I love my Uggs! I ordered a size smaller as suggested and they are perfect! Make sure you use water proofing before you wear your Uggs, and they will still looking good for years to come. These are my fourth pair of Uggs that I have purchased from Zappos. I love the great customer service!

I purchased a pair of the Ugg Classic Tall for my granddaughter (16) for Christmas. She was thrilled! Shipping was prompt; the order was correct; and ordering was simple. This was the 10th order I've placed with Zappos for as many different products. It is a pleasure to deal with these people.

I wish I hadn't waited so many years to buy a pair of Uggs. These are the warmest and most comfortable shoes I own. I'll definitely buy another pair of Uggs!

I love purple and I love Classic Tall Uggs. These are no exception! They are so warm and cozy. The fit is great. They are comfortable making it easy to hike around in snow and ice.

I'm a wide foot (major bunion issue), larger calf gal so shoe shopping is always a challenge (thank heavens for Zappos!). I'm usually a 7.5 and went 8 based on reviews. The foot fit great, so warm and cozy, oh how I wanted them to work! But they are a little too snug on the calves, almost too tight so alas, they're going back. I just ordered the classic short, hopefully they fit my needs better. I still have them 5 stars because I think for most "normal" proportions these boots are great.

Love this boot! Fits well and is the great quality I've come to expect from Uggs! Zappos gave me free shipping and the boot was at my house within the week! A very satisfied customer!

Lovely, lovely boots, but if you are a curvy woman with sexy, full calves, these boots will be too tight for you in the calf. I sent mine back and got the same color, only in the UGG Classic Short.

My first pair of Uggs. I wish they were not made in China. But they are comfortable, and don't make my feet sweat. I got the water resistant spray for them, to prevent stains.

Zappos is the best. The same price as in the stores with free overnight shipping. Nothing beats the convenience and ease. Uggs are uggs. Of coarse the boots are perfect. You get what you pay for!

I bought a pair for my daughter and a pair for myself. They are the best investment I've ever made. They are comfortable to walk in, soft and plush, and very warm. We live in "sunny California" and we wear them all the time. Extremely happy with my purchase. We want to buy a different pair now that we like them so much. Do get a size smaller.

First of all, let me express how wonderful the Zappos customer service is. I ordered the boots as a Christmas gift for my daughter and forgot to change the shipping address to my place of employment rather than my home. When I received the confirmation email and saw that they would be shipped to my house, I called the customer service number. I reached a live person within a minute or two. I wish I could remember the gentleman's, but he was most helpful in changing the address. He also changed my shipping to one-day and the boots were received the next day. I was initially going to order them from a department store sight, but this particular boot was out of stock and on back order. Thank you Zappos for having a large inventory! Needless to say the boots are loved my daughter. Perfect fit, color, warm and comfy.

The color is accurate and it fits perfectly. I wear a 7-1/2 and bought an 8. I am able to use it in Alaska as long as it isn't raining. I recommend the protectant spray.

I wear these boots everyday, with everything, everywhere! I have spent a fortune on shoes and boots because of so many orthopedic issues. These boots give me ankle support, cushioned inside without throwing my feet into irregular angles, and they are so warm. I love them! They are worth every cent.

Most comfortable boot...maybe even shoe...I've ever owned! Runs large so order down if you are a half size or if there are any doubts. I followed the advice on the UGGs site and not Zappos advice and had to send the first boot back for a smaller size. Warm boot comfort!

Love the Classic Tall. I had read several reviews that said to order one size down. I did, and they were too small! I recommend ordering your true size. Zappos was amazing to deal within getting the new size!

Listened to the reviews and recommendations and went a full size down, and my toes are just touching the front of the shoe. This is with only stockings on. I may need to exchange for my actual size.

Great Classic Tall Ugg boot. Excellent condition, super fast shipment. These boots never go on sale anywhere so might as well take advantage of free shipping!
