Amazingly warm, perfect boot. I order several pairs every season and they never go out of style.

Obviously, Uggs are a great product. Between myself and my three daughters, we probably own 15 pairs, maybe more. I always order from Zappos because they have it together. You always get what you ordered in the quickest possible time. Thanks Zappos!

We love Ugg boots! Having already the lighter brown boots, we knew would be wonderful, too.

Purchased the Ugg Classic Tall for my daughter's birthday and she loved them. Ordered down a size, she is normally a size 7 and ordered these in size 6. The fit is perfect and she wears them all the time. I placed my order on Sunday evening and she had them on Monday afternoon! I love Zappos!

I love these boots; they're so comfortable. I love the color. It's soft and I have seven pair of Uggs and all wonderful, but I love these so much.

The boots go to me in record time and were beautiful. They were a gift for my daughter and, regretfully, they didn't fit.

Love these! They are so incredibly comfy and warm. They are so easy to get on and off, they are all I wear for walking my dogs in the winter.

I love these Ugg's! We just got hit with a snow storm & I was scared to wear my Ugg's in the snow, but did anyway & my feet did not get wet at all! What a great boot for New England weather. FYI: I also bought the Ugg Sheepskin Care Kit which keep my boots looking great after. I sprayed them with the protector when I bought them a week ago, so I was scared to wear them in the snow because they are so new, but they still look awesome! 5 stars & love them & will be buying the Kensington Ugg's next!

Zappos saved my daughter's Christmas! I had ordered these boots from another site that canceled my order without telling me the day they were to be delivered December 23rd. I was amazed that I received free over night shipping and got just what I wanted when promised. Not only does she love her boots but I have found my new favorite company! Thank you isn't enough!

These were a Christmas gift. She loved them! That makes a total of 4 pair that I have bought. I always go down a size and they fit perfectly! We live in our Uggs all winter. Well worth the money!

I got these for my niece and she loves them they are her second pair of Uggs. We ordered them the day after Thanksgiving (Friday) and received them the next Monday along with another pair of Uggs for me, a pair of Vans for my nephew and a Vans Sweatshirt. Loved them all and was very impressed with the shipping time. I would definitely order from Zappos.com again!

These are great boots, I looked for them locally and no one had the tall. Received them right on time and in great shape. My daughter was excited Christmas morning!

Love these boots! They are the most comfortable and stylish boots that I have ever owned! I bought them from Zappos because the price is the same everywhere unless you are not purchasing real Uggs, and Zappos has the best shipping and return policy on the internet. I was not sure of the size so I bought one pair in 7 and one pair in 8 and was able to return the pair that didn't fit free and without hasstle. I was also upgraded to 2 day shipping when I ordered them without having to pay extra which was great since they were a Christmas gift.

I love the product and the service, I just need one size bigger. I don't see information on how to do an even exchange??? I would like the same product in a size 7 and would like to buy it through Zappos.

Bought these for my 18 yr old daughter for Christmas. Perfect, awesome Uggs Her third pair. Sizing was consistent with others and of course quality was impeccable. Loves 'em.

These are the perfect winter boots. Finally, I am warm enough. If I could make these work appropriate, all the better. I think they could improve only in terms of adding a little bit of arch support, but that's a very minor need, considering that these are the most comfortable shoes I own. And I took a poll of my friends, and we agree - Uggs are not the most fashionable shoes we wear...but we all still wear them when it is cold outside.

Great looking boot and very warm. Reviews indicated to order down a size and I found this to be inaccurate. These boots seem to run very true to size, if not a half size too small.

This is my 5th pair of Uggs I own and they are very comfortable and the quality is excellent. The best advice I would offer is to purchase a full size smaller than your regular shoe size as Uggs stretch quite a bit.

Gave these in chestnut color as a Christmas gift and recipient was "thrilled!" She wore a size 7.5 shoe so purchased the 7 and it fit perfectly. Super warm and comfy, the recipient wore these everywhere, every day. Now her favorite shoes. Bought a pair for myself in black because she liked them so much. Beware with black, however, because this color will leave your feet stained black for the first several wearings. This bleeding of color onto your foot will subside, and yes, do wear your Uggs without socks! Be sure to spray with suede protector.

This is the most gorgeous and awesome pair of boots I have ever worn! Blue, too! They feel heavenly to wear, and keep your feet toasty. Uggs are truly treats for the feet!

These boots are the most comfortable boots you will ever buy. Our feet have never been cold outside in them, and both my daughters work indoors with them on all day, and they never sweat. They are everything you've read about. They are the perfect boot.

The shipping was super fast, and I am surprised by how much I love the boots. I have resisted buying a pair, but I was looking for something I could wear to walk the dog in the morning. It has been cold here, but not too wet or snowy and the Uggs have kept my feet very warm and comfy. I wish I could wear them to work!
