Uggs are the best - I love my new Uggs. Definitely order your size for best fit. They feel like stepping on a cloud. My feet never sweat and they are warm and comfy. I'm wearing them now! Definitely worth the price!

Great shoe, Great service - Wonderful shoe. Between the 4 ladies in our family we bought 3 different pair, three different colors. This one runs about a half size larger than normal but comfortable.

Awesome Uggs!! This is my first pair and I am hooked. I WANT MORE. They won't be my last. I did get a size smaller and they fit perfect (without socks). I wear a 6 and I bought a 5. They are so warm,too. With NO socks!!! Highly recommened these boots and Zappos!!!

Fast, reliable! This company came through in the 11th hour for a botched Christmas gift. I ordered the wrong style from another company and could not get the Tall UGG boots until Feb. or March! My daughter knew of this site and ordered. We had them in TWO days!!! THANK YOU Zappos!!!

My favorites - I love these. I have the shorter version in Chestnut, but the taller is the way to go. I wear a 5 1/2 womens and the 4 fit perfectly, they were quite snug in the beginning, but are perfect now. I love them and build my entire day's outfit around wearing them...

UGG's ROCK! I LOVE THESE! Since I got them last week, I don't want to take them off EVER! They are simply the most comfortable boot hands down! I wear a 7.5 and got the 7's. They do run a 1/2 bigger but a 6 would have just been way too small. I couldn't decide on the Sunset or the Classic Tall. I ended up returning the Sunsets for the Classics-There is no comparison for softness and comfort! And Zappos is the best, got my shoes in two days and exchanges are so easy. Great customer service! Customer for Life!

Comfy!!! The best ever except they wrinkle in certain spots and THEY ARE EASILY DAMAGABLE. Like when it's raining...don't where your Uggs

Ugg Boots - I love dealing with Zappos.com because the photos are very true to the actual product -- what you see is what you get. Service is fabulous, too. Even though I have very high expectations and am a very picky consumer, I have purchased about five pair of shoes/boots from this company and have NO COMPLAINTS.

Zappos is awesome! Everyone knows that Uggs are the most comfortable shoe that you could wear (other than flip-flops). What I want to express to people is that Zappos has amazing customer service and is very quick. Please do not hesitate to purchase, you will not be disappointed. They are quick and easy. This was my second purchase from them and I continue to be impressed.

Comfy Boots! My boyfrind just got me a pair of these this Christmas and I just can't get enough of them. They look great, they feel great, they ARE great! I feel like I am litereally walking on clouds with them. Looks very stylish with the matching sand colored barrel Ugg bag. Remember to get one size smaller than your actual shoe size. Should also purchase the Ugg sheepskin cleaner and water repellent. Enjoy these cozy boots.

Last Minute Gift - I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I needed to find a pair of Uggs for a last minute Christmas gift and didn't know where to get them. I searched on Google and found Zappos. You had the size at a great price, and were able to get me them if I ordered that day with free delivery. After placing the order I thought maybe I should have paid for a faster delivery so I called and spoke to a customer service rep. She told me she would send them 2nd day air with no additional charge. I was so happy, and have told so many people about Zappos. The boots were perfect and she loved the gift. I am sure I will order from Zappos again. Thank you so much.

Great buy!! I have 4 pairs of Uggs, I absolutely love them! They are a full size larger than marked and they stretch.

Ugg boots - I really like these boots. I have the shorter ones as well as the slippers. They are so comfy and warm. I would definitely recommend this to anyone still in doubt. Although not as attractive as leather boots, they are well worth the price for warmth and comfort.

Excellent - I bought these for my daughter and she loves them! They are comfortable beyond belief. They breathe so they never are too warm when inside. This was a great purchase.

These are very comfortable and suited to our climate. They are not that attractive but in this case function wins out over form.

Awesome - I ordered these boots for my wife and she absolutely LOVES them. Outside of going to sleep she has had these boots on whenever possible. In the morning with her pajamas on, going to work in the cold morning air with her business suit on, in the evening after dinner over a cup of tea. It's her first pair of Uggs and definitely won't be her last. She was skeptical upon opening them to see that they were a full size smaller than what she would normally wear, as was I, but YES they do have a ton of give and will mold to the perfect fit after a day or two (tops) of wear. Zappos is an amazing company too. I had actually ordered the Ugg Classic short at first but decided to go with the Tall after I received them. So I returned the short, ordered the tall and received the new pair all within a weeks time frame. Kudos to you Zappos on an amazing job.

Love my Uggs - I just started purchasing UGGs like 2 months ago and I'm addicted. They are the most comfortable shoes and cutest looking. I have five different ones (chestnut-sunset, chestnut-coquette, sand-classic tall, and 2 classic short in orchid and cornflower) These are the best birthday and Christmas gift I can give to myself and want more still. It is worth the price and they are the ultimate shoes. They are true to size and I wear a size 6. I tried the size 5 and they fit but not as comfortable as they should be. I do understand how people say it feels bigger and they do but I think they are made to fit that way. So if your true size is 6 and not 5 1/2 then get 6 but if 51/2 then get 5. I also gave out 4 pairs of Uggs for Christmas, the chestnut-clugg, sand-scuff, and 2 baby erins. They are great! My favorite shoes of all time. So soft and comfy. I wear them every day. They will be well worth it and the best gift you can get for yourself and others. Zappos have great service too.

Remember to order a size smaller, and also consider the short boot if legs are "thick" or heavy....these are being immensely enjoyed by my teenage daughter!!!

Great! I was very impressed with how quickly I received this order. It was for a Christmas gift. I ordered it on Friday the 16th and received it the following Tuesday. And they fit my daughter perfectly. Great experience. I will definitely order from Zappos again.

Ugg - Women's Tall - Love this shoe. Classically Ugg! Just as comfortable now as they were 20 years ago. It does seem like it is not quite as soft on the inside as the short Uggs, but still extremely comfortable and seemingly durable. They are a great value, since once you get them, you will wear them everyday. My one criticism is that I cannot get away with wearing them with a business suit to work. ;)
