Love the boots but even better is the efficiency offered by Zappos. A true time and money saver.

Happy so far - I'm normally a size 8 and I was told to order a size smaller which I did - 7. It's perfect...very comfortable and warm.

This is the 2nd pair I buy for my daughter, she wore the first pair for about 4-5 years and Loves them so much all she wanted for Christmas was another pair.

Process to order was easy, and the boots arrived quickly, and were well received!

What can I say? They're Uggs! They fit great, they're warm and stylish. And so much more fabulous than the knockoffs! They are expensive, but I think worth it.

My daughter loved these boots. She wears a size7.5. We sized down because we were told they ran big, but had to exchange for an 8. Zappos has a great exchange policy so we got the larger size the next day!

Your company was recommended by a friend and I could not be any happier. As a matter of fact you are the best. Your service, knowledge and overall friendliness ranks number one. Seriously. Why drive anywhere? They were so quick to arrive and unlike what happens in the store, no one had tried them on so they weren't all creased and stretched out. Second pair of uggs for my daughter.So comfortable and easy to slip on. They go so great with leggings. i got her one size smaller than her normal shoe size and they are perfect.

Bought these for my son's girlfriend! She's an 8 1/2. They dot sell 1/2 sizes, so you want to go down a 1/2 than to go up. Fits perfect - she loves them.

Ok. I have always wondered what all the fuss about Uggs was about and now I know. They are fantastic... so comfortable and cozy. I never want to take them off... and I live in LA where it rarely gets to below freezing. I wear an 8.5 in regular shoes and got an 8 and they fit perfectly. I would highly recommend Uggs to all!

Super comfy and warm boot! Socks won't keep my feet warm, but these will! I wear an 8.5 normally, but the boot runs big, so I ordered an 8 and it fits well. My big toe touched the end of the boot initially, but with use, they are perfect now. This is my second pair of the Classic Tall (I have one in brown as well) and plan to wear this kind for the rest of my life.

These were a gift for my daughter. She absolutely loves them. They are true to size and she put them on the first day and had no break in period. Good value for the price.

Bought these for my daughter for Christmas. Got them in a few days. They fit perfectly and she was excited to see them under the tree. She normally wears 7.5 so we got a 7 and they work.

Got these boots for my daughter for Christmas. They are wonderful and she loves them. Strongly recommend treating them with suede protectant before the first wear. This will keep them nice for a long time.

These are perfect! They are exactly what my 12 year old daughter wanted. She lives in them. They look great folded down as well.

I purchased these boots for my 30 year old daughter for Christmas this year. She loves them and has barely taken them off! I ordered them on a Saturday around noon and they were delivered to my office Monday morning. I was very happy with the customer service of Zappos.

Zappos was very fast and easy. We purchased boots that did not fit. Zappos had a new pair to my daughter with in 14 hours. We could not believe it. We had not even returned the first pair. Returning the first pair was very easy. I printed out a return shipping label and slapped it on the same box they came in. I never paid for any shipping.

These were a Christmas gift for my daughter who has a whole closet full of Uggs already. The Classic Tall will be another go to choice for winter weather.

I got the UGG boots I wanted quickly and at a good price. The boots are so comfy that I wear them everyday in the winter.
