First of all, Zappos is the only place I'll buy shoes from now. Free over night shipping? Awesome. I normally wear a 10 1/2 or 11 (sometimes a 10 in men’s), and a size 10 in these boots feel a bit too big. I think they'll be fine, though. Also, as a plus-sized chick, I find these boots to be a bit tight in the calf. I recommend trying them on in the store first to make sure they fit correctly if you have larger calves. And don't worry- the classic short uggs will fit you fine even if you can't wear the talls. I hated uggs for the longest time, but decided to try them out because I needed a winter boot (I usually live in flip flops) that would look cute with tights and a skirt, but still allow me to keep my just-rolled-out-of-bed look that I love so much. They're very comfy and very casual... I never take them off now. Don't worry about them being too popular and don't worry about the people who absolutely hate them. Just buy them!

Can't Take Off My Uggs!!! I love my Classic Tall Uggs. I got them in chocolate and really cannot take them off. I have worn them with dresses, jeans, and even my pajamas because they feel like slippers. I'm in a cold weather climate and they are absolutely the warmest things I own.

OMG! The best boots ever! I absolutely LOVE my UGGS! I would wear them to bed if I could. They are comfortable, stylish and versatile. You can really wear them with just about anything. I would highly recommend these. They are worth the price and so much more!

Best boots - These boots are the best. I was able to wear these out in -8 weather, 3 feet of snow, with no socks and my feet were still toasty warm! I thought the inside would get moisture in them and they also stayed dry!

Woman Tall Ugg Boots - Great look, comfortable and wear well. My daughter wanted these for her birthday since her last pair, she had them for at least 5 years, were looking a little worn. Since they are the "hot item" of the season, many stores did not have the right size or the wrong color available. I have shopped with Zappos in the past. The free shipping and free return policy is great. This way I get exactly what she wants and when I want it. Since I am a return customer they sent them Priority Mail with no additional cost to me. I love Zappos and will not shop anywhere else unless it is something they don't carry. The price in the stores was no cheaper on this item. Thanks for a continued enjoyable online shopping experience. PS. I order 1/2 size smaller since she wears a 7 1/2 I ordered a 7 and they fit perfect

Can't go wrong with Uggs! I love love love my Uggs. As a mother of a two year old I am always on the run and Uggs go with anything so you can throw them on and go. They do run big so I order a size smaller than I normally wear. I adore Zappos and will never go to another shoe store again...the speed of shipping is unbelievable and their customer service is always top notch!

1st Pair of Uggs - I purchased my first pair of Uggs (chocolate) this winter. I don't know what I was waiting for! I love them and wear them every chance I get. Would like to get them in black as well. They make a great Christmas gift. Thanks Zappos for your fantastic service :)

HAPPY IN MODESTO, CA - Love my new Uggs!!! I had heard about these boots so decided I would give them a try. I wear them without socks (I had read that this is how they originally were meant to be worn) and now I could not imagine being cheated out of the furry, soft, warm, feeling I give my feet by wearing any. Ladies, go ahead, treat yourself. Buy a pair, you will not be sorry. I'm already checking out the pair I want next. I took the advice of another reviewer and bought a full size smaller (I wear a 9, but bought an 8) and voille, they fit perfectly. Also, I have wide feet. These boots are perfect for me in width also, so for someone with a narrow, they would be too wide. This does not mean you should not buy them. Just be forewarned, that you will need socks. As always, ZAPPOS is wonderful in every way to deal with. Customer service is not lost. It is at ZAPPOS. Love you ZAPPOS.

Love The Ugg Experience - This was my second purchase of the Ugg Classic Tall and I just love them. They are the most comfortable, warm, and stylish shoe that I've ever purchased. To top off the experience, I was really pleased with Zappos customer service. Sure I could go into a high end department store, but I always come back to Zappos because of the prompt, courteous and loyal customer service I get with Zappos. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Great boots - My daughter wanted these boots for her birthday. I logged on and looked up ugg boots and there they were. They look fabulous on her. They got here so quick that I gave them to her early. She wears them every chance she gets. They are very warm and fuzzy, like a hug all day.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS! Zappos has always taken care of me- I have the UGG Tall Classic in Sand, Black, Gray, and Chestnut! LOVE, LOVE, Love them! They do run big, so you'll need to size down. Zappos provides free shipping and free returns-items arrive so fast and you can't get any more hassle free than that! Highly recommend this boot (my favorite style) and ZAPPOS!

My feet never felt so happy - When I got these wonderful boots I didn't want to take them off. They are exceptionally comfortable, I no longer have cold feet and I totally love them.

Love my boots - So far I love these boots. They are so comfy and ultra warm. I did use the Ugg waterproofer but they still got a little dirty. I heard the cleaner works great though

As good as everyone says they are - I held back from joining the UGG trend until this year. I can't believe I missed so many winters of UGG comfort! They are so much better than any cheaper imitation, and they are worth the money. I wear a size 8.5 normally, but got a size 7. They were snug at first, but have stretched a bit and fit perfectly now. Also, this was my first order from zappos.com, but I will be back again. Painless, easy, best price I could find and awesome customer service!

Ugg Classic Tall - The most comfortable shoe I've ever owned!

Good, BUT... This style of Ugg runs big. When ordering, go down one shoe size from what you normally wear. Had I not tried them on elsewhere first, I would have ordered the wrong size the first time around.

The sizing is definitely off on these shoes so do follow earlier instructions to order a full size down. I'm looking at the box now. We ordered a size 12, which the box says is equivalent to a UK size 12 or a EUR size 31. In most conversion charts I've seen they should really be a US size 13.

Happy feet - These boots are warm and comfortable. My commute to work is about an hour on public transportation. Before Uggs, my feet would be frozen by the time I got to work. They look great, too! I ordered a size smaller than my usual shoe size and it was perfect. I placed my order on a Thursday and to my surprise, received them the next day! Thanks Zappos.

Little pieces of heaven - Super comfortable and warm. I usually wear a size 6.5 or 7. I ordered a size 5 and a size 6. The 6 fits well though initially a little tight around my calves (I'm about 5'7 and I would say they're average sized calves). Otherwise, I love them.

I love my Ugg boots! I recently ordered the classic tall boots in black. I now own 4 pair of Ugg boots in different colors. I love them. They are extremely comfortably and warm. They run 1 size larger than my actual shoe size.

pure heaven - This boot is pure heaven for my cold feet. I battle hypothyroidism and my feet are cold 24/7, but I put these on and my feet become normal again. I would wear UGG's 24/7 if I could. The only improvement I would make on this boot would be to make the sole more cushiony like Crocs. You won't be disappointed and the chocolate brown is a delight. I wear an 8 and ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly.

Luv these boots! These boots are so cute and comfortable. I like to wear them around the house instead of slippers on cold days, but they are just as great wearing outside-beware-they are not waterproof. The size runs a whole size larger than what I wear in dress shoes.

Perfect - These Uggs are perfect! The chocolate brown is a really rich color- they look better than the same pair we looked at a department store! The stitching is cleaner and the quality of the lining much nicer than the dept. store pair. LOVE Zappos! As for size, ordered a size down and they fit perfectly.
