First pair, great so far - This is my first pair of Uggs. They are so amazingly comfortable and great looking. They look great over and under jeans. Zappos upgraded me to next-day shipping for no extra charge, so I got them immediately.

This my third pair of UGGs...but for some reason, the sizing is off on the classics for me...I have the Uptowns and the Fairfax and the size 8 works...I’m normally a size 9...I ordered an 8 and it's way too big and the 7 was way too tight...they told me to try another 8...we'll see...BUT, no one beats Zappos!! They are the best!!

Wonderful Service - Zappos.com is awesome. A few weeks ago I looked the Ugg Classic Tall in a size 7. They were sold out but I had the option of having Zappos notify me when they came in and they did! I was so surprised and happy. Not only did they notify me but I ordered them at 9:00pm and received them the next day! I did not even need to pay for shipping! They are in perfect condition, brand new and in the original box! I will continue to shop on Zappos! Totally reliable!

Thank god for Zappos!!! Well this is the 1st review I have ever done for any company!! This is also my 1st time ordering from Zappos. But I must say that this style of Uggs was on back order til April on every web site including Uggs! When I saw it on Zappos I was thrilled!! Really fast delivery 2 days! Wow! Now for the boots they are great really warm. And they were a perfect fit. Didn’t seem to run big to me! With all that said I love my Uggs and I love Zappos!

So comfortable and So Stylish - My Fiancé bought the Ugg Classic Short in the sand color for me for Christmas and I knew right away how much I loved this brand of shoes. So of course I had to get the other styles. The Classic Tall is also just as great! Warm and stylish and the color goes with just about everything. I do suggest that you make it a pint to try to go to a store that actually sells the Uggs and get the exact size of your feet. Because my Classic Short is a size 8 and fits perfect but the Classic Tall I just received is a 9 and is a better fit for me.

YUMMY!!! Okay, my 11 year old daughter wanted a pair in sand. Ordered hers and thought, what the heck, let me try a pair in black, I can always return them. Well, there is no way these puppies are going to be returned. I have NEVER had anything so comfortable on my feet in my life! Sheer heaven when you wear them without socks! And -- your feet stay ultra warm (without sweating) even in the cold Chicago winters! I love these boots -- I want more!

great boot for comfort and style - I was impressed when I saw my Zappos order arrive so quickly. The boots were in impeccable condition right out of the box and they fit perfectly. I only wish I had enough money to by them in every color and style. The tall style isn't too tall. They sit a few inches down from your knee. It also helps to get one size smaller than your regular size.

ugg - This was a gift for my daughter and she was just thrilled with it!

Ugg's are the IN thing in college! My daughter LOVES her Ugg's! She says they are super comfortable and VERY in at her college!

Cold weather! I'm from a place where it NEVER gets cold and recently moved to Chicago. These shoes are just what I need to get through the winter.

Fabulous and worth the money! I love these boots! I've worn them out in the coldest Chicago weather and have not felt a thing! And they're not kidding when they say wear them without socks - they're that warm! The black dye does rub off on the bottoms of my feet, but if it matters, I just wear socks. I also recommend the Ugg Coquette slippers for chilly hardwood floors!

More comfort than you can imagine - The Uggs are really comfortable and worth every penny! You just have to remember that unless you water proof them you can't wear them in very wet weather.

This boot was really tight around the calf. My daughter couldn't tuck her jeans into it like she wanted. Uggs are great boots, but we had to return them for something with a little better fit.

UGGS - I love my new Uggs. They are so good. I wear a 9.5, sometimes a 10 and ordered a 9 and they fit perfect. A size 8, as they suggested would have been too small.

Zappos is the best! I received the classic tall boots in about a day! This is the BEST site to buy from! Even if you find them somewhere else cheaper, as I did, Zappos will give them to you for that price. There is no need to buy anywhere else! They have the best refund policy and the fastest shipping than anyone! The boots are really cozy and my daughter will love them for Xmas. I am buying another pair as soon as the ones I want are in stock, which will also be faster than any other place. P.S. I hear you can use Scotch Guard on the boots!

I LOVE THESE BOOTS!!! I think they are perfect. I can wear them every second of the day! They keep your feet warm but not sweaty and too warm... It is just right.

Warm and Comfy! I wear heels everyday, so to be able to slip my feet into something this warm and cozy is a joy! I love my Uggs! Make sure to order a size down from your normal size...unless you're planning on wearing socks with them. As usual, Zappos is the best!

Excellent!! Uggs are wonderful overall. People that buy them know this. There is no greater comfort! My review is more for Zappos - they are so great to deal with. Best price, gave free shipping (2 day!!) and shipped immediately. Great communication, you know exactly where your order is. I have order from them a number of times, each time my order was received in two days!!! Love this company!!!

Tall Ugg boots for teens - My 14 year old daughter, who loves her older pair of SHORT Ugg boots, is in heaven with her new TALL Ugg boots. The extra height makes them look cuter, and allows her to roll the tops down when she wants a shorter look. They are truly cuddly!

The Ugg classic boot - I bought these boots for my girlfriend since she loves them. To me they look ok but Zappos was the only place in my area and online that had these in stock everyone else was at least a month on backorder. Zappos will definitely be used again in the future

COMFORTABLE and WARM!!!!!!!! The boots were actually a gift to my niece for Christmas. She tried them on and was said hold till Xmas day. She didn't believe that they came so soon. Great fit!

These boots where ordered for my 15 year old daughter. The UGGS boots where ordered for my daughter. She absolutely loves them. Personally, I think that they are totally over-rated, but then who am I to say, I'm only the mother that pays the bills!!! She says they are very, very comfortable and she loves them. By the way, your customer service person that I spoke to was fabulous. When I ordered the boots, they were out of stock. I had never ordered anything over the internet before and I don't like to give my credit card out to anyone that I am not one hundred percent sure of. He made me feel very comfortable with your company and notified me as soon as the boots came into stock. The whole experience was smooth and painless. Thank you, Sharron B
