These are beautiful boots. I bought them for my teen daughter and she loves them. You cannot beat Zappos' shipping and return policy. Definitely the way to go. I took off a star in comfort for lack of arch support. My daughter has nit complained but I think they would be better for her feet if they had arch support.

First time Ugg buyer/owner & I'm a fan! Never wanted to buck up for them but they really are worth it. Excellent warm non-snow boot. Slip on with ease & repels water once sprayed with protective sealer. Will say that ordering a size down, as suggested, did not work for me. I'm a 9.5 and had to return the 9 & get the 10, but thankfully, returns couldn't be easier with Zappos. Go ahead, these boots are worth the splurge. Only question is, which color?

Can't go wrong with Uggs. I love VIP Zappos. I'm not a shopper, I'd rather do something else with my time, so if Zappos has it, that's where I go. The return process is exceptional. And Uggs, everyone in our family got them for Christmas! Even me. So many styles from which to choose.

This was a holiday gift for our adult daughter. Huge hit! Fit well. Highly comfortable. Recommend the "tall" version. She had a shorter pair in another color, and likes these a lot better.

Got these boots a couple of weeks ago. They were exactly what my wife was looking for. She has worn them a few times already and says she loves them!

Bought these for my wife and she loves them so much! Fast shipping. FYI, she got her normal shoe size and wears them with and without socks. I like them because she makes the boots look really cute.

Best thing to ever happen to my feet! Normally wear a 7 1/2 wide but ordered the 6 and they fit perfect so they do run big (use the UGG size chart). These were a splurge for me but totally worth it. I wanted something like this but thought they were just too pricey. My sweet husband said I deserve nice things so he got them for me. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, them!

These are great boots for my eight year old grand daughter. Of course she loves them, they all love UGgs! The only downside is the price. I buy what they want, never try to replace with something similar! That works every time! Personally in my opinion they are kind of ugly. I am 53 years old. They are just not my style.

My daughter's shoe size is currently just about a 10. I bought a size 9 for her since most reviewers stated Uggs run one size larger than normal. I had to exchange them for a size 10 after all since her toes were bumping into the front of the boots - so, in our experience, we went with "true to size." Her heels lift up ever-so-very-slightly when she walks, but with thick socks on, the slight gap is filled and she finds them to feel like "just the right size." Plus, now she will have "room to grow" in these "10s" vs. "9s" also knowing the inside material will eventually flatten down and make the boots feel more roomy over time. Zappos was very quick with the exchange process and we received the second pair of Uggs in plenty of time before Christmas. Make sure you spray the boots to protect them before wearing. I highly recommend these well made, comfortable boots!

This is my first pair of Ugg boots and they are amazing. The fit was pretty true to size just a slight bit larger but not enough to go a size larger. So comfortable I hate to take off inside.

I absolutely love this. This is my first uggs ever. It keeps my feet so warm. I did not find that it was smaller than my regular size. I am a size 6 and I ordered a size 5 based on the reviews but when it arrived, I could barely fit my foot in. So I returned it and ordered the size 7 and I am happy with that fit.

Love this boot. Would wear it 24/7 if I could. Will order more colors once I save for them. They are a little pricey but WORTH IT!

I was told ahead of time to order a size smaller than I wear in other shoes. I did and these were a gift for my granddaughter, she loves them and they fit perfectly.

These boots are a worthy investment! I have had mine for 4 years, and my daughter just got a pair that will hopefully last through college (she is in 10th grade). We both wear them almost every day. They are also wonderful for my tired feet after a long run! Love them.

I love these boots. They are so warm and comfortable. The tall looks classy (as classy as Uggs can look!). I wear an 8 in Uggs, but normally wear a 9. Order a size down.

I bought these as a Christmas present for a family member. Members of my family have had this style of Ugg boots before and we all love them. They are comfortable, warm, and stylish.

My favorite style out of all my Uggs. I love the extra tallness in the shaft, they elongate the leg. I always fit into a 7 in Uggs even though my regular shoe size is 8.

They are great. No half sizes so they are a bit big. But so soft and comfortable.
