Uggs ARE great! Now I know what all the hype is about Uggs. They are so light, cozy, and comfortable. The only thing is, they are definitely a splurge. So the one pair I got is the ONLY pair of Uggs I will purchase for quite some time. For about a third of the cost of Uggs, you can get comparable (though not as great as Uggs) boots from Emu or Bearpaw.

Tight - I love the boots, however, they are tight around the calf and do not allow for me to tuck in my pants. I would like to think that my calves are not gigantic! They are VERY WARM... and VERY comfortable. Thanks!

Coziest Shoes Ever - These are the coziest boots you will ever wear. They are so warm and comfortable. I sweat when I wear them shopping, but I live in New England so this is not a bad thing! They do get ruined if you walk through the snow so you have to treat them with a water guard first. If you're looking for comfort, these are the way to go! Definitely buy a size down. I wear a 7 and bought a 6. They fit perfectly.

UGG TALL CHESTNUT - They are undeniably COMFORTABLE. The best, most comfortable boots I've ever had. At first, they are pretty ugly, but the more you look at them, the better they look.They are a full and a half larger than my regular size. I do highly recommended because of its comfortable-ness. The cost is too high though. I think the price could’ve been more reasonable.

Very comfy and warm. I wear a size 11, sometimes an 11.5 (nearly impossible to find). I ended up getting my regular size, which fits great - I can tell a 10 would be too small and the 1/2 size is not available. I am very impressed with the quality of the sheepskin and craftsmanship. I am not so impressed with the price. I wish they were waterproof, but a girl can't have everything!

Ugg's Review - Overall I liked the boot. The 4 star rating on looks is due to the fact that when you buy the size 6 (which is what I bought for my daughter) the boot does not come up as high as I would have liked. I am sure that this is because of the small size, but none the less, I would like the "Classic Tall" to come up to just under the knee and not just above mid calf. Personal preference I am sure.

UGGLICIOUS - I live on a lake in Michigan so we have lots of really cold weather not to mention all the snow. I never wanted a pair of UGGs even though all my friends have been wearing them for years...Well I received a pair of UGG slippers from Zappos for my anniversary. Now I am in slipper heaven we won't ever buy another brand. After boosting about my UGGS...Santa brought these lovely, warm, comfortable boots to me...I’m trying to pick the next color I want, all the girls that don't have UGGs tried them on, more smiles!!!

Ugg's Classic Tall In Beige - This is my very first Ugg. The wool is very soft inside and it keeps your feet very warm and not too hot (unless you decide to wear it in warm weather). You can wear thin socks and the feet would still be totally warm. It seems that the sole of the shoe might not have much wear and tear life in them, I heard that this is meant to be worn on the beach, so I don’t know how long the sole will last being worn on asphalt or concrete. Some rough surfaces may shorten the life of the Uggs. I usually wear a size 6 1/2 to 7 US women's size and got a 6 in the Uggs. It feels a bit big, but the 5 would probably be too small. I'm loving wearing them over and under jeans, tights, and leggings this winter as it has been pretty cold. I'm trying to get as much wear time as possible to keep my feet toasty.

Ugg Classic Tall - These are my first pair. I usually wear Dansko clogs to work. They are very warm and comfy but I am not sure they have enough support to wear all the time as I see others doing. I have to walk a lot. I wear them to work and switch to my clogs. They keep your feet toasty. I do wear them all the time at home. I wear a 7.5M and bought the size 6.

Great Looking Boots!! I love these boots. The look is fantastic.I ordered a size 10 (I wear size 11). They felt too tight as my toes were right at the end of the boot. I returned them (Zappos is wonderful with returns) and got a size 11. They felt great until I had worn them a few times...They stretched. I am keeping them as I have worn them but I wear socks with them. Word to the wise...If the comments say order a size down ...do it!!

Uggs - The shipping time couldn't be faster. I don't know how they do it. The boots are new and seem to be wearing out a little on the toe area. For the price, I didn't expect this.

They are what they're cracked up to be - I've been thinking about these boots for years, and they're not really hip anymore, but they are like walking the streets in slippers. Your foot just feels really really cozy, and they're so easy to get on and off. They look cute for what they are. They run a full size big and they only have whole sizes, so this is a bit of a problem for me. I am usually a 7.5, usually an 8 in a boot, and I really needed a 6.5, but ended up with a 7. Zappos was AWESOME-- offered to take them back when I thought they had stretched out too much, but I walked around the apartment in the 6s for a while, and really they were too tight. SO I kept the 7s and am happy with them. They don't really have an arch support, so you might not be thrilled walking around all day in them, but they are just really really cozy.

UGG Boots - The boots are warm and comfortable. I neglected to put a "protectant" on them for the first week wearing them and the toe/top of the foot part got dry and faded slightly.

warm and fuzzy - love these boots...had to exchange because I ordered an 8 originally (i wear 8.5 and the web site said order 1/2 size down so that is what i did) and it was WAY too big. i did an exchange and got the 7 and it fits perfectly. wonderful and warm, but i do wish there was a little bit of arch support and cushioning to make these more comfortable for walking around all day.

