I love my Ugg boots! They are so comfortable. I ordered a half size smaller than I normally would because I knew they would stretch and they fit perfectly!

These are fabulous, toasty warm boots for those of us with perpetually cold feet! I love the look and they are incredibly comfortable. I measure size 8 1/2, normally order a 9 but ordered down to an 8 as recommended and they are perfect.

So comfortable! I am a size 8 and bought a size 7, and still plenty of room to wear socks. They were a bit tight on my calf but after some wear they stretched.

Loved this boot -- warm, luxurious, and comfy, although definitely runs a size big. Nice shade of gray. However, I'm going to keep the tall Ugg Bailey Button style instead, because it's much cuter and allows you to tuck pants in more easily.

These are the most comfortable and warm boots I have ever worn. I get sad when I have to take them off. I wear between sizes 8-9 and had to order these in a 7. They were a little tight at first, but after about 2 days, they were broken in and fit perfectly. I also have wide calves and also after wearing a few times were broken in fit well over them. I totally and completely recommend these boots!

After debating for quite a long time weather to spend so much money on a pair of boots, I went ahead and did it. I could not be happier. I read reviews and thought some people were exaggerating about the comfort. Well I live in these boots do not want to take them off at all. I love them. I am so happy that I went and bought a pair for my growing toddler, after I told myself I would not because they were too much money, but she cannot stands socks and it is a hassle every morning to get her dressed for school. Not anymore! Since she does not have to wear socks and loves her boots. I recommend these boots to anyone. Shipping took a long time though, mine were sent to an APO address which takes longer in the first place but I have bought from other companies and arrived here faster. I would definitely buy from Zappos again.

This is my third pair of Uggs over about thirty years. they are my chosen footwear from November to April, when I switch to Mephisto sandals or bare feet. Zappos.com is the only way to go! This time they got my Uggs to me earlier than expected. They have been unfailingly polite and I like their silly emails.

Bought these boots as a birthday gift for the wife and she absolutely loves them and I absolutely love Zappos. I placed the order late evening on Wednesday and my order was upgraded to overnight express and I received it Thursday!

This is my second pair of Uggs this year. I have the short Classics in camel, and now the tall classics in black. I ordered a 5 even though I'm a 6, because they give a little after you wear them. I ordered at 4:30 on Wednesday and got them on Thursday, just in time for the Ravens/Pitts football game. They are super warm but a little tight - but I know I'll wear them in by Sunday. A great boot, but more importantly, Zappos' has incredibly fast (and free) shipping! We had the boots the next day. After dealing with another company recently for a Nike product that Zappos does not carry, I had to pay extra for 4-5 business day delivery and it wasn't until the 10th day after the order that we received the sneakers. If Zappos had carried them, I would not have had any questions on where I would buy! Zappos is the best! From Kathy K, a very satisfied customer.

I tried a couple of UGG boots and these fit the best. They are fitted on my legs and I have pretty slim calves. I think I had ordered the Knights bridge previously because I thought they had a slimmer look, but these were just as non-slouchy (if that makes sense) and, the Knights bridge were literally like walking in snow boots! Many UGG shoes have a flat footbed, and I have a high arch, but these are totally comfortable for me! I am completely thrilled with this purchase. They really do keep your feet very warm and toasty!

So I am going to be one of the bazillion folks who speak highly of Zappos customer service. I was watching the CEO on CNBC saying that UGG shoes are their best seller so I ordered the last pr in my color/size that moment and voila! It arrived the next day/no charge for rush! These are great boots, very warm. Can be worn all the way up, or you can fold down the top. Goes well with dress and casual clothing. Zappos was great to do business with. I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and received them Weds afternoon. I had a small problem with them; Zappos gave me a label to send the boots back for an exchange. The replacement boots were at my doorstep the next day before I could even send the old ones back. Excellent customer service. Zappos has my business forever.

Ok, like many other people, I LOVE these boots! I got the gray, they are my second pair after having a pair of the ultra talls for about 4 years. They are so warm and comfortable, I wear them all over the place, nothing beats them for cold michigan weather. A lot of people worry about damaging them in snow/wet, I spray them with water proofer and it works perfect. The gray color is super unique and a great neutral. LOVE them and will wear for years!

Last year my 5th grader was given a size women's 5 and they fit fine. This year, too small. She wanted another and I considered a 7 since she's wearing a women's 5-6 in other shoes. I wanted this pair to fit longer than a year. The company and some reviewers say the boot size runs big so I ordered a 6 and her toe has less than 1/4 in. room. So I'm returning them for a 7. If they're too loose, I'll get the shearling insoles for more bulk inside. But she loves UGG boots, wears them fall, winter and spring. She always looks so cute with leggings, skinny jeans, even dresses and skirts.

Such a luxury! Very comfortable and very good looking. The black Classic Ugg can even be dressy when worn with the right outfit because it is sleek to the leg and not baggy or fluffy. This is my 3rd pair of Ugg boots. I also own Chocolate and Sand. These are my favorite so far. Just lovely!

I had been holding off for years on buying Uggs since, just because the craze was over! I finally gave in, and I am so happy I did. They are amazing, comfortable, warm, and perfect just to throw on with anything. I have other boots similar to these, but they do not compare when it comes to quality. They are definitely worth the money, no doubt about it.

I love these boots, they are so comfortable. I would buy them slightly bigger than you usually buy because of the fur inside. I have bought summer shoes from UGG shoes in size 8 and needed size 9 for these.

These will never go out of style or fashion; simply because, honestly, they are the best quality. Your feet feel pampered all day long. Amazing to wear without socks. You can wear them with jeans or put them with a fun mini skirt -- very versatile. The best part is your feet are never cold. I live in mine, pretty much. Love, love, love these! I bought my first pair of Classic Tall Uggs in 2007 and thought it was time for another. I got the gray and they are so cute! I am a size 6.5 -7 and the 6 fit perfect. I had originally bought the Bailey Triple Button Uggs but they were too loose around my calves, these are perfect. Ordered these yesterday at 4:00pm and received them today at 12:30pm! Love Zappos!
