I really didn't want to buy these - not a big Ugg fan and think they're best seen around the house. But I was 7 months pregnant on a trip to NYC, and needed some insanely comfortable, warm shoes. So I picked up a few contenders and threw these in at the last moment. And they won. They are comfortable. While you cannot fully escape the I'm Wearing Uggs look, at least the black tones down the embarrassment.

My duaghter loves them, of course. There is really no question of them being as described because, well, they are Uggs! Good quality at an unnecessarily high price, which is my only complaint. They are stylish, warm and comfortable.

I ordered this pair of booths to my wife and she is very happy with it, she told me that are very comfortable and warm, was a nice Christmas gift.

These Uggs were number one on my grand-daughter's list. She absolutely loves them. She was so excited when she opened her present.

I really like the look of this boot, and the warmth it brings. Not a ton of arch support, but it's still comfortable. My main complaint is that when wearing these without socks (recommended by UGG) my feet end up black. Since this boot is favored to wear to yoga class, ending up with black foot bottoms is embarrassing! I'm surprised that a boot of this quality reputation has this issue.

I bought a pair of the tall Uggs for my daughter for Christmas but, of course, after she kept telling me how cold her feet were I said open your box honey,it was wonderful to hear all the "Oh Mama these are so great! How did you know I wanted these for years?" The only thing I would highly suggest is buying one size smaller. They run a full size large.

I just ordered 2 of these one in auburn and one in mushroom. First of all I was really impressed with Zappos because I just ordered it yesterday and its already in my house at 1pm today. And the fur inside is a lot more softer when it has no color like in the mushroom the fur is very soft but the fur in the auburn is stiffer than the mushroom but its still comfortable. Okay so my calf is pretty big and I usually wear size 7 or 7.5 on sandals/heels but when is comes to close shoe I want my shoe to have more space because that way I will feel comfortable and so I also will have room if I wear socks. People are saying that this shoe runs big so I took their advice to get 1 inch back. I usually order size 8 in close shoe so with this I ordered 7 well it really is true to size so I have to return it and exchange to size 8. I call customer service and the girl was really nice and helpful. The size I wanted was out of stock tho so I have to wait for it to be in stock so I can exchange my shoe. So I would say that you should order your usual size. And I'm really impressed with Zappos so I will order my other shoes here again. Good job Zappos!

My first thought about these boots is that they aren't the most attractive things in the world but I didn't buy them for fashion, I bought them for warmth and comfort. I love being able to slip them on with bare feet and run errands up here on the mountain when it's just cold with no snow or ice. These aren't good for snow and ice! Make sure to buy proper snow boots for those! I definitely don't think they run big. I normally wear an 8 or 8.5 depending on the shoe so I bought an 8 in these. With medium weight socks (if those were necessary) they would be too snug to fit comfortably length wise. I do like the width since I have feet on the wide side. The thing I absolutely do not like is the circumference. I don't have large calves but they aren't skinny either. Getting these boots on with jeans tucked in is impossible unless I have on super skinny fit jeans. That makes these less than super comfy. Every time I take them off I expect to see the lower half of my leg and foot to be blue. I wish I didn't find the short version to be so frumpy or I would have gotten those and avoided the calf issue. Until someone comes out with a nice casual boot to oust these then they will serve the purpose.

I like the shaft height. Nice full sheep's wool fleece, natural & all. Shaft fits tight, oddly so. No arch support & one looses the fleece effect if they insert one.

My boots came super quick. Everything with Zappos was great. About Uggs, they seem to have changed slightly so the seam around the ankle is tighter. If you have a high instep, it's hard to get your foot into the boot. If you push too hard, the back seam tears open.

Love my boots and how quickly Zappos got them to me. I am a 7 1/2 but ordered a 7 and the fit fine. If they did half sizes, I probably would have gone a little smaller. I have to say though, I am very disturbed that the black fur inside turns my feet black. This should not happen with boots at this price and I plan to find out if there is anything I can do. So embarrassing to take them off!

