite !!!! I love everything about these boots ! They look so cool- I wear them with everything. The fleece lining is so cozy and soft, it feels like you have on your house slippers . I'm trying to decide what style to buy next!

Uggs are great - I just got my uggs and I love them. They are very comfortable. I wear a size 8 but I read other reviews so I ordered a 7 and they fit great. They are so warm and fuzzy, I love them. I can wear them with anything, and they look great! A must have if you live where it is cold!

The Best! These boots are fabulous! They are by far the most snuggly, warm, and comfortable shoes I've ever had. I will definitely buy these boots again. They're easy to slip on, they keep my feet and legs warm, they're sooo soft, and they're darling. Do not hesitate to buy these boots... A little expensive, but they're VERY worth it!

Love UGGs! I love Uggs. I actually bought a pair of the classic shorts back in April, but decided to send them back because I felt I had no use for them (they were the green ones... very cute, but not so practical) but, I live in Chicago, and it's freezing here in the winter, so I thought I would give Uggs another try. I bought the Classic Talls in sand and I love them. I just sprayed them to keep them protected (of course, I got the spray from Zappos) and I’m hoping that they stay as nice as they are now. They are comfy and cute, and the color will go with mostly everything. I’m already in the process of looking for another pair in a different color! Zappos is great and I’m glad that they had my Uggs! The price is 100% worth it! They seem expensive, but once you buy them and wear them, you realize that it's really a bargain. I also wear a size 8 and bought a 7. They fit perfectly, but I’m sure they will stretch out, which is exactly what they are supposed to do. Hope my info helps future buyers!

THE BEST BOOT EVER- This has been my best purchase in a long time. I am pregnant and it's getting colder everyday. This boot is not only the most comfortable boot I ever put on but also the warmest. I've sprayed it to protect the look from everyday wear & tear and weather and I have ran through puddles and snow and they look as good as they did the day I got them. My feet are swelling but the boot still fits perfect.

Uggly but cuddly - I absolutely LOVE these boots. I’m an avid flip/converse wearer so needless to say my feet froze in winter. I got these last year when I was snowed in. I go to school in CT which gets cold and take the train up there which is also usually cold. At least I know my feet will be toasty and warm! I wear a size 9 and got an 8 they do stretch out. I’m contemplating a 7 for my next pair. Also, on particularly cold days I put my hair dryer on high and stick it inside each boot so my feet are extra warm when I put them on.

Bought these boots as a gift for granddaughter and she just loves them. Very happy with comfort and warmth.

Love my Ugg's!! I just purchased my first pair of Uggs. Love them!!! They feel great and keep my feet warm. I am ordering another pair and a pair for my husband for Christmas. I think he will love them as well.

The best... This is my second pair of Ugg boots. I wore the other ones until I couldn't anymore. They are so warm and comfortable. I recommend them for everyone. They do run large, I normally wear a 9 1/2 shoe and Uggs do not come in half sizes and strangely enough I have these in an 8 and they fit perfectly. I recommend trying them on somewhere before buying them. But do buy from Zappos!!! They are the best!!

INCREDIBLE! These boots are fantastic - like wearing your bedroom slippers out and about! I definitely ordered one size down and they are a perfect fit. I am living in them.....so much so I ordered another pair for myself in Chestnut and bought my daughter a pair for Christmas. They are a "MUST HAVE" for the New England cold weather!

Perfect - I already have these in chesnut, I wish I could have them in every color! Perfect now over here in the east for the winter months!

It's a very comfortable, lightweight and soft. I followed the advice of other reviewers to order a size down and it was fine. Zappos has the best service for selection and shipping.

Ugg Classic Tall- Bought these in Chestnut and they are beautiful. They run about a 1/2 size larger than marked. Still a cute boot though!

Excellent - I tried on the boots and wore them around the house and they felt very comfortable. I wear a brace on one foot and have an orthotic in the other shoe but everything fit in well. I hope this won't affect the warming aspect of these boots. As it is still warmer weather I don't know how warm they will keep my feet in the winter. I was a little nervous about ordering a size 8 as I wear a size 9 but they fit well.

These are the best: warm and comfortable. They run a full size large.

Great comfortable boots!!! These boots are so comfortable they feel like slippers. And they also look great with jeans, skirts, sweats, etc. Fit is true to size and does stretch a bit.

Great Boot, Great Service! I ordered a size 4 (because I read that they run big, and I'm usually a size 5-5 1/2) but they were too small, so I had to return them. The entire return process was flawless. I asked for a refund and simply bought another size (size 6 fits perfectly); I received the new ones in just 2 days, and was refunded for the originals within the next week. The new ones fit perfectly- so warm and comfortable! Not only did I receive great boots, but I also received excellent service from Zappos, as usual! Have no doubt that you'll receive the best from Zappos!

Great Boots - I love these boots. I have six pairs and I love them all. They are the most comfortable shoes I have every had. I have foot problems & I wear these boots most of the time. All other shoes & boots hurt my feet. I can't say enough about them.
