Love the boots - I ordered these for my daughter’s birthday, she loves them. I ordered a 1/2 size down, perfect. Zappos service is unbelievable!! I love this site.

Bailee's Boots - This was my second experience with Zappos. I have a daughter that wears a size 4 shoe and cannot find shoes to fit unless she goes to the children's dept. and then our granddaughter wears 11 1/2 or 12 and we just cannot find shoes to fit her in our town. Zappos is wonderful because they offer so many different styles and sizes. She had been wanting the Ugg boots and we had to turn to Zappos because of the size we needed. My granddaughter is 11 and she is thrilled to have the boots - she got them early even though they were part of her Christmas. The price was right and the best thing, we ordered one day and received the boots the next day and didn't have to pay any shipping cost. We will continue to use Zappos to meet the needs of our family. I have given other friends the web site explaining to them that you can find any shoe you want and can get it in a hurry without extra fees for shipping. Thank you for making shopping so convenient for us.

Comfy as heck - I put off purchasing a pair of Uggs because I did not want to spend the money. I purchased these and slipped them on and all I could say is what took me so long to buy them. I have to be honest, I wear a size 11 narrow and the size (lengthwise) was fine but the boot was too wide in the foot, ankle, and shaft. So...if you have a narrow foot and skinny legs, this is not the boot for you. Oh but thank goodness Uggs has MANY styles from which I can choose. I found the Ugg "Whitley" is perfect for my skinny legs because I can adjust the laces. I know all eyes will be on me when I wear my new Uggs. They are worth every penny. Thank you Zappos for the exceptional service you continue to provide.

Love them! Like many other reviewers, I was hesitant to buy Uggs but now that I own them, I can't believe I didn't purchase them years ago! I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 shoe and I have the Classic Tall style in chestnut and black in a size 7 and they fit perfectly. I have a really narrow foot and I wear them barefoot without issue. Some people have said they don't have traction, but I live in a very cold and snowy climate and I have had no problem with slippage. They feel warm and cozy when I walk around in sub-zero temps. Zappos is awesome too. Who can beat next day shipping? I also spoke to their customer service rep and she was very helpful. Love Zappos and love Uggs.

Ugg Classic Tall - This is my third pair of Uggs. "I live in them!" More comfortable than bare feet. Your feet will be forever grateful! Order one size down and definitely go barefooted (no socks), unless you buy black (they will run for about one week, so wear socks first week, easily washes off.) When you are not wearing the boots, try the Ugg Coquette, equally comfortable. And oh yes Zappos is the only place to shop...Free shipping & free returns...But hey unless you order wrong you are not taking off these boots...& that's the truth. Love those Zappos employees!

Warm and Cool - Great boot! Nice looking, warm, and great for this rough winter. The only problem is that they are heavy to walk around in for a long period of time. They do make you feet tired. I do enjoy their warmth.

Love Uggs - I ordered Uggs for the 1st time at Zappos and they shipped right away. I tried my Tall Uggs on and they fit perfectly and are comfortable. Walking in Uggs for a long time may hurt your feet after a while but I guess you get used to it.

Ugg Boots - My daughter loves these boots - and has been wearing them a lot.

This is an awesome trail shoe. I run many trails in Central California over a variety of terrain. Whether it is hard rock, sand, mud or puddles this shoe keeps its grip. The gaitors it comes with are an added bonus. They slide into a holder on each side of the shoe plus hook onto the front and back. Lately it has been raining here and I always come back with dry feet. Before this shoe I was running trails with mid-high light boots. I was a little concerned about not having more ankle support but this was not the case. I actually like this shoe better because it gives my ankle more flexibility. Workmanship throughout the shoe is top notch. I give this shoe 5 stars!

Ugg Classics - Love these boots! Bought 1 size smaller as recommended, fit great! My feet were always cold not any more - wore them in single digit weather with no socks and my feet remained warm!! Best buy ever.

Ugg boot review - Love the Ugg boots they are so comfortable and my kids request a new pair every year! Of course the new styles or something different from what they currently have.

Mom - These are a gift for my daughter. She already owns them in another color and loves them. I think they are overpriced, but she wears them all the time and they are very comfortable.

Ugg's Classic Tall Boot - The Ugg Boots tend to run a little large. I ordered a size 8, instead of my regular size shoe of 8.5. The boots are well designed and hold up well in the tough New England winters. They are very comfortable and warm. I purchased the short boot last year and wanted the taller boot this year.

Excellent! Love the Uggs! Fits great - keeps your feet super warm without socks! Black dye does rub off some on feet - possibly with more wear, will eventually stop! I wear a 9 shoe but an 8 in Uggs.

Love the boots! Next day delivery!! I purchased these as a gift for my daughter, they arrived the VERY NEXT DAY!! Very great quality, nothing at all like the fake Uggs that are floating around. This was an excellent ordering experience!

An amazing stroke of luck... Ugg boots are already really popular, and since the holidays are getting closer, it's even more difficult to find them. After unsuccessful searches in various department stores, my mom suggested that I try Zappos.com. Imagine my surprise when I discovered one pair left in my size! I quickly placed my order, and the boots arrived a day later! (Much earlier than anticipated!) I've had nothing but good experiences on Zappos.com and I will continue to use the site for all my shoe needs. :)

I love my Uggs!!!!! I ordered myself a pair of the Classic Tall Uggs in black for an early Christmas present. I debated it for a long time since they are a little pricey - but ended up going for it. I have never loved a pair of boots more!!! They are literally the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned and actually quite cute with many outfits! Now I am getting ready to order the Classic Short in tan! Also, I will only order from Zappos.com from now on. I placed my order on a Wednesday morning and the boots were literally on my porch the next day! Zappos.com upgraded my free shipping to free next day air!!! How nice was that. When I ordered my Uggs I forgot to order the care kit, so I ordered that the next day - again NO shipping costs and it was at my house the next day! I am so happy with the boots and with Zappos.com - I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Great shoe - I wore this in NYC the beginning of December when the temperature was in the 30s and my feet were never cold and very comfortable to walk in. Great shoe.

Love My Uggs! My daughter got a pair of Uggs last year for Christmas and I have wanted a pair ever since. After rationalizing the price, I finally ordered my first pair of Uggs. I LOVE MY UGGs! They are the most comfortable things my feet have ever felt! Wear them without socks to realize the full benefit of their comfort. Be sure to buy the care kit so you can keep them in good shape. I bought the black boots and wore them without socks (heaven!) When I took off my Uggs my feet had a purple-ish hue to them. After realizing I didn't have some rare disease, it dawned on me that the black dye from my boots had bled on to my feet and ankles. It washed off after a day or two. This could be avoided by wearing socks (which will also turn dark). I'm sure I will get a LOT of use out of my Uggs. It is -15 degrees in Montana today and the only shoes I'm wearing are my Uggs...and I don't care if my feet turn colors! LOL! Oh, and as others have recommended, order a size smaller than your usual size and they'll fit perfectly!

Ugg Classic Tall chocolate - It's all true- these boots are heaven for feet. I wear an 8 and the 7 fits well though a bit roomy- but the extra room means that the heat from my feet stays in the boot, creating even more warmth. Great without socks. Not so great for walking all day in the city, though, as there isn't arch support.
