Great boots. These boots are great and keep your feet toasty warm. I usually wear a 6 or 6 1/2. I could have got by with a 5.

I bought these boots from my daughter for Christmas. She loves them and wears them almost every day. She says that they feel like she is wearing a pair of slippers. Although these boots are a little pricey she believes they are worth every cent. The boots are well made and made to last.

I purchased the classic tall Uggs for my step-daughter for Christmas. I was extremely pleased and impressed with the service. This was my first time ordering with Zappos.com, but it won't be my last. The product itself was terrific. My step-daughter couldn't be more happy. It was exactly what she wanted. Thanks to Zappos.com we had a great Christmas.

Product was as described and size was true and price competitive. We originally ordered a 1/2 size too small and called to see about exchange. The larger size was sent out same day and arrived 2 days later. Almost before I could return the smaller size. Talk about fantastic service!

First experience with Zappos, and I am hooked! Am close to Michigan Avenue, Oak Brook, and lots of high end shopping sources. But I wanted to make sure to get the 'authentic' and 'original' Ugg Boots for my little one in Middle School. She didn't ask for much this year, and I wanted to make sure we got 'just' the thing! These boots were "It", and not the scary Clown guy, either. The fit was perfect, and having read the reviews, actually went 'down' and a size in the ordering process, and that was just a perfect suggestion. For being rather thick boots, they are very slimming, in the tall version we purchased. They are warm, comfortable, beautiful, and make my daughter happy. What more can a Mom ask for? I love the classic tall Uggs. I bought my actual size. They felt like a perfect fit. Now that I\'ve worn them awhile, I can perceive that they are stretching a bit. So take that suggestion that you order a smaller size seriously.

The Ugg boots I purchased were beautiful. I think Uggs have gotten even warmer and more fuzzy than my previous pairs. I love shopping from Zappos. I'm so happy when they have what I'm looking for (which is most of the time because their selection is great) so that I have the option to purchase from them. The free shipping is wonderful and fast. The customer service is great. I had to exchange a pair of boots because of the wrong size and it couldn't have been easier (and free!). The replacement pair came so fast. I couldn't believe it. The selection Zappos carries is huge and high quality. The reviews are informative and extensive. Zappos is hands down my favorite online vendor!

My daughter is extremely happy with her Ugg boots. It was difficult finding them in department stores and on-line because she wears size 11; most stores and on-line sites carry up to size 10. We are very satisfied with them and Zappos was so easy to order from, with free shipping and free returns, how could you lose? The are the real authentic Ugg boots.

My friend suggested that I try Zappos and I am very glad that I did. It was very easy to find what I was looking for (which saved me a lot of driving) and the order came very quickly. I thought with free shipping it may take awhile but that was not the case. I will definitely order again and have already told my sisters about Zappos!

I had purchased a pair of Uggs locally but realized that this was not the color that my daughter wanted. I tried Zappos and they had the exact pair that I needed. I placed the order in the evening, I think around 9. I could not believe it. I followed the order online the next day. The boots were on my step by 6pm the next day. No stress.

I got this product and I loved it. They match to every little thing. I have had them now for like half a year and I absolutely love them. My foot bed is still the best it can be and they keep me warm all through the winter. Over all 5 stars!

Great boots, love all Ugg boots, I have them in brown and grey and they are very comfortable and great for walking. I do recommend them.

We bought the Uggs (Classic Talls) for our daughter for Christmas. She says they are wonderful! We went by the fitting guide and bought basically 1/2 size smaller than normal. They are perfect. We also got the care kit so she could waterproof the boots. Zappos is always easy to work with and we will shop with them again.

These are awesome boots! They feel like you're walking on clouds. They are very high quality and very warm. These are definitely recommended!

My daughter loves these boots. She wears an 8 but followed other reviews and ordered a 7. They fit great.

My order was for my daughter's classic Tall Uggs. They arrived fairly quickly and she loved them. The size was perfect, and she said they were very comfortable.

I purchased these boots for my daughter for Christmas. They are worth every penny. The quality is so much better than I expected to receive. This is the first pair that we've purchased, but I'm sure not the last. My younger daughter already has her eye on them for next year. We purchased the cleaning kit that was sold separately, and it is worth the extra money. It has everything needed to get your new boots looking new after wearing. I'll be back next year to get the pair for my other daughter. Zappos by far has the best customer service that I have ever encountered both online and in store. They go above and beyond to make your experience 100% happy. The boots do run a little big. My daughter normally wears a 10, but has wide feet. I ordered a 10 even though they suggest going a size smaller. They are a smidge big, but work well for her. Thanks Zappos for a happy girl this year.

Uggs are Uggs. These are great, functional, etc., but getting them from Zappos is fantastic. Quick, prompt, excellent service and free shipping. Can't beat it.

I bought these boots for both my daughters (ages 17 and 14) and they absolutely love them. They are so warm and so comfortable that if my kids could wear them to bed they probably would. They never want to take them off. Happy walking!
