Zappos is AMAZING...once again! Obviously this is an amazing shoe; just know that it runs a size smaller. I am a 7 and all my UGGS are a size 6! They’re a PERFECT fit!

My shoe size is 7.5 - I’m happy with my new ugg! Like always... order them always a half size smaller! So, I order 7!

Another Great Zappos Purchase - I ordered these yesterday and of course wonderful Zappos upgraded my shipping to overnight. They are on my feet right now, 24 hours later! Considering that there was no sales tax and shipping is free, this is the cheapest price for these shoes... with the BEST customer service. I'm never buying shoes anywhere else! The Uggs are soooo comfortable. I've bought cheaper "imitation" brands in the past, but these Uggs are way sturdier and cozier than any others I've worn. Well worth the price to keep my feet warm and toasty. It's like I suddenly got a free pass to wear my slippers out in public. I got the chestnut and they are a versatile color. I had my eye on the chocolate (out of stock) but will be keeping these ones. Once they were on my feet there was no way I was about to put my other shoes back on!! I might just have to order another pair next year in the chocolate ;) I have never really liked the look of Uggs but for the comfort I can make the trade off easily. They fit easily under my flare and/or wider leg jeans so they won’t really be seen anyways. I could easily wear them over my skinnies too if I wanted to. I am a 6.5-7 normally and the 6 fits great.

AWSOME!! I purchased a pair of Uggs on Wed. night and had them at my door on Thurs. afternoon. I decided though that I wanted a different color instead, so I called customer service, they walked me through the replacement procedure and done! She already has my new Uggs on the way. I will be coming back to Zappos again and again.

My first pair of Uggs and visit to Zappos.com - I decided I wanted a pair of Uggs but when I went to a local shoe store they said they were on back order and even on line I wouldn't be able to get any until several months later. My daughter told me to go to Zappos.com and they had the boots. Two days later they were at my door! They are like wearing slippers. I love them. I have them on right now!

They were a gift and well appreciated. Perfect in all ways.

Ugg Classic Tall - The Ugg Classic Tall boots are wonderful!! I ordered them and they were at my door in less than 72 hours after!!! I am normally a size 10, but after reading other testimonials that said they run big, I ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly!!

Awesome Buy!!! I got a whole size & 1/2 smaller... I wear an 8 1/2 and I got a 7 and they fit perfect! Zappos got them to me in less than 2 days - GREAT service!

Fav. boots - I love my boots more than anything....they are so comfortable and were at a good price too. As most know, you need to order Uggs one full size smaller than what you normally wear, but once you do that then they feel great! Zappos was so fast on shipping - I got them 2 days later for standard shipping. Zappos is amazing so if you are thinking about buying these boots, I say go for it. Zappos' return policy is really easy too so if for some reason you don't like them (I don't know why you wouldn't), they make the return processes no hassle at all! Enjoy your new boots!

I love them! Love my Uggs. They are so comfortable and so easy to wear. Just throw them on and go. And Zappos service is always fantastic. I have ordered many things through this site and am satisfied with the service every time. I am constantly telling people about it!

Great for any type of weather - Uggs you can wear any time with any time of clothes. There great if you have kids and you can throw them on and just go. The more you wear them the more comfort you get out of them.

Excellent Service - Needed Ugg boots on short notice while all boots in Memphis stores were sold out or shipped out to make room for spring shoes. Zappos had what we needed and shipped overnight without my request for overnight shipping. Excellent Service.

I'm in love - I love this shoe. It fits perfectly on me. I usually wear size 8 but for UGG Classic Tall I wear size 7. It's warm and feel so comfy… I love it.

Awesome Uggs - I have to say that my Uggs are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I bought a size smaller than my normal size and they fit perfectly. I absolutely love them!!

Definitely recommended - These Uggs are extremely comfortable and look exactly as pictured. They do, however, run bigger than actual size. I usually wear a 9.5 and I bought size 8 and they fit perfect. I definitely recommend them though!

Thank you Zappos! This is my second pair of Uggs and they are the most comfortable boots I own. They were delivered super, super fast (they got to me the day after I placed my order) and the shipping was free! What's not to love? If you haven't ordered Uggs before, make sure to order them in a full size smaller than what you actually wear.

Very comfortable - These boots are great - I usually wear a 6.5 size shoe, ordered the 6 and they fit fine. They are very warm when worn without socks, but even after waterproofing I wouldn't wear them in the rain or snow.

Great boots - Love my Uggs! Buy smaller than your regular size!! Make sure you spray them so they don’t get ruined!

Love these boots - I had a pair of the Ugg Coquettes, which I bought in my regular size (8), not knowing that they would stretch the way they did. I bought the Classic Tall boots in a size 7, and they fit perfectly! I wear them all the time and have even bought my boyfriend a pair of Ugg slippers, because he liked the way my Coquettes felt. The website is really easy to use, and my boots arrived on the very next business day! I will definitely order from Zappos again.

Great buy - Very comfortable, warm a little big but a good pair of socks helps the fit. They are my size.

Ugg Classic Tall - I love them. They weren't available for a few months anywhere. I finally saw them on Zappos and ordered them at 7pm and they were on my front porch the next afternoon when I came home from work. I have size 7 (I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2) and they fit fine. Even though they have no arch support I am able to wear them all day without pain or problems. I almost tried the Ultra (but don't like the trim down the back) and the Brooks Tall (but don't like the look of two different colors or types of leather).

Ugg Classic Tall - My feet are constantly cold, but these work so well! I walk to school (sometimes in the snow though you're not supposed to) and still don't need to wear socks with them. My only complaint is that they do not offer much support and that UPS left them on my doorstep - but that's not Zappos’ fault... I was slightly doubtful when ordering a size down, but the site doesn't lie...I normally wear a 7.5 or 8, and the 7s fit great. I think next time, instead of getting sand; I would go with a darker color, since sand really shows watermarks, even with the waterproofer.

Great Boot - I love them! They keep my feet toasty when it is cold and look cute at the same time.
