Bought these for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them. I appreciated the speedy shipping.

First of all, let me express how wonderful the Zappos customer service is. I ordered the boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter and forgot to change the shipping address to my place of employment rather than my home. When I received the confirmation email and saw that they would be shipped to my house, I called the customer service number. I reached a live person within a minute or two. I wish I could remember the gentleman's, but he was most helpful in changing the address. He also changed my shipping to one-day and the boots were received the next day. I was initially going to order them from a department store sight, but this particular boot was out of stock and on back order. Thank you Zappos for having a large inventory! Needless to say the boots are loved my daughter. Perfect fit, color, warm and comfy.

The color is accurate and it fits perfectly. I wear a 7-1/2 and bought an 8. I am able to use it in Alaska as long as it isn't raining. I recommend the protectant spray.

I wear these boots everyday, with everything, everywhere! I have spent a fortune on shoes and boots because of so many orthopedic issues. These boots give me ankle support, cushioned inside without throwing my feet into irregular angles, and they are so warm. I love them! They are worth every cent.

My wife loved them. Uggs...who wouldn't!? Zappos is there a better, more trusted, customer service oriented, reasonably priced and faster shipping retailer than Zappos?! Now buy something and stop reading the reviews!

Most comfortable boot...maybe even shoe...I've ever owned! Runs large so order down if you are a half size or if there are any doubts. I followed the advice on the UGGs site and not Zappos advice and had to send the first boot back for a smaller size. Warm boot comfort!

Love the Classic Tall. I had read several reviews that said to order one size down. I did, and they were too small! I recommend ordering your true size. Zappos was amazing to deal within getting the new size!

Listened to the reviews and recommendations and went a full size down, and my toes are just touching the front of the shoe. This is with only stockings on. I may need to exchange for my actual size.

You just can't go wrong with Uggs. They are comfortable and stylish. Keep your feel warm in cold weather without being too hot in warm weather. Love 'em!

I love them! I live in the NorthEast and have to take my kids to the bus stop on cold winter mornings and these boots keep my feet nice and dry. I can wear them under my boot cut pants or over a pair of skinny jeans. I normally wear a size 8 and the size 7 in the classic tall boots fit me perfectly. You can't go wrong with these boots if you live in a cold climate.

These are the warmest boots ever and they are not clumpy! Worth every penny if you live in a cold climate like Northern MN.

I love these boots! I am normally a 7 1/2 but all reviews said to order a half size down, so I ordered a 7. Perfect fit! I gifted my adult daughter the same style in gray. She loves them as well. They are unbelievably comfortable and I have been wearing them non-stop since I received them. I highly recommend these UGG's, and I own many pairs of boots.

I bought a second pair of these boots for my niece for Christmas. She received the first pair for her 11th birthday and I really hesitated to spend so much but she has worn them almost daily, in every season, and they had worn down on the inside (the outside still looks good and she is very tough on her shoes). She is an 8-8½ and wears an 8.

Purchased for my teenage daughter, who loves them and wears them regularly. They are her go-to after sports shoes (great to slip into when the cleats come off), and perfect for cold days where comfort is the name of the game. Very well made we have purchased a few pairs for our kids-- and worth the investment because they get fully used and wear well.
