Comfort and Warmth - Loved the fit and style... I ordered one size smaller than my standard shoe size and they fit perfectly. The style goes with jeans or skirts so I love the versatility.

An awesome shoe!!! If you're like me and you’re not sure if these were the right shoes for you, bite the bullet and try them. They are by far the most comfortable things. As soon I started wearing them I was looking for more pairs in different colors. They run a little big so order them a size smaller than you are. I am an 8 and I wear a 7!!! Just try them and see for yourself!!!

Love these boots! Feels like wearing slippers... followed advice to go a size smaller and was pleased.

One for me, one for a gift - I bought the Ugg Classic Tall Boot for myself and my daughter loved them so much I got a pair for her for her birthday. I like this height better than my old Uggs. These new one's seem more comfortable. The lining is a little different, but just as comfy. They fit just right and accommodate my orthotics. I live in them... even around the house. There is nothing toastier on these cold days. My daughter loves hers as well. Also, I saw them at a local store a little cheaper, but by the time I added tax, gas, and my time, the Zappo purchase was a better and more convenient buy.

Classic Talls A Winner! If I could only have one pair of boots, it would be Uggs Classic Talls. They feel like you are walking on pillows and look good with pants or skirts. If you can manage two pairs, I would splurge and get a pair of short Uggs in another color. Between my daughter and I, we have six pair of Uggs. I know people think they are pricey, but when you consider how long they last, I think they are worth it. We bought the first pair of Uggs (Classic Talls) for my daughter when she was a sophomore in high school. She is a second semester freshman at UMD and still wears those original pair, plus others that I handed down to her. By the way, Zappo is the way to shop! I will definitely do my shoe and boot buying a Zappo in the future and I will sing their praises to all my friends.

Love these Uggs! I've avoided the "Ugg" trend because I find them unattractive. While they aren't the prettiest boot in the world, they are so comfortable! Once you put them on, you do not want to remove them. I now like the way they look when wearing them with leggings and straight leg pants. I have barely worn any other shoes all winter.

Luv These! I hardly take these off... they do run big though. I wear a size 7.5 and bought a 6 and they fit perfectly. Be careful if you buy black as some of the dye comes off on your bare feet! A+++

Can't believe I waited so long to buy these! I ordered these in Chestnut. I wanted black, but read the reviews about feet turning black and changed my mind. The Chestnut color turned out to be great. Also, I am a solid size 9, but got 8 per reviews and they fit perfectly. I have avoided buying these for years b/c I thought they were ugly – but they are so comfy that I can't believe I waited so long!

LOVE these boots - I was hesitant to spend this amount of money on a pair of shoes, but they just looked so comfortable. So I broke down and tried a pair on at a department store and my feet were in heaven! It was cheaper to get them from Zappos and a day later I had my boots in my hands. Again, I LOVE them and don't regret them, I've even had my mom purchase a pair! Oh, I got a size down as recommended and it was a smart thing.

I was So happy with the design of these! Finally winter shoes that are vegan and don't look like an UGG boot! However...I was very saddened by the fact that they weren't warm in the least or water proofed. I walk about 2 1/2 miles to work every day and, as you would guess, I needed a boot that's tough. Though soon as they got the slightest bit of water on them it soaked through and froze. Very, very painful...especially in 20-below weather. Of course, it doesn't say they were either warm or waterproof so I can’t really lay blame on anyone. I just would like to see something that fits those characteristics maybe for future designs. All-in-all, I very nice design, amazingly comfortable, very much like moccasins.

These are really cute shoes, but not overly comfortable. The insole causes the shoe to be quite narrow and the shoe feels snug. I would definitely buy it in a half size bigger unless you have a very narrow foot. The lining of the insole has a feltish feel and if you wear these without socks, your feet will get very hot (and it's winter as I write this). Not a comfortable enough shoe that I'd want to walk a lot in them, but good every day shoes. Too bad the price is a bit steep for that.

Fantastic UGGs - I live in the cold and snowy ski country of Southern Western New York. These boots are comfortable and warm, very stylish. Just be sure to waterproof them!!!

1st pair - love em! Ordered down 1 size. Great for Ohio winters! Comfortable, very warm, I could wear them all day! Will buy again!

Held off for a couple of years before buying these. Always liked the idea, but couldn't get myself to buy them. Once I did, I wish I could have every color - they are super comfy and so easy to wear. I would recommend them to anyone. I wear a size 8 in any other shoe and ordered a size 7 - perfect fit! Great shoe, great quality!

Received boot super fast!!! Very comfortable, this is my second pair of Uggs and they never disappoint me, better choice then the Classic Short for colder weather. =) Highly recommended.

Love this classic in a new color-Gray! I used to have a pair of Minnetonka Pug boots and I loved them, but they got put away in storage and I needed a replacement. Zappos didn't have the ones I "lost" so I decided to try some classic Uggs. LOVE THEM. They are best worn without socks so make sure you get them in a size down from what you normally wear--I normally wear an 8/8.5 and I got them in a 7. The gray color is great too, very neutral charcoal that goes with just about everything!

Love These! This was my first purchase from Zappos.com and I couldn't be happier...This is also my first pair of Uggs, and I love them! If you're thinking about buying a pair, just do it!

So warm and wonderful - Love them - This is my 1st Ugg boot. They do run large. I wear an 11 and I ordered a 9. Fits me perfect. I wear them everywhere. I had 1st ordered the wrong size but Zappos fixed everything. I love this company!!

Perfect for wintery weather - I love these boots because I live in Iowa and we get so much snow! They are so helpful because I don't have to worry about getting my shoes full of snow or of trying to walk around mounds, I can walk right through and my feet stay nice and dry! I also love the Tall because you can roll them down so you are getting pretty much 2 boots in one. They are amazing!!

Best shoe purchase for winter - I wore these boots for 6 standing hours at the Obama swearing-in ceremony at the National Mall and my fairly stationary feet were never once cold -- and it was FREEZING that day. When I first got them, one boot seemed smaller than the other but within a few days they both fit very well. I'm normally a 7.5 and a 38, but I got the Ugg boot size 7 and it was fine. An 8 was too large. My only issue now is that I have some salt stains on them from anti-snow stuff and I am not sure how to get that out. However, two thumbs up for these comfortable, warm boots.

Always happy with Uggs and Zappos! Never had a bad experience with Zappos. Uggs are worth the price (and yikes, I see that's gone up!). I appreciate the way Zappos emails the status of your order so you know what to anticipate. I've had questions on occasion, and had some online chats with knowledgeable, friendly (and interesting, too!) people. Zappos is a company with integrity, and you can't go wrong doing business with them. Uggs - well, Uggs are Uggs and if you try them, you will be addicted! ORDER A SIZE SMALLER THAN YOU THINK YOU NEED! REALLY!!!

UGG Classic Tall--Phenomenal! This boot turned out to be everything I expected. The UGG brand is very well known for its comfort, style, and quality. All three present here, as can be expected. As far as the size goes, I did some research before ordering and was aware to order down a size because they run large.

My first pair of UGGS - What a nice surprise to find these boots warm and comfy. Connecticut winters are tough and these boots definitely stand up to the challenge. I returned my first pair because they were too big. I had to get a size smaller, from a size 10 down to a size 9.

Comfy UGG - It is very warm and comfortable, but be careful buying tall UGG because it tends to... sag? But it's comfortable though.
