This is an excellent product. I bought two pairs 1 for my 8yr old niece and the other for my 5 yr old Granddaughter and this product is everything I expected in comfort, style and warmth. I bought them big enough to last for a few years. I am trying to get as much as I can out of them for the money.

I love ordering shoes from Zappos.. The only place I order then from, when I choose next day shipping they actually come the next day in the morning.. They're a reasonable price, better than most shoe stores. And the fact that next day shipping for orders over a $100 is free makes it even better!

Amazing buy! I'm a tall/skinny guy and I didn't like the way the Classic Short looked on me (neither did anyone in the store when I tried them on to know exactly what size to order) so I ordered these! I have been in love with them for awhile but I just always put off buying them and when winter would come I would always wish I had got them when I had the chance. So the next chance I got I placed my order and I wear them every day just about!

These boots were purchased for my daughter and she is very pleased. They are her second pair of UGG boots and we will purchase more UGG products.

Uggs run small but it was an easy turn around of the next larger size. Zappos is an awesome company and dedicated to customer service. Thanks Zappos!

I have had the classic tall ones for 3 years and am still wearing them. You get what you pay for. Will probably buy another pair.

Firstly I love Zappos I'm always shopping with this site. Speedy delivery (next day) always comes on time. I absolutely love UGGs and as always they were perfect, I always tend to go a size down as they tend to stretch out after a period of time. To some they maybe costly but are worth the price!

The quality of Uggs has drastically changed since I bought my last pair. They look and feel cheap. They aren't worth the money. We are paying for the brand instead of the quality. This is my fourth and final pair of Uggs.

The boots are very warm and comfortable. I wear a size 8 shoe and ordered an 8 in these. They fit perfectl

These are the second pair we have ordered. My daughters love them. They hold up fantastic. We have found it best to order a size down from your normal shoe size. Zappos gets them to your door so quick as well. This will not be our last time ordering from here. I have always had great service.

Pretty comfy and warm! I'm very pleased with my purchase. I have other colors of Ugg boots and chocolate brown makes a great addition to my wardrobe.

Purchasing the Ugg boats online through Zappos was great! Ordering them was a snap. When one of the pairs didn't fit, I was able to call, get a prepared return label and shipped them back. No hassle, quick and easy and every customer service rep was very pleasant and knew what they were talking about! I will definitely order from them again.

Love these boots! I teach so I am on my feet all day. These are comfortable enough to wear all day, and keep my feet warm and cozy at recess. The color is great.

I have had Uggs for 25 years. Love them. First time for the Classic tall. Great that you can wear them tall put also have the ability to change the height and look by turning them down. Have the brown, lime, green, purple, black, and now the grey!

On Tuesday 1/7/2014, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jenni via the online chat in regards to an order placed the previous day. Jenni was extremely friendly and informative and answered all of my questions. Jenni went above and beyond by assisting me with receiving my order sooner than I expected as I would be going out of town and was worried I wouldn't receive it on time. She gave me multiple options with regards to my order and helped me choose the best one. I really enjoyed chatting with Jenni, she was very helpful with my transaction. I left the conversation feeling like she really cared about my concerns. I wish there were more people like Jenni in this world. If I had to rank her customer service performance from 1-10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, I would give her a 15! I am a very satisfied customer and look forward to ordering again!

Ugg recommended buying one size down but I had to exchange the boots for same size my wife wears. Zappos made the exchange easy. Uggs are overpriced everywhere but are warm in dry weather.

Awesome buy! I got them on a whim for Christmas after some comments made by my wife and I have not regretted it! Especially when she states how glad she is to have them!

Some of the other reviewers said to order a size down, but these were true to size. I have not had a pair of real boots in years. They are great for slipping on and off when I need to go to the grocery store or to exercise class. They are not terribly supportive.

What can you say? As everyone who has them knows, these are the most comfortable and warmest boots possible. I've had mock Uggs and they just don't compare. I love them.

These boots are awesome! I wear them almost everywhere, and they look great and are super comfy. It should not be used for heavy walking because of the small amount of arch support, but I highly suggest these boots to anyone that wants a stylish, comfy, soft winter boot.

Beautiful boots keep my daughter's toes warm. She had her last pair for three years and I hope we'll do as well with this pair. Uggs are an investment but their durability sets them apart from similar boots we've seen.

Once again, an awesome experience with Zappos! Had to return previously purchased boots (picky teenage daughter), and the process was quick, easy, and painless. They made it so simple, and I greatly appreciate the legendary service once again exhibited by Zappos!
