I got these to keep my perpetually cold feet warm. I am very underwhelmed. At least these fit, where the Ugg moccasins were too tight in the toe but slipped off the heel. These fit well without being snug. But my feet are still freezing. And they're ugly. I knew that going in but was willing to overlook it if they kept my feet warm. Oh well.

The fit was good. I am a size 6 and I always order a 5. The reason i'm returning these boots is because of the Quality. I have had at least 5 pair of UGGs and i was upset to see the poor quality of these, the wool inside was thin and flimsy. I compared them to some of my past worn out UGGs and you could feel the difference, even after wearing my last pair for about 3 years. I think UGGs have lost the plot and its all about selling volume not quality. Very sad.

I bought these in brown and black. I wore the black ones and the bottom is all gathering up under my feet. They are very uncomfortable for the price. The positive is they are very warm.

Not all that! I am very disappointed! I ordered the Classic Tall one size down, they are not comfortable! They are not worth the money! But I am keeping them.

Wow! These boots are expensive. They were on my favorites list forever. I finally broke down and ordered them. I love Uggs and have worn them since 1988. They have always been of superior quality when they were made in Australia. Now that they are made in China the quality has decreased, just a fact. The boots are not nearly as heavy. The weight of the Uggs was reflective of their high-grade leather, this is now not the case. The sheepskin inside is not as thick. The rubber on the soles are more like plastic. The price of the boots do NOT reflect the decrease in quality. The boots still look the same in terms of style, which is why I went ahead and ordered them. Sad that the quality no longer exists. Let me point out this is not Zappos fault. Zappos still is the best shoe site in the world!

If you have thicker calves do not get the Classic Talls. The seam at the top ruins it. It almost "pinches" the leg. I can never see myself getting jeans in these boots. The are much thinner looking than the Triple Button Bailey (which has way more leg room and has a nice thicker look). Also, with black Uggs, the suede does not look as rich (this is going by two pairs that I had to return from Zappos). The suede does not have that shade-changing thing that happens when you run your hand over it. I am very disappointed with the classic Ugg. The boots are too expensive to wear scrunched down as a different look (which will ruin the integrity of the boot). Zappos was great though, did a really quick exchange. I added a little more money to get the Triple Button Baileys, they quickly e-mailed me a return shipping label and I'm good to go, will have my new boots in one business day. Also the phone representative was very patient helping me sort out my thoughts on colors. Final thought; go for the Bailey Triple Button. Yes, they are a little more pricey but if your legs tend to be a little fuller, the width will be a problem with the Classic Talls and there is no problem at all with the tall Baileys. My leg slipped into them very easily, they do not feel tight at all. They are like heaven for your feet and legs!

I have had pairs of Uggs before, and they are not the same as they used to be. If you got Uggs before and you think they are the same quality they are not. The sheepskin is still soft and high quality, but the soul of the shoes are cheap and feel almost like plastic foam, they are very cheap. There are some other styles of Uggs that are still made high quality.

Not enough traction on the bottoms. I've noticed that Uggs are not consistent with this. My first pair was super slippery. I know these aren't snow shoes but I would literally slip and slide in the snow and on ice. I've even fallen down the stairs twice because of the slippery soles. My second pair was the Ultimate Tall Braid and those had nice rubber soles with good traction. I ordered the Class Tall pair and again felt slippery on my wooden floors, so I knew they wouldn't provide good traction when it was wet and icy outside.

Well, what can you say about boots that are overpriced, not waterproof, and unattractive? I got these for my 12 year old daughter as a special gift. She loves them and after protecting them with a waterproofing spray feels that she can walk to school wearing the boots when the conditions aren't too sloppy. Ah, fashion.

Mismatched? First of all, Zappos is of course excellent. I ordered my Uggs Thursday at 1am, and I had them by Friday at 10am. And that was free shipping! Anyway, the Uggs themselves were disappointing. The right boot was really plush and comfy, and the left boot was lined with a more synthetic-feeling, scratchy material. Even the lining colors were different. I have to return them now (they don't have the tall lilacs on the site anymore), so I'm really disappointed in Uggs. But Zappos, of course, will be my only online shoe company.

We got a bum pair of uggs! the stitching along the side is coming after 1-2 wearings! Never had this happen with UGGs before. This was a christmas present and I can't even exchange bc they don't have the color in stock in my daughter's size. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Never had a problem with a Zappos or UGG product before. Do not know what to do!

I unfortunately received these Ugg boots, only to find that they were not suede. I compared my daughter's suede Uggs to these and there was no comparison. These Uggs appeared to be microfiber, not suede. Very disappointed!

