These are the best boots, the keep my feet very warm and are fun to wear. The shipping was perfect, they came the next day!

These were a requested gift for my daughter-in-law. She gave me the size, the color, the brand, the height. I wish all gifts were this easy! When, in doubt, you cannot go wrong with Uggs - or Zappos!

The boots are great. They are just as described. My granddaughter wore them as soon as she opened the box. They were a great buy.

I ordered a pair of these boots in Chocolate Brown, and was super excited for them to come. These boots are as comfortable as slippers, and they are very cute as well. They look great folded down, or worn plain. Also the service was great! They came within two days of ordering. Thank you, Zappos!

The ordering is quick and easy. The shipping is free, both ways, as I had to return a pair of boots because they were not the style my daughter wanted. I ordered the right style & the boots shipped to me so quickly that I had not even shipped the return yet! That is magical, especially during the busiest shipping time of the year-Christmas! Thanks! These boots are incredibly comfortable. While they keep your feet warm, they do not cause them to sweat. I thought they were a little large at first, but after a few wearings they feel perfect without stockings. I like to wear them with the top turned down just a little to expose the wool. They cost a bit more than most, but aren't you worth it?

I ordered two pairs of Uggs for Christmas, and I decided that one was not what I really wanted. I called Zappos and they helped me through the return process. It was extremely easy, and as soon as they received my return I was notified, and I received a credit on my account. This is a first class operation, and I was extremely satisfied. I will certainly shop at Zappos again.

This is my third pair of these. I wanted to add light color. They are comfortable, cozy, warm, and the usual Ugg clunky cute.

Super comfy and warm! Perfect for chilly days and lounging around. It's like having slippers you can wear outside the house.

These are very comfortable boots. They actually feel like a cozy pair of slippers! When I come in from the cold, I walk around the house with them. I also like the fact that you do not have to wear socks! If you are looking for a pair of throw-on-boots, these are definitely the pair to get. I also purchased the Sheepskin Care Kit. They are not boots for rain or snow. But they are excellent for the cold.

I absolutely love these! They are worth the money! Yes, they are pricey, but worth every penny! I just got these for Christmas and I never want to take them off. My feet feel like they are being hugged by fluffy clouds. I am usually an 8½ but ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly!

Absolutely love my tall Uggs in black. So warm and comfy. I wear 8.5 shoe but got the nine boot as I like to wear them over pants. Love!

I got the classic tall chestnut. Go with everything and keep my feet warm! Uggs run a size bigger than normal so go down a size!

I have been shopping with Zappos for this holiday season and been very impressed! They have very quick delivery, usually coming the day after I order. They also have excellent customer service.

I wear an 8 1/2 I always order my Uggs in a 7 because they stretch out. Once they are broke in they are perfect. I also don't wear socks in mine.

These boots are super warm, and super comfortable! I wear them with leggings, jeans and dresses. They are also the first things that I put on in the morning and wear with my pajamas! They are well made and good in the slick snow as well. I bought 3 pair in 3 different colors!

These are very comfortable, the shoes were shipped quickly and I recommend buying the care kit while your at it because it will help so much later in the end.

I have debated about buying a pair of these boots for years. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Raynaud's Disease and have battled with plantar fasciitis, so shoes are not easy to find. I finally broke down and purchased a pair and they are worth every penny. They are the only boots/shoes I have found that keep my feet warm the entire time you wear them. They are extremely comfortable (which I was very surprised to discover). I assumed that the flat soles would not give my troubled feet enough support; however, I was able to walk the Boston Freedom Trail (2½ miles) this past November and my feet were warm and comfortable. I would highly recommend these boots to anyone with troubled or normal feet!

It took me a long time to finally buy a pair of Ugg boots and I could not be happier with my purchase! They are extremely warm and comfortable, a little loose if I wear them with no socks. I hope they last a long time, having just bought them I'll have to see. I'm thinking buying another pair that are a little more stylish as those are pretty basic, great for grocery shopping, running errands or going to my pilates class.

Zappos has been excellent on anything that I have purchased. Always exactly what I want and they are quick to ship. I have shopped Zappos for years. I always check to see if they have a product before any other company when I need something.
