Uggs rock - Very comfortable, look nice and overall fantastic boot.

The best! These boots are the best things you will ever put on your feet. I wear them all over town as well as at home instead of slippers. I have the classic tall and the classic short and would love them in every color. I ordered a size smaller than normal and they fit perfectly. You can't go wrong with these boots!

Purchaser of boots as a gift - I purchased these boots as a gift for someone. I was impressed how quickly they arrived. The packaging was great and easy instructions if we needed to return them. I was alerted that the backorder boots were in and ready to order. Which I did. I had email updates and the communication was wonderful. I know the boots are being enjoyed and there are 2 very happy feet walking around in Maine.

Perfect boots!! I guess there is not much to say other than it is perfect!!! Fits just right and my feet doesnt get sweaty at all~ Just love them!!

Classic Tall Ugg's - Chestnut - Ordered my Uggs on Friday, received them Monday afternoon!! I wear and ordered a size 9, the fit is a little big (maybe about a half size), but wouldn't have been able to fit into a size 8. I Love Zappos and will definitely shop here again! Thanks Zappos!!

Perfect fit - After reading the reviews of this boot, specifically the info about it running large, I ordered a size 8. My shoe size is normally 9, and the 8s fit perfectly! Beautiful color, and SO SOFT inside! Ordered them Wednesday afternoon and received them Friday afternoon.

I <3 my Uggs!!! WOW How comfy are these Uggs? SO comfy! I just bought them today and was seriously just standing in front of the mirror pretending to decide whether or not to get them so I could keep them on! What else can you say but they are SO comfortable! OMG people buy these! I got the classic Talls in Sand and they look so cute with a jean skirt! I love em and you will too!

Super fast shipping- even though I live in a dorm, which is notorious for slow shipping, I still recieved my Uggs in 1 business day!! Shoes are great and really warm, but they are big on me. I am normally about a 7.5 so I ordered a 7, but I should've ordered the 6.

Perfection! Today I received my pair of sand-colored Classic Tall UGGs after only two days of placing my order! I originally thought it would take four or five days for my boots to arrive, but Zappos.com changed my shipping for free so that it would only take two days! The UGG boots are absolutely immaculate! The color that I chose (sand) is identical to the color pictured on Zappos.com. They are in perfect condition, and are just as I hoped they would be! I am extremely pleased with the boots, as well as the speedy delivery, and will definitely be ordering from Zappos.com again in the future! To Those Considering Purchasing UGG boots: I highly recommend getting the tall UGGs as opposed to the short UGGs. The primary reason I suggest this is because if you buy the short UGGs and want to roll the tops down to show off some of the fluffy lining, the boots will then be extremely short and won't look like proper UGGs anymore. However, if you buy the tall UGGs you can roll down the tops quite a bit and still have a very tall boot! Thanks again, Zappos!

I am so happy! I ordered my UGGs Monday morning, thinking that I'd get them within 4-7 days, but the next day, I got an email saying that my purchase got upgraded to overnight delivery at no expense to me. I was so excited. I got my boots, and the thing that I first noticed was the weight of the shoes. THEY'RE SO LIGHT! The inside is so soft. I got the chestnut colored ones, I didnt think that the color would be so dark, but I still love them. Thanks ZAPPOS! I'm so happy with my UGGIES and more importantly, YOUR SERVICE!

Get them while you can! Uggs were sold out once again this fall, so I bought some boots from Simple. Nice, but nothing like the tall Uggs I just bought in chestnut. Beautiful. Much thicker sheepskin. High quality. This is why everyone buys these - trendy or not. I will always wear these - they make my feet sing. And of course Zappos had them here in an instant. A+ service!

Chestnut Classic tall - Zappos is wonderful. I just received my boots and love them. You guys are super fast and your quality is A++++++. I recently bought a pair from another online store, because you were out of stock, and was very dissatisfied with the product and service. What a mistake. I adore my Uggs! I wear them constantly, they're so comfortable and keep my feet so warm. I love how you can wear them at any temperature. Make sure you order down from your normal size, I am a size 9.5 and I ordered a 9. Now I'm thinking I should've gotten an 8.

FABULOUS!!! I just bought my new pair of UGGS from the best shoe store in the world, Zappos.com. I've had my old pair for 16 years! Although it isn't recommended, through the years I've washed mine probably 3 or 4 times and air dried. They came out great. They are finally almost completely flat and wore down on the bottom and my toe is coming through on one foot. I've even sewn them a couple times.They are still going strong, just uglier than before!! UGGS are the best feeling shoe/boot you will ever wear. I will continue to wear my old ones at home as slippers and my new ones out with short skirts. Style on!!!

UGGS Forever!!! I bought pink Uggs today and they are so luxurious, warm, comfortable and cute - they do run a half size large, so I'm a 7.5 Wide and I bought the 7 and it's fine with a really thin sock or knee high or NOTHING. Having said that...the stores around me charge the same price as Zappos. But the convenience of getting them online is definitely worth it. Please buy the size down, once again.

Wow! That was fast! I ordered my boots last night, and they were here when I got home from work today...and the shipping was FREE! That is amazing! I highly recommend ordering from Zappos. As for the boots, they're Ugg's. What else can I say? You either love them or hate them. I love them.

Kolache Queen - The one problem about these boots is that they are narcotic. Your feet will crave them! I have put them on and dread taking them off. Forget the Fashion Police.Uggs are here to stay! Love the funky lilac color.

Most comfortable, warm boots ever! Oh so cute! The Ugg Baby Pink classic tall boots are my favorite pair of shoes. They keep your feet warm but not too warm so they sweat. I have worn them in temps. ranging from -29 degress to 60 degress and my feet were perfectly comfortable. I love my Uggs, I own 2 pair and wear them constantly!

Love My Lilac Uggs! These are the cutest most comfortable boots ever! They are actually a nicer shade than pictured...more purple. My 4 year old daughter also has them and we get tons of compliments. This was a HARD COLOR to find before Christmas. Go ahead and buy a pair...

Great Shoe, this is my third pair of UGG boots. Worth every penny, I never want to take them off! Order smaller than your normal size. I normally wear a 7-7 1/2 and have a very narrow foot. I bought a 6 and they are great. These shoes do stretch and mold to your feet. They only get softer with every wearing. I also suggest using a suede protector on them, sometimes water leaves marks.

SO PLEASED with their product & quick service - I was so excited buying these boots with free shipping because eBay classic tall boots were so expensive! I got an email the same day saying they will upgrade the shipping to 2nd day air for free! And I got it today. I am so pleased with the product and I will for sure buy from Zappos again!!

OUTSTANDING! I have been searching for size 6 black classic tall Ugg boots high and low and was willing to spend as much as needed. I finally found them at zappos.com! I ordered them Monday night and they were here Thursday! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! They even called the day after I ordered them to tell me they would be here Thursday! They came in perfect condition, fit just right, and best of all they were the REAL THING! 5 stars all the way!

I love my pink Uggs - These shoes are exactly how they describe them. I wear a size 8 1/2 so I ordered an 8 and they fit just fine. I have bad feet pain and these shoes have helped with my pain. I can walk and my feet don't bother me as much as they use to. I have never felt shoes this comfortable. And when I can afford them, I will buy a pair of brown ones to go with my pink and blues ones, so I can wear Uggs every day.
