Love my Uggs - I just started purchasing UGGs like 2 months ago and I'm addicted. They are the most comfortable shoes and cutest looking. I have five different ones (chestnut-sunset, chestnut-coquette, sand-classic tall, and 2 classic short in orchid and cornflower) These are the best birthday and Christmas gift I can give to myself and want more still. It is worth the price and they are the ultimate shoes. They are true to size and I wear a size 6. I tried the size 5 and they fit but not as comfortable as they should be. I do understand how people say it feels bigger and they do but I think they are made to fit that way. So if your true size is 6 and not 5 1/2 then get 6 but if 51/2 then get 5. I also gave out 4 pairs of Uggs for Christmas, the chestnut-clugg, sand-scuff, and 2 baby erins. They are great! My favorite shoes of all time. So soft and comfy. I wear them every day. They will be well worth it and the best gift you can get for yourself and others. Zappos have great service too.

Remember to order a size smaller, and also consider the short boot if legs are "thick" or heavy....these are being immensely enjoyed by my teenage daughter!!!

Great! I was very impressed with how quickly I received this order. It was for a Christmas gift. I ordered it on Friday the 16th and received it the following Tuesday. And they fit my daughter perfectly. Great experience. I will definitely order from Zappos again.

Ugg - Women's Tall - Love this shoe. Classically Ugg! Just as comfortable now as they were 20 years ago. It does seem like it is not quite as soft on the inside as the short Uggs, but still extremely comfortable and seemingly durable. They are a great value, since once you get them, you will wear them everyday. My one criticism is that I cannot get away with wearing them with a business suit to work. ;)

I ordered a size 6 in the boot. I wear a true size 7 in other shoes/boots.

I knew they would be worth it... Before I bought the Uggs, I had some "fake" ones. They were extremely good, but, when I heard that Uggs could be water proofed..that sparked my interest. I love my "real" Uggs, they are worth every cent...soft, comfortable, warm...everything I wanted.... NOTE: buy them one size smaller..

Great service. Received boots in 2 or 3 days after I ordered. Wear size 8 1/2 to 9 normally. Formerly had a pair of Ugg short boots in an 8 that stretched too much after a year. Ordered a 7 this time and just right. Read that they should fit very snug at first. Very happy with purchase and service.

Love my Uggs - They are the most comfortable boots that I have, I love to wear them all the time. Unfortunately I don't wear them during the bad weather because I don't want to ruin them. But any other opportunity I have to wear them, I do.

High Top Slippers! They are so comfortable, they feel like you are wearing slippers.... I was afraid that they would be hot, but they weren't....I just don't know how to describe it. It is better than being barefoot! Just buy them and you will see for yourself. They are hard to get, because they keep going out of stock. Just click the link to have them notify you when they are in stock...then order them as soon as you get the notification! You will not be disappointed!

Love it. Uggs are in stlye and practical for the cold weather, especially in upstate New York where I go to school. Getting them from Zappos means quality with fast and free shipping, plus they had them in-stock, something I can't say about many other places.

Great purchase - My daughter who is 12 has not taken off her boots since she got them for the Holidays. No she doesn't sleep with them but would if I let her. She wears an 8 shoe but I bought a size 7 and it fits perfectly. Always go down a size for maximum fit. They are wonderful boots.

The warmest boot ever! I love these boots. In the cold weather your feet will be toasty warm and they will look great too. I wear this and get compliments all the time!

Great shoes - These shoes are great. The previous reviews told me to order them in a size smaller then my real size and that was not correct. I am a 9 and the 8 was way too small. The 9 fits perfectly so these shoes are pretty true to size. Don't order them smaller.

TrUGGing through the snow in Buffalo - I received this par of UGGs as a gift from my brother and sister-in-law. It is the first pair that I have ever owned. I am always walking around the house barefoot even in the middle of winter. I LOVE wearing my UGGs because I can wear them in my bare feet. They are incredibly warm, comfortable and make quite a fashion statement. I roll down the top to make them chic. I have become quite the "foufou" or "sheshe" as my husband calls me...and my UGGs keep me in style.

Best shoe I have ever owned! I was so excited to get my Uggs because I had owned a "fake" pair and they were terribly uncomfortable. When I got them, I put them on and my feet felt like they were in heaven, haha. They really do keep my feet warm in any weather condition, and wearing them without socks is the best way to go. They keep my feet and calves warm (because they are the tall ones). I really suggest anyone to buy these shoes. Not only are they warm and amazingly comfortable, but they do what they say, they take the shape of your foot and make a natural arch.. I have always had problems with my feet when I wore flat shoes, and I thought that Uggs had no arch support, but amazingly they create a natural arch by just wearing them. I am totally satisfied with this shoe. Zappos is an awesome website too, they sent them fast and easy to my house. I recommend this shoe to anyone and everyone! They are a size bigger than your regular shoe size, so order a size down. I normally wear an 8 and I ordered a 7 and they fit my feet perfectly!

Love them!!! These boots are great!!! I have a pair of the classic shorts also. They are so comfortable I hate to take them off. I ordered a half size down from my shoe size and they fit perfect. If you've never worn a pair of Uggs, treat yourself now.

Cozy! I love my Uggs, everything about them! Just note that they do run big -- 1/2 to a full size bigger than their size. For instance, I wear 8 1/2 or 9, these are 8's, and perfect fit.

Classic Tall a Christmas hit - I labored over all of the Zappos reviews to buy a pair of Uggs for my 16 year old daughter who has been wanting them for a while, but never said what style, and there are several that I thought she would like. After reading reviews, etc. I decided on the Classic Tall, they were a Christmas morning hit, fit perfectly (she wears a 9-91/2, I bought an 8) and are great boots, also bought the Dr. Marten's shoe balm to protect them, and that works well also. Zappos has been my source for running shoes for my son for 4 years because of their great service, prices and shipping. Keep up the good work, I recommend Zappos to anyone.

Comfortable!!! I had a difficult time finding these particular boots just prior to Christmas due to their popularity. On the advice of a friend, I checked Zappos.com. Although they were not immediately available in my style and size, I received an e-mail within a day advising me that they were available. I placed the order and had them the very next day! The boots are stylish, comfortable and warm. I followed the recommendation to order a full size down. This is absolutely accurate. They fit perfectly. Of all the online purchases that I made this holiday season, Zappos.com, by far, provided the best product information, order confirmation and customer service. Within about an hour of placing my order, I received an email suggesting that my order would be delivered the next day as opposed to the 3-5 day delivery that I had selected. As promised, I had the boots by 1:30 the next day. I was very impressed and will recommend Zappos.com.