If you have bigger calves then don't order these because they will not fit and they will not stretch out at the top. Oh, how I wish I could wear these though. Another 50 pounds off and I will be able to get them again. They are so cute! I wear 9 to 9 1/2 in all shoes and boots so it was confusing since there are no half sizes. I got a 9, but 8 1/2 would have been perfect! (Except in the legs). So I exchanged for the Classic Shorts which fit my calves fine. I prefer them rolled down though. Much cuter look. I have tried the Tall, Short and Mini, and to me they all fit the same and 8 1/2 would be perfect. Love Zappos. Would like to see people give more info. on the colors they got and exactly how they fit, etc. I got these in Chestnut, nice color and very soft inside. I don't wear socks either. So you get the true benefit of UGG Classics whens you don't wear socks. They really need to make UGG's with wider calves for the plus size ladies (and men).

Well constructed, high quality materials, comfortable. This is my first pair of Ugg boots due to recommendation from all my nieces.

Suggestion was to buy one size smaller than your normal size but I found that size too small. I went with my normal size. They are slightly loose but more comfortable.

I don't know what everyone is talking about. I'm a size 6.5-7 so following the advice of everyone else, I got size 6. It is exactly true to size because my toe literally hits the edge. Other reviews say that the fur will be more compact and/or the boots will be more loose, but I doubt it.

In most shoes I wear a 7.5. I ordered a size 7 and a size 8 to compare because these boots don't come in half sizes. The 8 was huge so I ended up keeping the 7. They are so warm and comfy but just a tiny bit too small!

Bought these to keep my feet warm during the cold northeast winters and so far, they are okay. The leg area is warmer than the rest of the boot.

I just purchased these Classic Talls in a size 6 to replace my old Classic Shorts that were ravaged by 3+ years of salt and snowy weather. I now live in an area that doesn't get snow and wanted to replace them with a nicer looking pair. Uggs must have changed their sizing because the 6's were way too short, and not just in a way that will feel better once the lining flattens down. As a previous reviewer noted, they also seemed tighter in the shaft, as well. I will exchange these for a 7, which is my typical size in shoes. I'd definitely recommend ordering your regular size if you're replacing an older version. Fingers crossed that the 7s feel better.

Let's face it, Uggs are not fashionable or even very cute, but they are soo comfortable!! I love them, and will keep wearing them. Just don't get them wet because the color might fade.

I waited years to buy these and finally took the plunge and I am very pleased with my purchase. I wear these shoes all the time! They are warm and comfy. I will say that I wish for the price point that they had more support so that I can wear them for longer periods of time such as when I am shopping for a couple of hours, but I still love them. Also, it's disappointing that they cannot get wet whatsoever. If there is any snow on the ground, you have to wipe it off immediately or the shoes will get soaked. I have wide feet and wear a size 9 and got these in an 8 and they are perfect.

I ordered the boots on Monday and they were at my front door on Tuesday. Amazing work to Zappos. Unfortunately I had to send them back because although other customers were saying to order a size smaller, I ordered my regular size and they were still too snug. I will order them again but in a larger size.

I'm sort of puzzled by these boots. I love the chocolate color, and I bought the same size as a pair of shorter Uggs that I own and love. But these fit differently. They're somehow tighter, even around the ankle, and my toes hit the end even though they don't on my other boots. They also seem a little snug in the leg part of the boot, and I don't have large calves. So, I can't decide whether to keep and see if they stretch out or order a size up. I'm afraid if I order up, my foot will be lost in the width, which is a problem for me with Uggs.

I ordered two pair of UGG Classic Tall for my granddaughter for Christmas. One pair is black and one is grey. I wear and 8 1/2 and when I tried them on, I thought they were too small because they felt tight across my ankle. Even though they are for a Christmas gift, I had my granddaughter try the black ones on when she came home from college at Thanksgiving. She said they fit perfectly so I guess her ankle is smaller than mine. My granddaughter said they were exactly what she expected because she had tried on UGGs belonging to her friends. She usually wears an 8 1/2 and I ordered down to an 8. Also, your price is exactly the same as they are in the stores where I looked at them.

Great boot! Very comfortable and goes great with everything! Will be getting more.
