I wear an 8 1/2 I always order my Uggs in a 7 because they stretch out. Once they are broke in they are perfect. I also don't wear socks in mine.

These boots are super warm, and super comfortable! I wear them with leggings, jeans and dresses. They are also the first things that I put on in the morning and wear with my pajamas! They are well made and good in the slick snow as well. I bought 3 pair in 3 different colors!

These are very comfortable, the shoes were shipped quickly and I recommend buying the care kit while your at it because it will help so much later in the end.

I have debated about buying a pair of these boots for years. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Raynaud's Disease and have battled with plantar fasciitis, so shoes are not easy to find. I finally broke down and purchased a pair and they are worth every penny. They are the only boots/shoes I have found that keep my feet warm the entire time you wear them. They are extremely comfortable (which I was very surprised to discover). I assumed that the flat soles would not give my troubled feet enough support; however, I was able to walk the Boston Freedom Trail (2½ miles) this past November and my feet were warm and comfortable. I would highly recommend these boots to anyone with troubled or normal feet!

It took me a long time to finally buy a pair of Ugg boots and I could not be happier with my purchase! They are extremely warm and comfortable, a little loose if I wear them with no socks. I hope they last a long time, having just bought them I'll have to see. I'm thinking buying another pair that are a little more stylish as those are pretty basic, great for grocery shopping, running errands or going to my pilates class.

Zappos has been excellent on anything that I have purchased. Always exactly what I want and they are quick to ship. I have shopped Zappos for years. I always check to see if they have a product before any other company when I need something.

This is the third pair of UGGS I have purchased. Love them! The boots tho tend to run a bit large. Order a half size smaller than your shoe size. My last pair lasted me 6 years!! This is my 10th order order from Zappos and once again, they have ceased to amaze me!! My boots arrived in TWO days!

I have a Dillards I can get Uggs from near me but they all look used from being tried on 100 times so I choose to order from Zappos every pair I've bought on here are perfect brand new never tried on condition and I ordered yesterday at 3 received today at 11am! No one does that but Zappos for FREE! Love my classic tall Uggs and I just ordered the bailey buttons today so I look forward to getting them on my doorstep In the morning to. :) Thanks again Zappos you guys and girls rock! (Want to add these run a size in a half big for me I'm normally a 7.5 I am a 6 in Uggs.)

My daughter has wanted these for 4 years. Has them, appreciates them and looks fabulous. Would recommend them to others. They are pricey, but after 4 years, it was worth it.

Great boot for winter....really keeps your feet warm. Based on the reviews, we ordered a smaller size...daughter wears a 6.5/7 in most shoes but we got a 6. She is wearing lightweight socks until the fur smashes down. She loves them.

I love these! I went down a size and they fit perfectly. I highly recommend getting the protectant spray along with the boots - I have some from a few years ago that I did not treat and you can really see a difference.

Definitely order half a size smaller. I ordered some years ago true to size and they were always too big. Got these half a size smaller and they're the comfiest shoes I own. Wear them without socks.

Loved these boots/slippers. The color is lovely, fit fine and I know they will be warm as I do own about 50 pairs of assorted UGGS. I live in Northern Michigan and these fit so well into the cold clime and casual feel of my environment. Thanks UGG!

I waited years to purchase these, as I have always tried to get away with Bjorndale or Nine West style "Uggs." Well, there is definitely a difference and now I am wondering why I waited so long! They are so comfortable - like walking around all day in house shoes! I took the advice of most and ordered half a size down and the size 6 is perfect! I also really liked the tall boot height and the pretty caramel color! I will be treating these with weatherproof spray to keep them nice for seasons to come!

Of course these are awesomely comfortable warm boots but please listen to the reviews! I am a 8-8½ and I thought an 8 would be ok even though I read that they run a full size to big. I did not listen and I had to send my 8 back and get a 7. The 7 is in no way too small. Order a size down and save time!

This is my 3rd pair of Classic Tall Uggs. I love these. They keep my feet warm and go great with skinny jeans. Very soft and if taken care of will last for years. Make sure to use the Sheepskin stain and water repellent to help protect them and looking nice. Also make sure and buy a shoe size smaller. They are snug at first but conform to your feet and loosen up a bit to the perfect fit.

Same great fit and warmth as usual. I could get them directly from the Uggs website, but I enjoy shopping at Zappos for other items and I like the convenience of a one stop shopping experience!

My daughter wanted these for her 13th birthday. She absolutely loves them. I think they are comfortable too.

They are Classic Uggs, what else can I say? I bought these boots for my daughter and she absolutely loves them. The neutral color matches with virtually everything and they really are timeless. I am happy with this purchase.

I bought these for a trip to Alaska, my goal was comfort and warmth while maintaining some style. These boots delivered! They were great and my feet were never once cold.

I was a little skeptical about UGGs before I bought my first pair of UGGs boots, and I completely fell in love with them! They are so light weighted, I feel like I am wearing only socks when I change from my other winter shoes into my UGGs boots. They don't only keep my feet warm but also keep them dry at all time, I can even wear them whole day bare feet without feeling sweaty! I love mine so much I bought a same pair for my mom and a pair of man style UGGs boots for my dad, and a pair of slippers for my grandpa! I can't wait to hear them telling me how comfortable they are when I bring those UGGs shoes back to them in my next trip back home! (Thank goodness for Zappos 365 day return policy, I don't have to worry anything about getting the wrong size! Zappos is one of the best online stores, hands down!)

I also have a high arch, footwear in general is hard for me to find. I don't think Uggs look like they would be comfortable. Was I wrong! There is a slight arch support surprisingly, and was enough for my feet. The best part though is that there is no false advertising here! My hands and feet have always been freezing to the point of pain in the winter. My daughter had a pair, I tried hers on and could feel just how warm they are. There is a small hole in the toe of one of my boots from slogging around DC when the snow started melting. Other than that, they look good after 4 years of MI winter. I will never buy another brand of boot! Now they do have style.

Ordered a pair of these and there was a defect on one in the suede. I called customer service told the customer service there was a problem they said they would ship a new pair it would be there in 1 day. I could not believe it, they came and were perfect. The best customer service ever. Love Zappos! Always a great experience.

Don't know why I waited so long. I finally bought my first pair of Ugg boots and was able to use them in St. Louis and Kansas City of all places. Very warm and comfortable, just as advertised. Really love them.