I bought my first pair of Uggs and they were cute but didn't realize that they are made for LOOKS only (and they all kind of look the same there are off brands out there). I live in the Chicago area and it snowed over the weekend so I wore them out to do some shopping. Huge mistake - two hours of in and out of car walking though parking lots in slush my feet were SOAKED. I mean, at first my right foot was wet and I couldn't even see water marks on the boot I thought maybe my foot was sweating... not so my left foot was quickly soaked too. Maybe they should market these as SLIPPERS? WTF. I will NEVER buy UGGS again for me or my daughter. what a mess. What kind of company makes a cold weather boot that can't hold up to SNOW??

I have been a huge Uggs fan throughout the years and usually find that I purchase a pair and they could last me quite a few years if I take care of them well well this year my mom ordered myself and her a pair of classic talls as a Christmas gift and had to send them back immediately I know that you have to stretch out new shoes but the calf part of the boat was so small I could not even fit my arm in it to grab ahold of the boot to put it on I have never experienced this before but after speaking to a few friends of mine that have purchased them this year they seem to have the same problem and have returned theirs as well not good Uggs especially at the price that you charge people I will not be purchasing another pair of us this year in fact have bought a pair of knockoffs on Groupon that 100 times more comfortable and just as nice it cost me $25 as opposed to 150 what upsets me is if you want to charge people that price then the product should be well worth it I am not a big girl so there should not be an issue with getting the boot on my leg as for the service with zappos I give you guys a 5 plus quick shipping and so far it seems like an easy return I will continue to use the site but don't know if I will ever buy eggs again I hope this helps some people from wasting money

I love Uggs and have over 12 pair. I recently purchased two new pairs of classic Uggs. I am very disappointed in them. I have a size 10-wide foot and find Uggs the perfect fit and very comfortable. But these new boots from Zappos are tight and seems as though I need to break them in. I have never had this problem before, even the tops are tight around my thighs.

I ordered these to replace a worn out 6 year old pair of 'faux' UGGS from Costco that I had worn as indoor shoes. Since I have two other pair of Uggs in different styles that I love i figured I'd suck it up and pay for new UGGS, even if I only wear them as glorified house slippers. As soon as I unpacked them I knew something was off. The whole shaft of the UGG boot is SYNTHETIC SUEDE LINED WITH FAKE FUR. My old Costco boots were entirely top quality sheepskin. Imagine my disgust! Synthetic! I could get that at Walmart! Gross! Can't blame the Chinese-that's where my f'UGGS from Costco were manufactured, as are most shoes and all the sheepskin boots. UGG has the name recognition and big $, but I have noticed the quality in design falling off for a few years. Will Not Be Ordering Uggs Again. I ordered Bearpaws boots from Amazon for a lot less and they are a SUPERIOR product, all sheepskin and solid sole.

I bought these boots for my Mom...I'm so disappointed with my order...when I opened the Zappos box, I found a regular plain cardboard box (no labels on the box), boots inside with no tags nor authentication papers...they were all wrinkled because they are bigger than the box, not only that, they also look worn. Definitely returning them...shocked! :/

What a disappointment. Ugg has definitely dumbed down the quality of their boots. The soles of these are cheap plastic. There is no plush Ugg feel on the inside. I probably spent around a lot on Ugg boots over the years. Ugg? You just lost me as a customer. [Sorry, Zappos, not your fault. Service was impeccable, as always.] My guess is that most of these positive reviews were written before Ugg Australia went cheapo. Time to find a new brand of boots.

Not sure if the quality has decreased substantially with "authentic" Uggs, or this style has always been this bad, but I was given a different style tall Ugg boots as a gift, and the lining and suede are much MUCH higher quality. The lining is soft and smooth, rather than rough and coarse, and the suede much softer grain of these boots. This particular boot felt like putting my feet into cooper wire surrounded by cardboard. Unbelievably cheap, particularly considering the cost. Returning to Zappos immediately, but I guess this is what Uggs have become as they are made overseas. My guess is this "authentic" pair are made the exact same as those that are fake, with the exception of the label on the heel and tag inside the left boot.

I am very disappointed! Compared to other Ugg boots that I own, the wool lining of these boots seem like it was of lesser quality. The wool was very rough and not soft and it almost felt synthetic. I even checked the tag in the inside to make sure that it was not an imitation. Also, the shaft is described as being 12 5/8" tall. I measured my boots and the shaft measures at approximately 10½"! I purposely opted to order the women's model because I wanted the higher shaft instead of the kids (cheaper) model, and I ended up with the shorter style anyway. Zappos, I am not impressed!

Extremely disappointed! I wore these boots exactly three times before noticing a sizable tear in the suede above the toe area. They are unusable. Seriously poor quality. I will never purchase Ugg boots again.

I have some doubts that boots I bought is an original one. They smell really bad. They are not wide enough (I'm 165 sm high, 55 kilos), I hardly put my leg in it and the seam at the top tighten my leg. (I shipped these boots to mediator and then to my country so it's very expensive to give them back.) I'm very disappointed.
