I just recently moved to Michigan and I knew I had to buy myself a pair of nice winter boots to last these harsh winters. So after a fews days of researching, I decided these were a good investment. I absolutely loved how fast Zappos's fast shipping was! I And I love my boots! They're very warm, comfy, and true to size (I was defiantly happy about that)! The only complaint I have with these boots is having to clean them on a daily/weekly basics. Luckily the care kit is very helpful. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and will be using them for many winters to come!

My daughter really wanted a pair of Uggs. Maybe because it was a name brand or maybe because they just really fit nicely. Whatever the reason, she loves them, takes great care of them and wears them all the time.

What is there to say? These are the classic Uggs. The ones that started it all. I have several other pairs of Uggs that do not look like these- I have waterproof ones and rugged soled ones but this year, I finally broke down and decided to get the original. Yes, they are ugly and impractical (if you live in Chicago, you really cannot wear them outside) but they are so comfortable. It is almost like wearing clouds. So, if you are feeling casual or if it is very cold out, these still-trendy boots are perfect. I did size down from my usual 8 to a 7 and they are just right. In terms of the color, they are just as depicted.

I truly love these shearling wool boots but they do have a problem. The stitching on the inside of the left ankle was not well done. I am handy with a needle & thread so I keep redoing the boot. Most people would have sent them back!

Too chunky and squeaks when I walk in them. Very plain. Not as comfortable as expected and had heard.

I was so excited to get these boots for fall. Unfortunately for me, they were extremely tight over the top of my foot where the seem runs. I know they'd stretch over time, but I was unwilling to bear the uncomfortableness until & if that would happen. So bummed.

Love this boot but the calf was too tight to allow you to tuck anything in. I measure 14" at the calf and this says it's 16" but on a size 8 it was too snug at the top, no way I could tuck anything into the boot. The rest of it fit fine. I have the short Bailey Button so may have to try that for a taller boot...disappointing. Wouldn't want to try up a size as then the foot area would be too big.

The boots are really warm. Watch out for water though. Even with the waterproofing spray from Uggs, they still get wet. Also the top of the boot is snug. If you have any kind of calves that are a little bigger, these may not pull all the way up. There is no give in the fabric. I wear an 8. Really glad I bought the 7. Fit well.

These boots are beautiful. The only problem that I am having is that the black dye leaches onto my feet. I go barefoot in them. I tried using socks, but same thing and not nearly as comfortable. I am hoping that this stops. I have worn them nearly every day for over a month with no sign of relief. Hopefully, the dye is harmless.

These boots do exactly what they aim to do. Keep your feet warm and cute! They are not for hiking, nor for rain/sleet/snow. But they are the most comfortable and cute boots! I bought the purple after that color went on sale and I'm glad I did! They pair well with leggings/casual skirts as well as jeans and I wear them lots! They're very light and cushiony and feel JUST like bedroom slippers --- that comfy! I'll be looking for more unique colors when/if they come along (teal, rose, green) but for now, am very happy with them. The color did deepen slightly when I sprayed them to protect from stains/moisture, but I liked it.

Living in Texas where our winters aren't that cold, I didn't really need Uggs but I had been wanting some forever; especially these classics! I finally decided to treat myself for my birthday and while I overall love them, I feel the color is not as rich as on the picture; mine are more opaque. Customer service is nothing short of wonderful. Overall happy with them!

What can I say? These are UGGS! Not the sleekest boot around, but you can't beat 'em for warmth and comfort. I have a few pairs that I rotate for pretty much 3-season wear. They are socks-optional, even in very cold weather, which makes them great to throw on for a quick stroll to the corner deli or the mailbox. I swear by these boots. The only reason I didn't give five stars for overall quality is that the stitching on the right boot is torqued a bit - the seam twists a little and isn't perfectly straight up-and-down. Minor, but I do feel the quality control could be better on a boot this costly. Not enough of a worry to return them, however. I'm already enjoying them!

Very good quality and comfortable, however the cost is over-priced. After all, these are not Christian Louboutin...

Bought these for Christmas for my daughter. She is very athletic and the boots fit very tight across the calf. Hoping they will stretch out a little, especially for the price.

Love the color. I'm size 6.5-6 and got in size 6, since everybody says downsize, and fit is perfect, but shoes are wide, warm, comfy, no arch support. Looks huge if you are on the skinny side and pretty much expensive.

My daughter is so happy with these boots. I wish they were pre-treated to be water resistant though.

I loved this boot, but it was too tight around my calf and had to return the boot.

I have about 5 pairs of Uggs in various colors and styles. They are super comfortable. This particular pair of black boots stain your feet black and it is very hard to get off. I've never had this happen before with any of the other Uggs I've worn, even other black ones.

Got these a couple of weeks ago. I must admit that the quality got poorer in comparison with my old ones that I've purchased 3 years ago. But I still love them.

I really liked these boots but, alas, they were too tight around my large calves so they went back. I ended up getting the Bailey button style instead and they fit great.

I love classic Uggs - I have accumulated five pairs of them over the past few years and have my eye on yet another color. But I have to say I only use them as house shoes. They feel wonderful on my bare feet and legs and are terrific at making cold mornings bearable. But they can't be really waterproofed, they are soft enough to easily scar, scuff and tear, and they don't have any support at all once they stretch out with a little use. So, in my opinion, these are the best bedroom slippers in the world, but not really streetwear.

I ordered this item from another online retailer. I received the Short instead of the Tall boot. When I ordered from Zappo's, I received my pair of Tall boots very quickly. I will always look for what I need at Zappos first! Zappos is accurate and quick and respectful of me, the customer. By the way, the boots are very warm and perfect for Colorado winters.

Very comfy and warm and I wear a size 7.5 and 7's fit me fine, one boot had a very slight imperfection though, the line seam on the outside of the boot seems to shift too much to the front but it's barely noticeable and the boots are so cute, I give it 4 stars due to the imperfection in the design but not all boots will have that I am sure so get them.

UGGS stands up to its quality name but these boots were definitely a whole size if not more, larger and wider than expected.. But Zappos always lives up its promises and I'm very happy with the service of returns and shipments being very fast.

The Classic Tall only makes sense, if you are going to wear them with skinny jeans or a skirt. I sent them back, because I don't wear skinny jeans and wouldn't wear these with a skirt, as they just aren't cute enough. However, they were very comfortable and warm.
