Uggs - My daughter loves them. She wears them all the time. Very comfortable.

MY FIRST PAIR OF UGG BOOTS!! I ordered my Ugg boots on Thursday and got them on Friday. I have never had such great service from an online store in my life! The minute I opened my box of my boots, I put them right on and did not want to take them off!! My brother didn't even know they were Uggs and said that he loved them. I took the advice of Zappos and ordered 1 and 1/2 size lower. I usually wear a 61/2 so I got a 5. They fit my foot like a glove and I don't have to wear socks. The only thing I would recommend is that if you want to tuck skinny jeans in them or wear socks than I would have gotten the size 6. I think I will do that next time. Oh yea, I'm definitely buying another pair in another color. I also recommend buying the Ugg water stain and water repellent - a must have to keep your Uggs fabulous for many years to come. Zappos is the best!!

Very Comfy and Warm - I would agree with Zappos' recommendation to get 1-1.5 sizes smaller (since Uggs don't have 1/2 sizes). I am a 6.5 size shoe normally- I got a 5 and they are snug but still comfortable. If you like a little more room be a little more conservative in choosing the size. But they definitely run big.

Ridiculously comfortable!! I ordered these because I already have a brown pair and love them. I am pregnant & need comfortable shoes all day. These are like wearing slippers they are so great!! I ordered them at 1pm EST and they arrived the next day around the same time. GREAT SERVICE!!!! Overall I am thrilled with my Uggs and my experience at Zappos.com.

Great as always - I am a 7.5-8 and size 7 was perfect. They do feel a bit too tight when you first buy them, but the fleece flattens down after a few wears (you can speed up the process by wearing thick socks for a while).

Excellent! I absolutely love the boots. Shipping was great; the boots arrived the next day. Very comfortable boot, I would def recommend them to everyone. If ordering them make sure to order one size smaller. For example if you’re a women’s 9 make sure to get an 8.

Classics are the best! I have 3 pairs of these although I live in FL. The Classics mold to your feet and I think the rounded toes are better than the Ultras. Be aware... the ink from the black Uggs stain your feet (can be scrubbed off with a pumice). Once you break them in, they stain less and less. Not made to wear with socks bc they wick natural body moisture. Zappos has the most amazing customer service, price matching, and next day free shipping! No hassle returns, love you guys!

I have always loved Uggs - Uggs are great... I wear them at home, after yoga, camping, on the beach... I can't think of a more comfortable place to put my tootsies in the winter. I'll wear them until I'm a grandma.

Uggs & Zappos = Awesome - First of all, Zappos is awesome!! I'm so glad I found this site. I couldn't believe that the shipping was overnight and FREE. How can you beat that?? Also, the classic Uggs are the best winter shoes ever!! I am in love with them and already shopping for my next pair. I would recommend going at least a ½ size smaller than you usually wear. I usually wear a size 6, so I ordered a 6 and you can tell that they are at least 1" too big, although it doesn't really bother me. Zappos is right when they say that the classic Uggs run about an 1" to 1 ½" big - just something to keep in mind. I would highly, highly recommend these shoes!

Ugg Tall Classic - Very warm and comfy, so I am predicting an extra warm winter this year just because I have boots to keep my feet warm. Otherwise, we'd have snow up above the garbage cans. No matter, these boots ROCK!

Birthday gift - I bought this for my daughter-in-law for her birthday. She loves them; she lives where it can get very cold and loves the way they keep her warm and toasty. I will be buying more for Christmas presents. The shipping was great, I ordered them on Sunday night and Monday she had them. Thanks Zappos for a wonderful experience with online shopping.

Perfect boot - Love, love, love! Warm happy feet. I bought these when they first came out maybe in the late 70s or early 80s and everyone shrugged at how ugly they were; now they're hot. I still wear them. They are INCREDIBLY warm and I tend to be chilly. My dad has diabetes, so I bought him a pair. He loves them. I am getting another pair, only because I think someone stole my originals. They are about ½ size too big.

Ugg Classic Tall - Black - Hi. I love the boots. However, I should have gotten my size 8 instead of following the suggested "go one size smaller". The boots are a bit snug. Not bad I can still wear them, but I should have gotten the 8. Somewhat misleading. I would really like the 8.

Love these boots - These boots are so comfy. They feel like you are wearing slippers. They are also very cute. I wear a size 7, so I bought a size 6 because I read that they run small and the size 6 fits perfectly.

Love them, Love them - Zappos is the best Website for shoes. Once you place your order, you get it so fast. I got my first pair of Uggs (short classic) last year after I had purchased them for my granddaughter. I tried them on to see what the fuss was all about and the minute I put them on, I knew... I wore my Uggs everyday last winter. I bought the tall classics and I love them...these are the most comfortable shoes I've ever put. I love them...

Classic - The Ugg is really a classic shoe by now -- I honestly think these are forever going to be in style, at least in places where there's snow and slush. They're true to their name and truly ugly, but at least they're ridiculously comfortable. I had read that if you buy a size smaller, and if you wear a half size buy a size and a half smaller. Thus, I got a size 6 first (I normally wear 7.5 or 8) and found that way too small and was worried a 7 would be too big, but it wasn't -- just a bit bigger and fit great. Hooray for Zappos for the easy returns.

Big Ugg Fan - I cannot say enough about the Classic Tall Uggs. They are just the best, most comfortable, nice looking, warm and soft shoes I have ever had. My only complain and warning for anyone thinking about getting any sort of Ugg is, be very careful about getting a dark colored Ugg that has colored Shearling on the inside. It stains your feet and your legs.

Uggs - The Uggs were for my daughter who has been waiting for them since last year. We were unable to purchase them since they had been sold out everywhere. Once in awhile she would sneak and wear her sister's. She absolutely loves them. They are warm, comfortable, and stylish.

First off, I love Zappos, you guys have the greatest customer service on the planet. As for the Uggs Love them! I wear a size 7.5 so I ordered a 6, perfect comfy fit, even if they stretch a little, still great, warm and good looking. I am looking forward to winter, my first winter in Oregon. Beautiful Boots - My daughter bought these to get ready for winter, and she loves them. Definitely buy a size to 1.5 sizes smaller than usual.

Zappos + Ugg = LOOOVVVEEE - First of all, Zappos is a fantastic site and the only place I ever buy shoes. EVER!!!! Second, these are my first pair of Uggs and I am definitely planning to get more. I wear them around my house, which is set to 77 degrees, and my legs and feet don't sweat. They're warm, but not uncomfortably. On the contrary, they're cozy and I love them!!!

I LOVE MY UGGS! I bought my Uggs last winter and they were my everyday shoes. These shoes are the ultimate comfort shoe! Also, they went with everything in my closet basically! I suggest everyone should have a pair, but I think personally they run a bit big b/c I wear a women's 8 and my Uggs are a size 7 and they fit perfectly!
