Comfortable boots, I wear size 8 in all shoes including Uggs. I would not go down a size. I feel that the Ugg quality has gone down. My boots from 2005 are better made and thicker. These black ones are ok, comfortable. I am keeping them just for household use.

On cold, sad days at work I fantasize about slipping into my jammies and Uggs. They’re certainly very cozy comfort boots. That said, I still think they’re a splurge and not necessarily worth the money, especially if you live in warmer parts. I so wish that they had some kind of arch support instead of just being completely flat. I think the material is quality, but they start to look old fast. After a few days of walking, a stubborn crease developed across both my feet. The suede also seems to stain somewhat easily, so I recommend you buy the maintenance kit. If you have the money, you should go for the Ultra/Ultimate Uggs... the sheepskin is MUCH softer, and the soles are reinforced.

love love love my 5th pair of uggs....black is a bit frustrating (compared to the chestnut & chocolate ones) b/c the fur does stain my heels, but the comfort is so beyond the frustration! I simply love winter when I can get my uggs out and be in "slippers" all day!

I bought the grey, which I adore! The size issue really is that they run 1/2 size big. But if you ever want to wear socks it wouldn’t be a problem and they are super comfy! I wear a 6 and I bought a 6 - maybe size 5 would have been snug. By the way on one shoe the heel rubs me the wrong way. I’m hoping that it softens, it feels stiff.

Great boots... super comfy. I wish they had half sizes b/c I think the 8 would be too big and the 7 seems a little snug, but comfortable. I have been told that they stretch after you wear them for awhile.

The shoes are super comfy and delivery was fast. I took the site and other reviewers' advice to order down a 1/2 size and they fit great. Only observations I want to mention is I have athletic calves, and the top didn't fit at first, but they are stretching out after a few wears. Also, I bought a black pair and don't wear them without socks anymore, they they turned my feet black the first time I did. They are the most comfortable shoes I own, and will be buying another pair.

Our local shoe store recommended buying Uggs one size larger than usual; however, (thankfully) they did not have anything in stock. All of the reviews on Zappos recommended sizing down one size which was perfect. My daughter usually wears a 7, I ordered a 6, my wife wears a 7.5/8 and I ordered her a 7. Both fit perfect!

I was an Ugg skeptic since I first saw them. I thought they were ugly and frumpy. Well, after hearing all of my friends rave about how comfortable they were, I decided to take the plunge and buy a pair. I chose the gray because I hadn't seen the color but on one other person. I love them! Yes, I still think they're ugly and feel frumpy wearing them (I'm a die hard, hardcore high heels girl), but they are so nice to slip on when I slip my heels off. Order 1 size smaller as they stretch and I highly recommend the Ugg protector as it's cheap insurance.

These boots are very comfy! The high price is due to a very high quality of Uggs! They will last very long and stay very stylish and in. Be careful that the black will get onto your white socks or light colored clothing.

Uggs are extremely comfortable and very fluffy on the inside. I got the chestnut and it matches with all of my outfits. But I have noticed that after about a week of wearing it, the fur on the bottom has flattened and is not as comfy. I bought it 1 size down and it was snug at first, but now it's really loose. I have to wear thick socks so it won't slip up and down when I walk.

As much as I love these, I'd have to give it only 4 stars since the Ultra are cushier and are just more comfortable. The reason I got this though was because I find the print in the back of the Ultra very annoying. So I picked this. I had the Ultra II before and I loved those. But I had to return it because there was a rip in the seams when I received it. I returned it wanting it to be replaced, but they stopped making those. Sigh.

Well, I do love them, but I think I may return them. They look great. Just what I wanted, but I have a very narrow foot, especially at the heel/ankle. I've only worn them around the house on the carpet, but they slip right off my heel. I can't decide if that's a deal breaker or not. I usually wear an 8.5. I ordered the 8, which is a little short in length, but I hear they stretch. So the length is fine. I just wish Ugg would make them in narrow.

I love Ugg boots; they are so warm and comfortable. I would've loved to get the navy boots in the Classic Short, but since there wasn't a pair I went with the Classic Tall.

Very comfortable! Just make sure you spray them with the Ugg water resistant and stain repellent spray. The tall boots are better to wear over jeans and with skirts. If you want them shorter you can always roll them down. Plus, they keep your legs warmer.

Yes, you might argue that they're ugly, at first examination. But then you get used to their look, and then you put some on! Oh my goodness, they are heaven, best worn with a bare foot. I find myself wearing them even when the weather isn't cold enough, but I don't care. I love my Uggs! An advantage to the Classic Tall is that they easily fold down and become shorter, if that's a look you desire. My daughter talked me into getting a pair when she bought hers. I am buying them for all the girls in the family for Christmas this year! I would advise buying your size if it's a whole size, and if you wear a 1/2 size, buy down to the whole size, i.e., 7 1/2 would buy a size 7, a size 8 would buy an 8. Hope you enjoy them as much as I and my daughters do!

I got my Ugg boots today, thanks to Zappos speedy service. I usually wear a 6 1/2 shoe, sometimes a 7, so I ordered a 6. They're still a bit big, but I think a 5 would be too small. Since I've had them for such a short time, I can't say too much about them, except I did expect that they'd have a thicker insole, more like the Ugg slippers I had years ago. They're really not as plush as I was expecting. I don't know if I got a "lemon" pair or if this is just how they all are. I'm going to wear thin socks in these. They just feel better with socks on due to the fit, and it makes them feel "cushier" for some reason. Still, despite the cush factor, I think I like these enough to keep them. (I might try getting the extra insoles, although I wish they came in brown.) Lack of cush is reason for the 4 star review.

Very comfy and warm. Purchasing the Ugg classic tall boot was a good decision. But beware: if you have a calf that is slightly on the larger size, this boot will be very snug and tight around the leg area.

Zappos shipped my boots quicker than anticipated. I will definitely use this website again to order. The user reviews were extremely helpful since I did order a full size less than I usually wear. I normally wear an 8 & ordered a 7 & still had a little more room than needed in the boot. Order at least a whole size less than you usually wear really!!!!!

I love, love, love this shoe! I bought it in the natural brown and it’s really pretty. The leather is soft and this shoe is so comfortable you could wear them for hours. The heel looks high but with the platform it doesn't feel high. Thanks Zappos! I ordered them yesterday and got them today. You are amazing!

Uggs ARE great!
Now I know what all the hype is about Uggs. They are so light, cozy, and comfortable. The only thing is, they are definitely a splurge. So the one pair I got is the ONLY pair of Uggs I will purchase for quite some time. For about a third of the cost of Uggs, you can get comparable (though not as great as Uggs) boots from Emu or Bearpaw.

These are the coziest boots you will ever wear. They are so warm and comfortable. I sweat when I wear them shopping, but I live in New England so this is not a bad thing! They do get ruined if you walk through the snow so you have to treat them with a water guard first. If you're looking for comfort, these are the way to go! Definitely buy a size down. I wear a 7 and bought a 6. They fit perfectly.

They are undeniably COMFORTABLE. The best, most comfortable boots I've ever had. At first, they are pretty ugly, but the more you look at them, the better they look.They are a full and a half larger than my regular size. I do highly recommended because of its comfortable-ness. Very comfy and warm.
I wear a size 11, sometimes an 11.5 (nearly impossible to find). I ended up getting my regular size, which fits great - I can tell a 10 would be too small and the 1/2 size is not available. I am very impressed with the quality of the sheepskin and craftsmanship. I am not so impressed with the price. I wish they were waterproof, but a girl can't have everything!