Great Comfortable boot, All the Girls are wearing it! My daughter bought these boots, after wanting them for quite a while, and saving up. They are the hot boot still, with all the girls, from age 7 and up wanting them and wearing them. My daughter is very pleased, and wears them often. I am pleased because they are warm and comfortable. We ordered a size down, and would recommend these to everyone. We sprayed a water sealant on them, and they are easy to clean with a suede brush. The more they get broken in, the better they look.

Resisted the trend but love 'em now - I resisted paying the price for these big bear looking boots, especially since I have an 11 wide size foot. I read all the reviews and decided to give them a try. I love them. I ordered my size, size 11, not a size smaller like everyone recommended, because shoes are normally too tight for me since I wear a wide width and I normally have to buy a size up if they don't carry wide widths. They were too tight the first few times I've worn them but they now have stretched out and fit the front of my foot great. My heel does slide up and down in the back so I will now have to wear heavy socks to keep them on, but they are so warm. We just had a cold snap here in New York City last week, and I just don't get cold with these boots on. For cold, they're great. I do wish these particular boots had a more "structured" sole. There is absolutely no arch support and a very low heel in these boots, so for more support for the foot, I would probably choose another style. Anyway, if you want warmth, get these. Also, they boot is made for slim legs. Mine slouch down a bit because I have big runner's calves and they don't completely fit my calf, but I can tuck jeans in if the boots slouch down a bit, so I'm still glad I got the talls for warmth.

Toasty comfort - They might get their name "UGG" for not being the most attractive shoe in the closet but I have to say, these are hands down the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn in my life!! They're very warm, too. I ordered a size smaller because they run big. Make sure you buy the protective treatment-you won't regret it!

Marvelous - The ONLY reason that this review is a 4-star and not a 5-star is that the boot is a little snug at the top. I have very muscular calves; the boots fit, but there is not extra room. I can still wear skinny jeans tucked in though. One other thing to note is that the shearling on the inside is black--it will rub off on your feet. Extraordinarily comfortable. Definitely follow the advice and size DOWN. I am a 7.5; ordered the 7 and they are perfect.

Slipper comfort - This classic tall Ugg boot fits like a slipper. After just going through foot surgery, it felt so good to slip into this boot. The only quality lacking is its ability to withstand walking on rain or icy streets. It is a bit expensive to use only as a slipper. Look is classic Ugg - love the deep brown color.

I love the tall Uggs in chocolate. They are so cozy, however I ordered down a size like people suggested and they were too small for my liking. If you like to have your toes touching the top of your Ugg without socks on, order down. If you like to have a little space and/or like to wear socks with them, order your regular size. Also I don’t really think Uggs are made for snow, just cold weather.

Great shoe, nice fit, not the best looking shoe but it does the job by keeping your feet warm and able to wear with almost anything. Be sure to buy the shoes one size smaller or a half size smaller for a great fit.

Ugg classic tall - Very comfortable, but very unstylish looking. I've had mine for a year and they wore out quickly. They've gotten a crease over the top, which is expected, but it's just adding to the ugliness of the shoe. Also, they slouch after you wear them a few times. I never expected that and it's also unattractive. Remember to size down a full size.

UGG Classic - These tend to run big and stretch out. I ordered a size 7 (normal shoe size is almost an 8) since I had previously tried on a 6 and they were a little tight. They fit great the first week and then stretched out too much. I wear insoles to help keep my feet from sliding in them, but they are still a little too big. Even thought they stretch, I bought a 2nd pair and love them both. Make sure you use protectant spray if you will be wearing in the rain/snow (although I do not recommend wear in the snow).

Love these shoes! They're hard to find at this time of year, but Zappos finally had a few pairs! The fleece on the pair I got was not as thick as I had hoped and there was an almost bald patch on the footbed, so I will probably stick to buying these in the brick and mortar stores in the future... that kind of variability is somewhat to be expected with "natural" products however. I bought replacement Ugg insoles that actually have a bit of arch support and are *much* thicker fleece - I will use them when my size 6s stretch enough! I wear a 7.5 in sneakers, but a 7 or 6.5 in dress shoes and I ordered the 6 - they feel fine, for now, but another pair I bought (in a real store) feels almost too large in a 6... probably from people trying them on. They really do stretch! Hopefully the calf part will stretch as well because I'm normal weight and they feel almost too tight around my calf. I have a pair of Minnetonka 14" Pug Boots and those are much looser around the calf, have a cushioned footbed, and a sewn-on (but not lug) sole. I think I prefer them actually! The sheepskin is not as soft as the Ugg sheepskin however. Warmbat Australia is another good alternative to the Ugg Classics. They come with memory foam insoles, have rubber soles (Uggs have EVA, so they're lighter, but more slippery), and every pair I have features thicker fleece and a more generous calf circumference. The Uggs have a cuter profile though! I would NOT recommend BearPaws. They are not sheepskin and after the fleece wore down, the interior suede is rough and scratched my heels.

Ugg Women’s Classic Tall Boot - I have been wearing these boots (several pairs) for more than 10 years and the quality has gone down over time. They stretch out easier, the rubber heel stitching isn’t strong, it cracks and comes loose, and the lining is not as thick and neither is the foot insert. We don’t always get what we pay for.
