Uggs has really downgraded their quality. I have old ones, and they are so much higher quality. Great stitching, not raw seams, thick cushiony fur, great quality suede. These are high priced crap.

UGG quality seems to have really gone downhill since the last time I bought a pair of these. There is no way these are worth their price tag. Now made in China I'm not surprised by the lack of quality. The description says they run large but I did not find that to be the case at all. The black wasn't even a true black seemed to be faded a little and the black pants I was wearing were much darker so I thought that was odd. There are plenty of copycat brands out there that are of equal quality to what UGG has now become so don't waste your money on these. Like many brands, UGG is only just a name now. I'm surprised that others who have stayed loyal to UGG haven't noticed the quality change.

Zappos service is amazing, as always, but the quality of these boots has declined so much in the past few years. I bought a pair two years ago that I wore nearly every day and finally retired because of a hole in one of them (my fault) and salt stains from never pre-treating them. I noticed that the price of these was higher than what I had paid earlier but I didn't mind it...until I opened the box. I almost thought these were fake at first sight, even though they were from Zappos. The sheepskin inside looked cheap and fake and the boots seemed thin and flimsy. I wore them anyway because I couldn't imagine not having Uggs in a cold northeast winter. I wish I had sent them back like I wanted to in the first place. These were a huge waste of money. The quality is honestly so ridiculous, I can't tell if I was the unlucky recipient of one poorly made pair of if they are all made like this now. All I know is that I will continue to shop with Zappos, but Ugg Australia will not being getting any more of my money.

These are cute boos that are very warm but provide absolutely no arch support. I wore them for quite a long walk and ended up an hour later with terrible lumbar pain! My back pains lasted four days! I have to precise that I am in my 20s, I am healthy, fit, and not prone to such back aches! I am quite scared to wear them again now!

My daughter has at least 6 pr of Ugg classic short and tall. She could tell the minute she put the last pr. on that they felt different somehow. Sure enough, I looked at the box and saw "Made in China" This total BS as they are called Uggs Australia. I don't care if they are made using Ugg materials/to Ugg specs or whatever. There is a very definite difference in how they feel on your feet! You cheapened your brand and should be ashamed. You are going to lose many loyal customers.

These shoes are very warm and comfortable. As long as you do not get them wet at all. Mine leak and my feet will get all wet. I was very disappointed with this. I do not go through big puddles or anything, I am talking snow or a little wet ground.

I had been looking forward to getting my Uggs, but when I got them, they looked like they were shoes from Wal-mart. I am not sure if Uggs went with different designer, but the new version of Uggs are very cheap looking. They are not worth the money and I am returning my pair.

I am sending these back. They are not like our other Uggs. First off, they fit smaller; toe hits front and this is same size I wore in natural ones. Secondly, the seam across the top of the arch is really tight and not flexible. The heel patch is a different suede than the body of the boot. Completely disappointing.

Black Tall Uggs - I ordered a pair of black Uggs for my youngest daughter for Christmas. They arrived quickly, and look just as they should. They are in such demand that I ordered from Zappos instead of trying to find them in a department store.
